Tomato seed oil was extracted with supercritical carbon dioxide in a semibatch-flow extractor within the temperature range 313–343 K and the pressure range 10.8–24.5MPa. The extraction rates increased with pressure, but decreased with temperature increase because of the variation in solvent density and resultant differences in oil solubility. The fatty acid composition of the extracted oil was similar to that of soybean oil.  相似文献

A new practical method is proposed which gives a quasi-optimal solution of the dynamic load-dispatching problem formulated by a multiconstraint multiobjective optimization problem. Here, the multiple constraints are rate reserve constraints and power flow ones, and the multiple objectives are fuel cost and CO2 emission. The proposed method is an integration of the following three techniques: (1) “Group Dispatch Scheme,” which is developed by the authors, is used to satisfy a violated constraint easily. This scheme consists of three steps. The first step is to classify all generators into two groups. One is the group which should be more loaded to satisfy the violated constraint, and the other is the should-be less loaded group. The second step is to add some load to the former group, and to subtract the same load from the latter. The third step is to dispatch each group load to each groups generators, respectively; (2) the dynamic load-dispatching algorithm is used which provides, in practical time, quasi-optimal generation trajectories; (3) the conventional weighting parametric method is used to obtain a Pareto optimal solution of multiobjective problems. The effectiveness of the method is clarified by a computer simulation on the actual power system of Kansai Electric Power Company.  相似文献

We develop the theory for chromatographic separation of isomers such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, polychlorinated biphenyls, dioxins, steroids, and carotenoids based on shape-selective mechanisms for either exclusion or adsorption. Block-like solute transport and retention on oriented stationary phases are modeled by a dispersed-flow chromatographic equation combined with simultaneous exclusion partitioning and shaped-based adsorption. Molecules to be separated are considered distributed continuously with respect to the shape and sorption parameters. The population balance equations of distribution kinetics provide the governing differential equations that are solved for the temporal moments of the concentration in a chromatographic column. By including dispersive mass transport effects, the model allows estimation of peak variance and HETP and is thus an improvement over theories that focus solely on retention time. The model predictions are compared with experimental data from the literature for gas chromatography.  相似文献

This paper reports on the experimental validation characteristics of a salient pole synchronous motor with the starting field circuit in contact. The starting characteristics were experimentally evaluated at voltages of 100%, 75%, and 50% using a 1.5 kVA salient pole synchronous motor. The signal for pulling into step was applied to the field circuit by using the control module for all test conditions. The results confirmed the proper pulling into step at 100% of voltage, and the results of the tests at 50% and 75% of voltage revealed that the pulling into step under these conditions becomes stable at the suitable slip condition.  相似文献

The simultaneous removal and concentration of carbon dioxide present in ambient air were carried out by a dual refluxed Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) process with intermediate feed inlet position. The feed inlet position divides each column into rectifying and stripping sections from which enriched and lean gases can be simultaneously produced. A simple isothermal model with negligible axial dispersion and pressure drops through the PSA beds was developed to investigate the effects of various combinations of the operating variables and to analyze semi-quantitatively the effects of the main characteristic parameters such as the dimensionless feed inlet position (ZR/LT) and the stripping-reflux ratio (Rr). A good agreement between the model prediction and the experimental results was obtained. Moreover, an optimum feed inlet position was found and it corresponded to a position where the carbon dioxide mole ratio in the feed flux and that in the upstream flux leaving the stripping section were equal. The carbon dioxide mole ratio in the enriched product (YE) as well as that in the lean product (YL) were strongly dependent on the ratio of feed/enriched product flow rates (QF/QE) and the ratio of feed/lean product flow rates (QF/QL). Although the pressure ratio (Pa/Pd) was crucially important for the separation performance, a smaller value of Rr was sufficient to reach a performance which is unattainable in conventional PSA processes.  相似文献

Essential oils and cuticular waxes were extracted from peppermint leaves with supercritical carbon dioxide in a semicontinuous-flow extractor. The effects of CO2 flow rate and pressure on the extraction rate were studied within the flow rate range of (4·1–9·8) × 10−5 kg s−1 and the pressure range of 10–30 MPa. Flow rate effect indicated that the intraparticle diffusion resistance was not dominant in this process. The extraction rate of cuticular waxes increased remarkably with the pressure, whereas that of essential oils was almost constant as compared with cuticular waxes. The concentration of cuticular waxes at the exit of the extractor was close to the solubility of triacontane while that of essential oils was much lower than the solubility of 1-menthol.  相似文献

Inflammation is an essential action to protect the host human body from external, harmful antigens and microorganisms. However, an excessive inflammation reaction sometimes exceeds tissue damage and can disrupt organ functions. Therefore, anti-inflammatory action and resolution mechanisms need to be clarified. Dietary foods are an essential daily lifestyle that influences various human physiological processes and pathological conditions. Especially, omega-3 fatty acids in the diet ameliorate chronic inflammatory skin diseases. Recent studies have identified that omega-3 fatty acid derivatives, such as the resolvin series, showed strong anti-inflammatory actions in various inflammatory diseases. Maresin-1 is a derivative of one of the representative omega-3 fatty acids, i.e., docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), and has shown beneficial action in inflammatory disease models. In this review, we summarize the detailed actions of maresin-1 in immune cells and inflammatory diseases.  相似文献

Z‐isomers of lycopene exhibit higher bioavailability and antioxidant capacity than those of the all‐E‐isomer. Therefore, it is important to develop an efficient and environmentally friendly procedure for Z‐isomerization. The current methods for Z‐isomerization of (all‐E)‐lycopene use toxic chemicals such as organic solvents and catalysts. This study is aimed to develop a chemical‐free method for Z‐isomerization of (all‐E)‐lycopene in tomato powder by hot air and superheated steam heating. The Z‐isomerization reaction is promoted by heating above the melting point of lycopene. When heated with superheated steam, the thermal decomposition of lycopene is suppressed compared to that when heated with hot air. When tomato powder is heated at 240 °C for 5 min by superheated steam, the total Z‐isomer content and remaining lycopene are 69.0% and 90.7%, respectively, while with hot air heating, the total Z‐isomer content and remaining lycopene are 69.9% and 68.0%, respectively. These results indicate that the thermal Z‐isomerization of lycopene occurs in the molten state and heating in a low oxygen atmosphere suppresses the thermal decomposition of lycopene. Practical Applications: Tomato powder rich in lycopene Z‐isomers is an important ingredient for the food and animal feed industries. Since Z‐isomers of lycopene are more soluble in solvents including ethanol which is a low‐toxicity and environmentally friendly solvent, the efficiency of lycopene extraction with ethanol can be improved by using the Z‐isomer‐rich tomato powder as a raw material. The obtained Z‐isomer‐rich extract has a high added value because the Z‐isomers have higher bioavailability and antioxidant capacity than those of the all‐E‐isomer. In addition, since lycopene Z‐isomers exhibit higher accumulation efficiency and better color improvement in hen egg yolks than those of the all‐E‐isomer, Z‐isomer‐rich tomato powder is an effective animal feed.  相似文献
