该文利用“维吾尔语语音声学参数数据库”,统计分析和归纳了维吾尔语词首音节元音的共振峰模式及其分布格局。声学元音图有多种画法,该文采用JOOS型声学元音图。这种元音图的特点是以F1为纵坐标,以F2为横坐标。这样绘制成的声学元音图与元音舌位图有很好的对应性。维语标准音词首音节中有[y, i, e, O, u, o, ;, A]等8个元音。舌位前后的分布特点是[u, o, A]为后元音,[y, i, e, O, ;]为前元音;开口度(舌位高低)分布特点是[y, i, u]为高元音,[e, O, o]为次高元音,[;]为次低元音, [A]为低元音. 相似文献

Amino acid propensity score is one of the earliest successful methods used in protein secondary structure prediction. However, the score performs poorly on small-sized datasets and low-identity protein sequences. Based on current in silico method, secondary structure can be predicted from local folds or local protein structure. In biology, the evolution of secondary structure produces local protein structure with different lengths. To precisely predict secondary structures, we propose a derivative feature vector, DPS that utilizes the optimal length of the local protein structure. DPS is the unification of amino acid propensity score and dihedral angle score. This new feature vector is further normalized to level the edges. Prediction is performed by support vector machines (SVM) over the DPS feature vectors with class labels generated by secondary structure assignment method (SSAM) and secondary structure prediction method (SSPM). All experiments are carried out on RS126 sequences. The results from this proposed method also highlight the overall accuracy of our method compared to other state-of-the-art methods. A new method for synthesis of titanium dioxide (TiO2)-dye nanoparticles is reported. TiO2 nanocrystals were obtained at 150 and 200 °C by using chemically bonded TiO2-sensitizer dye as a precursor. Titanium tetraisopropoxide was first modified with a dye molecule and then precipitated by dropping into acidic water. A strongly colored precipitate was obtained. Hydrothermal growth of a colloidal solution was carried out in a Teflon-lined stainless steel autoclave. Dye sensitized solar cell efficiencies obtained were comparable and fill factor values were close to the analogous cells prepared by the use of conventional TiO2 paste techniques. The effect of high-energy electron irradiation on ferritin/haemosiderin cores (in an iron-overloaded human liver biopsy), its mineral analogue; six-line ferrihydrite (6LFh), and iron phosphate dihydrate (which has similar octahedral ferric iron to oxygen coordination to that in ferrihydrite and ferritin/haemosiderin cores) has been investigated using electron energy-loss spectroscopy (EELS). Fe L2,3-ionisation edges were recorded on two types of electron microscope: a 200 keV transmission electron microscope (TEM) and a 100 keV scanning transmission electron microscope (STEM), in order to investigate the damage mechanisms in operation and to establish a methodology for minimum specimen alteration during analytical electron microscopic characterisation. A specimen damage mechanism dominated by radiolysis that results in the preferential loss of iron co-ordinating ligands (O, OH and H2O) is discussed. The net result of irradiation is structural re-organisation and reduction of iron within the iron hydroxides. At sufficiently low electron fluence and particularly in the lower incident energy, finer probe diameter STEM, the alteration is shown to be minimal. All the materials examined exhibit damage which as a function of cumulative fluence is best fitted by an inverse power-law, implying that several chemical and structural changes occur in response to the electron beam and we suggest that these are governed by secondary processes arising from the primary ionisation event. This work affirms that electron fluence and current density should be considered when measuring mixed valence ratios with EELS. 相似文献

In the present study, potassium sodium niobate (KNN) thin films were synthesized by means of sol-gel spin coating method. Along with the synthesis, the effects of annealing temperature and various number of coating layers on both the structural and electrical properties were looked into. The results of the study revealed that the annealing temperature had a great impact on the properties of KNN. In addition, the XRD diffractograms and texture coefficient of the synthesized films confirmed that a highly oriented orthorhombic perovskite structure was obtained at 650 °C, whereas at a relatively higher temperature (700 °C), a spurious phase of K4Nb6O17 was evolved. In addition, the growth of KNN at 650 °C exhibited a reasonable resistivity value for piezoelectric applications. Looking into the results, it was discovered that the KNN thin films also found to be dependent on a number of coating layers. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) showed that KNN with five coating layers was highly crystalline, cracks-free, and had significantly more homogenous surface morphology and the size of grains being uniform, the resistivity of KNN thin films improved with the increasing number of coating layers i.e., up to five. 相似文献
