BaFe12O19/SiO2-B2O3微晶玻璃陶瓷的制备和微波性能

采用柠檬酸sol-gel工艺合成了BaFe12O19/SiO2-B2O3微晶玻璃陶瓷，研究了SiO2-B2O3玻璃的含量，Ba/Fe原子比和热处理温度对体系析出晶相的影响，以及介电常数和磁异率在1MHz-6GHz频率范围的变化规律，结果表明，休系中SiO2-B2O3玻璃的含量和Ba/Fe比越高，BaF312O19相的析出越困难，前驱体合适的热处理温度为1000℃，介电常数和磁导率基本上随测试频率的增而加下降；介电损耗的最大值为0．43，磁损耗较小。     

Global practical stabilization of planar linear systems in the presence of actuator saturation and input additive disturbance

In this note, we revisit the problem of global practical stabilization for planar linear systems subject to actuator saturation and input additive disturbances. A parameterized linear state feedback law is designed such that, by tuning the value of the parameter, all trajectories of the closed-loop system converge to an arbitrarily small neighborhood of the origin in a finite time and remain in there.     

Optimal and self‐tuning fusion Kalman filters for discrete‐time stochastic singular systems

Based on the optimal fusion estimation algorithm weighted by scalars in the linear minimum variance sense, a distributed optimal fusion Kalman filter weighted by scalars is presented for discrete‐time stochastic singular systems with multiple sensors and correlated noises. A cross‐covariance matrix of filtering errors between any two sensors is derived. When the noise statistical information is unknown, a distributed identification approach is presented based on correlation functions and the weighted average method. Further, a distributed self‐tuning fusion filter is given, which includes two stage fusions where the first‐stage fusion is used to identify the noise covariance and the second‐stage fusion is used to obtain the fusion state filter. A further result on global stabilization of oscillators with bounded delayed input

This note revisits the problem of globally stabilizing an oscillator with a bounded delayed input. It establishes that an oscillator with input saturation can be globally asymptotically stabilized by a linear state feedback even in the presence of an arbitrarily large delay in the input. This result strengthens a recent result in the literature, which shows that such an oscillator can be globally asymptotically stabilized with a sufficiently small control input and the magnitude of the control input goes to zero as the delay increases to infinity. The controller constructed in this note thus improves the efficiency of the closed-loop system by fully utilizing the actuator capacity.
