Design equations for satisfying the off-nominal operating condition [i.e., only the zero-voltage switching (ZVS) condition] of the Class-E amplifier with a linear shunt capacitance at a duty ratio D=0.5 are derived. A new parameter s (V/s), called the slope of switch voltage when the switch turns on is introduced to obtain an image of the distance from the nominal conditions. By examining off-nominal Class-E operation degree of the design freedom of the Class-E amplifier increases by one. In addition various amplifier parameters such as operating frequency, output power, and load resistance range can be set as design specifications. For example, the peak switch voltage and switch current can be taken into account in the design procedure. Examples of a design procedure of the Class-E amplifier for off-nominal operation are given. The theoretical results were verified with PSpice simulation and experiments.  相似文献

A series of 7-deazapurine 2'-deoxyribofuranosides were synthesized according to already known procedures and their substrate and inhibitor properties with purified E. coli purine nucleoside phosphorylase were examined. In agreement with previous findings, substrate activity was not detected for any of the compounds tested. Most of the nucleosides showed weak inhibition in the preliminary screening, i.e. at a concentration of about 100 microM. However some combinations of 6-chloro, 6-amino or 6-methoxy substituents with bulky hydrophobic groups at position 7 of the base and/or chloro, amino, methoxy or methylthio group at position 2 markedly enhanced affinity of such modified nucleosides for the E. coli enzyme. The most potent inhibition was observed for two nucleosides: 6-chloro- and 2-amino-6-chloro-7-deazapurine 2'-deoxyribofuranosides that show inhibition constants Ki = 2.4 and 2.3 microM, respectively. Several other compounds were also found to be good inhibitors, with inhibition constants in the range 5-50 microM. In all instances the inhibition was competitive vs. the nucleoside substrate 7-methylguanosine. Inhibition constants for 7-deazapurine nucleosides are in general several-fold lower than those observed for their purine counterparts. Therefore 7-deaza modification together with substitutions at positions 2, 6 and 7 of the base is a very promising approach to obtain competitive noncleavable inhibitors of E. coli PNP that may bind to the enzyme with inhibition constants in the microM range.  相似文献

This paper presents the analysis of open-loop power-stage dynamics relevant to current-mode control for a boost pulsewidth-modulated (PWM) dc-dc converter operating in continuous-conduction mode (CCM). The transfer functions from input voltage to inductor current, from duty cycle to inductor current, and from output current to inductor current are derived. The delay from the MOSFET gate drive to the duty cycle is modeled using a first-order Pade/spl acute/ approximation. The derivations are performed using an averaged linear small-signal circuit model of the boost converter for CCM. The transfer functions can be used in modeling the complete boost PWM converter when current-mode control is used. The theory was in excellent agreement with the experimental results, enforcing the validity of the transfer functions derived.  相似文献

A design procedure and experimental results are presented for a class-E amplifier with an inductive impedance inverter. Experimental waveforms and characteristics measured at 1 MHz with an IRF620 MOSFET are given for the amplifier, which can operate under zero-voltage switching conditions for load resistances ranging from a short circuit to an open circuit. As the load resistance is increased at a fixed frequency, (1) the output power decreases, (2) a maximum efficiency of 96% occurs for optimum operation, (3) the peak values of the transistor voltage and the transistor current decrease, (4) the normalized peak values of the transistor voltage decrease, and (5) the normalized peak values of the transistor current increase  相似文献

A steady-state analysis and experimental results for a dual sepic pulse-width-modulated (PWM) DC/DC power converter for both continuous and discontinuous modes of operation are presented. The converter is dual to a sepic converter, but it can also be derived from a forward converter by replacing one of its rectifier diodes with a coupling capacitor. The circuit acts as a step-down or step-up converter, depending on the value of the ON switch duty cycle. The transformerless version of the converter has a positive DC/DC voltage transfer function. Therefore, the circuit is suitable for distributed power systems. Design equations for all circuit components are derived. Experimental results measured at 100 kHz were in good agreement with theoretical predictions  相似文献

The state-plane analysis for the buck, boost, buck/boost, and Cuk zero-current-switching resonant DC/DC power converters is presented. Simple visual criteria are introduced to determine whether the converter is operating in a mode producing voltage conversion. It is shown that the voltage conversion takes place within the converters if and only if both horizontal and vertical straight-line segments are present in the state-plane graph. The boundary of energy conversion is identified from the state plane by the evaporation of one or both straight-line segments. Formulas are found for the normalized switching frequency at this boundary that depend on the value of normalized switching voltage  相似文献

The previously reported resistance of 9-substituted adenines to ring alkylation in alkaline medium was profited from to prepare all seven possible O' methyl derivatives of the therapeutically important 9-beta-D-arabinofuranosyladenine (araA) by mild methylation of the latter with dimethylsulfate in aqueous alkaline medium. All the products were fractionated and isolated in a single step on a Dowex OH- column. The sequence of elution of the various derivatives was strikingly similar to that for the O' methyl derivatives of 1-beta-D-arabinofuranosylcytosine, previously reported, suggestive of a similar sequence of acidities of the sugar hydroxyls. The products were identified by various criteria, including PMR spectroscopy, extensive data for which are supplied. The 2'-O-methyl and 3'-O-methyl derivatives of araA exhibited appreciably lower susceptibility to calf intestinal adenosine deaminase than the parent araA. The 5'-O-methyl analogue was fully resistant to enzymatic deamination.  相似文献

CK2 is a highly pleiotropic Ser/Thr protein kinase that is able to promote cell survival and enhance the tumour phenotype under specific circumstances. We have determined the crystal structure of three new complexes with tetrabromobenzimidazole derivatives that display K(i) values between 0.15 and 0.30 microM. A comparative analysis of these data with those of four other inhibitors of the same family revealed the presence of some highly conserved water molecules in the ATP-binding site. These waters reside near Lys68, in an area with a positive electrostatic potential that is able to attract and orient negatively charged ligands. The presence of this positive region and two unique bulky residues that are typical of CK2, Ile66 and Ile174, play a critical role in determining the ligand orientation and binding selectivity.  相似文献

A complete design procedure of a Class-E oscillator for a duty cycle of 0.5 is presented. It is based on an analytical solution of equations, which describe oscillator operation for steady state. General equations for all oscillator component values are given. Using the proposed procedure, the components were calculated for an example oscillator. The oscillator was built and tested using an MTP3055E power MOSFET. The efficiency and output power versus frequency, and the oscillation frequency versus dc supply voltage were measured. At V/sub DD/=4.5 V, the measured oscillation frequency was 800 kHz, the output power was 0.953 W, and the efficiency was 82%.  相似文献
