邻苯二甲酸酯鼓泡生物降解

该课题测试了邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的鼓泡生物降解行为。结果表明，邻苯二甲酸酯的降解速率常数（kb)与其烷基链长度之间存在良好的相关性，kb=0.0009x^2-0.019x 0.1123，相关系数r=0.9906；浓度超过500mg/L时，邻苯二甲酸二乙酯可抑制自身的生物降解；中间产物邻苯二甲酸浓度超过50mg/L时，也对邻苯二甲酸二乙酯的生物降解有明显的抑制作用。     

基于灰色模糊层次分析法的企业云服务安全评价模型

从企业实施云服务项目角度,总结得出影响云服务安全的四大因素,即平台设施、运行安全、运营管理以及法律法规因素。在此基础上构建企业云服务安全评价模型,并利用灰色模糊层次分析法（ GFAHP）对模型进行综合评价。最后通过一个实例进行具体阐明与评价。     

Exploration of unknown object by active touch of robot hand

This paper proposes a method of exploring the local shape of an unknown object using the force and torque information obtained from active touch. In the first, we present a method to estimate an unknown curvature, using rolling and sliding motion with a force/torque sensor attached to the fingertip of the hand. Then, the normal curvature equation from 2D curvatures is obtained. Finally we present a reconstruction algorithm of local geometry by using a normal curvature equation, which is composed of principal curvatures and principal directions. The method is tested by using a hand-arm system consisting of an industrial robot arm and an anthropomorphic robot hand with 6-axis force/torque sensor. The feasibility of the proposed method is experimentally validated for objects with simple geometries such as cylinder, spheres etc.     

氟烷基硅烷改性硅树脂陶瓷防污剂研制及应用

通过添加甲基三氟丙基二甲氧基硅烷来改性硅树脂陶瓷防污剂可明显地改善防污剂的耐油性污渍的性能,同时氟烷基硅烷改性硅树脂陶瓷防污剂保持了有机硅树脂防污剂的持久防污性能的优点。用金相显微镜、扫描电镜观察抛光砖表面孔隙的变化。     

海上油田多元热流体吞吐气窜调剖实验研究及应用北大核心CSCD

目的多元热流体吞吐技术是海上稠油开发的一种经济、有效的技术,但随着吞吐轮次的增加,暴露出易发生“气窜”的问题,即N_(2)、CO_(2)等非凝析气体容易突破到周边生产井,导致其电泵气锁关井影响生产。方法以渤海NB稠油油田为研究对象,采用可视化实验方法,研究防止气窜的治理策略。结果筛选出适合油田的磺酸基泡沫调堵体系,命名为QGQ-4,优化研究出最佳注入参数为质量分数0.4%、泡沫干度在60%以上、地面预制泡沫注入方式。与单纯多元热流体驱相比,泡沫辅助多元热流体驱可提高油藏波及,有效封堵气窜通道,提高平面波及系数37%。结论研究成果现场应用后,受益井初期高峰日产油增加到措施前的1.5倍,日产油由措施前的50.5 m^(3)增至措施后的高峰日产油75.7 m^(3),取得了较好的增产效果。     

Direct Growth of Uniform Bimetallic Core-Shell or Intermetallic Nanoparticles on Carbon via a Surface-Confinement Strategy for Electrochemical Hydrogen Evolution Reaction

Due to the surface inhomogeneity of the solid supports, direct growth of uniform bimetallic nanoparticles (NPs) with controllable structure and size thereon is particularly challenging. Herein, a surface-confinement strategy is reported to directly prepare ultrafine bimetallic Pt M NPs (MFe, Cu, and Co) with structure of core-shell or intermetallic compounds on an N functionalized carbon support (NC). It is found that the N species of NC support can atomically disperse metal cations of precursors, which largely renders uniform nucleation and growth of bimetallic NPs and fine structure modulation of them. In another regard, metal transfer is confined to a narrow region on NC via N-mediation, hence greatly favoring localized particle growth and formation of ultrafine bimetallic NPs. Remarkably, the ultrafine 3.1 ± 0.7 nm intermetallic Pt₃Fe NPs on NC displayed excellent catalytic activity and durability toward electrochemical hydrogen evolution reaction.     

GaN材料的高速生长对其C污染以及光致发光光谱的影响

利用金属有机化学气相沉积对GaN的高速生长进行了研究.结果表明,随着GaN生长速率的提高,其非故意掺杂的C含量也在提高,并且呈现出良好的线性关系.当生长速率由2μm/h增加至7.2μm/h时,利用SIMS测量发现其GaN中的C含量由2.9×1017增加至5.7×1018 cm-3 .研究表明,N空位的存在与C浓度之间存在紧密的联系。在高氨气分压生长条件下,N空位的浓度也在急剧下降。此时,与具有相近生长速率的常规样品相比,其C含量几乎下降了一个数量级。.光致发光光谱表明,黄带以及蓝带的强度与C污染存在线性关系.这个结果也证实了与C相关的缺陷是导致黄带以及蓝带发光的主要来源。     

5G蜂窝网络架构分析

为了满足未来移动业务快速发展的需求,除了更宽的频谱带宽、更先进的无线接入技术外,5G网络还需要新型的无线网络架构.根据5G网络主要性能要求,详细分析并总结了未来5G蜂窝网络架构的主要技术特征.基于上述讨论,提出了一种基于软件定义网络(SDN)和网络功能虚拟化(NFV)技术的新型5G蜂窝网络架构,并针对5G蜂窝网络架构可能存在的问题与挑战进行讨论,为后续研究发展提供参考.     

全功率风电系统高电压穿越的仿真与实验研究

随着国内风电装机容量的不断增长,其对电网可能产生的影响也越来越大,因此电网对机组的电网适应性要求也在不断提高。高电压穿越(HVRT)作为电网适应性要求的一部分,国外已制定相应标准,国内虽暂时没有展开相关测试,但相关人员已经在研究高电压穿越相关技术了,其要求在国内也必将得到推广。因此,以风电全功率变流器高电压穿越为例,通过理论分析、仿真及实验,揭示高电压穿越时变流器的运行状态,并研究其相关的控制策略。     

THE PHYSICAL MODEL AND MATH MODEL OF CONTACT FAILURE ON SMALL CURRENT CONTACTS UNDER MECHANICAL ACTIONS

Based on the experimental results of the references [1 ] and [2], i.e., the contact re-sistance increases due to the contaminants formed on contact surface with the operating cycles,the physical model and math model of contact failure on small current contacts under mechanicalactions are proposed through deep theoretical analysis in this paper.
