The demand of biological treatment of acromioclavicular luxations is met by the use of Polydioxanon strips (PDS). Artificial damage of the joint does not occur and the bond is elastic. Thus removal of metal which ensures rigid fixation of the joint is eliminated. This makes it possible to achieve within a short period a normal range of movements.  相似文献

An efficient mixed meshless computational method based on the Local Petrov–Galerkin approach for analysis of plate and shell structures is presented. A concept of a three-dimensional solid is applied allowing the use of complete three-dimensional constitutive equations, and exact shell geometry can be described. Discretization is carried out by using both the moving least square approximation and the polynomial functions. Independent field variables are the strain and stress tensor components expressed in terms of the nodal values, which are then replaced by the nodal displacements by using the independent displacement interpolation. A closed global system of equations with only nodal displacements as unknown variables is derived. The undesired locking phenomena are fully suppressed. The proposed mixed formulation is numerically more efficient than the available meshless fully displacement approach, as demonstrated by the numerical examples.  相似文献

The present study deals with a second-order two-scale computational homogenization procedure for modeling deformation responses of heterogeneous materials at small strains. The macro to micro transition and the application of generalized periodic boundary conditions on the representative volume element (RVE) at the microlevel are investigated. The structure at macroscale level is discretized by the \(C^{1}\) two dimensional triangular finite elements, while the \(C^{0}\) quadrilateral finite element is used for the discretization of the RVE. The finite element formulations and the new proposed multiscale scheme have been implemented into the finite element software ABAQUS using user subroutines derived. Due to the \(C^{1}-C^{0}\) continuity transition, an additional integral condition on microlevel fluctuation field has to be imposed, as expected. The integration has been performed using various numerical integration techniques and the results obtained are compared in a few examples. It is concluded that only trapezoidal rule gives a physically based deformed shape of the RVE. Finally, the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed multiscale homogenization approach are demonstrated by the modeling of a shear layer problem, usually used as a benchmark in multiscale analyses.  相似文献

Abstract

The article analyses the creativity in a particular category of interactive products—personal portfolio websites. Most of the designers embraced the advantages of a digital portfolio which include the ability to make an unlimited number of copies at a very low price, availability through email and presence on the global job market. In trying to impress possible employers, designers often got more concerned with following advices offered by web design agencies on the web today rather than focusing on the quality of user experience. The question is can the rules of good web portfolio design be defined and/or can they be perceived as a process of creating new choices out of a prevailing set of options? The goal of this article is to provide an overview of work in this area and analyses it to speculate on what makes web portfolio creative as a narrative interactive product.  相似文献

In many real-life problems, obtaining labelled data can be a very expensive and laborious task, while unlabeled data can be abundant. The availability of labeled data can seriously limit the performance of supervised learning methods. Here, we propose a semi-supervised classification tree induction algorithm that can exploit both the labelled and unlabeled data, while preserving all of the appealing characteristics of standard supervised decision trees: being non-parametric, efficient, having good predictive performance and producing readily interpretable models. Moreover, we further improve their predictive performance by using them as base predictive models in random forests. We performed an extensive empirical evaluation on 12 binary and 12 multi-class classification datasets. The results showed that the proposed methods improve the predictive performance of their supervised counterparts. Moreover, we show that, in cases with limited availability of labeled data, the semi-supervised decision trees often yield models that are smaller and easier to interpret than supervised decision trees.  相似文献

Generally speaking, the creation of tariff systems for energy activities carried out as regulated or public service obligation is becoming professionally challenging. The Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency (CERA) created the methodology of the tariff system for thermal energy activities and passed this tariff system (without tariff element amounts) in May 2006. The background of the tariff system for thermal energy activities (heat generation, heat distribution and heat supply) including a legislative framework relevant for passing the tariff system, terminology, matrix of the tariff models, tariff elements and amounts of tariff entries are analyzed in this paper. Special attention is paid to the economic characteristics of the tariff system, such as the capital asset pricing model (CAPM), which is chosen among several models of the weighted average of cost of capital (WACC). Using the WACC, the regulatory authorities ensure returns to be equal to the opportunity cost of capital. Furthermore, main formulae and procedures for submitting the proposal for changing the amounts of tariff elements are analyzed as well.  相似文献

Performance on behavioral measures of self-ordered pointing and 2-choice recognition memory was evaluated in young adults (aged 18–23 yrs) and 2 groups of older adults (aged 61–70 yrs and 71–80 yrs). The self-ordered pointing test involves working memory and has been used as an index of frontal lobe dysfunction; to perform well, Ss must organize stimulus information and monitor responses. Both groups of older adults exhibited impairment on the pointing test, but the pattern of impairment was different for the 2 groups. Individuals in their 60s exhibited impairment on a 2nd block of trials but not on the 1st block. Individuals in their 70s exhibited deficits on both blocks of trials. On the recognition test, only individuals in their 70s exhibited impairment. The findings suggest that age-related impairments occur in both working memory and recognition memory.
