This paper presents the design,implementation and testing of an embedded system that integrates solar and storage energy resources to smart homes within the smart microgrid.The proposed system provides the required home energy by installing renewable energy and storage devices.It also manages and schedules the power flow during peak and off-peak periods.In addition,a two-way communication protocol is developed to enable the home owners and the utility service provider to improve the energy flow and the consumption efficiency.The system can be an integral part for homes in a smart grid or smart microgrid power networks.A prototype for the proposed system was designed,implemented and tested by using a controlled load bank to simulate a scaled random real house consumption behavior.Three different scenarios were tested and the results and findings are reported.Moreover,data flow security among the home,home owners and utility server is developed to minimize cyber-attacks.  相似文献

The term IoT refers to the interconnection and exchange of data among devices/sensors. IoT devices are often small, low cost, and have limited resources. The IoT issues and challenges are growing increasingly. Security and privacy issues are among the most important concerns in IoT applications, such as smart buildings. Remote cybersecurity attacks are the attacks which do not require physical access to the IoT networks, where the attacker can remotely access and communicate with the IoT devices through a wireless communication channel. Thus, remote cybersecurity attacks are a significant threat. Emerging applications in smart environments such as smart buildings require remote access for both users and resources. Since the user/building communication channel is insecure, a lightweight and secure authentication protocol is required. In this paper, we propose a new secure remote user mutual authentication protocol based on transitory identities and multi-factor authentication for IoT smart building environment. The protocol ensures that only legitimate users can authenticate with smart building controllers in an anonymous, unlinkable, and untraceable manner. The protocol also avoids clock synchronization problem and can resist quantum computing attacks. The security of the protocol is evaluated using two different methods: (1) informal analysis; (2) model check using the automated validation of internet security protocols and applications (AVISPA) toolkit. The communication overhead and computational cost of the proposed are analyzed. The security and performance analysis show that our protocol is secure and efficient.  相似文献

Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media have emerged as excellent platforms for interacting with friends and expressing thoughts, posts, comments, images, and videos that express moods, sentiments, and feelings. With this, it has become possible to examine user thoughts and feelings in social network data to better understand their perspectives and attitudes. However, the analysis of depression based on social media has gained widespread acceptance worldwide, other verticals still have yet to be discovered. The depression analysis uses Twitter data from a publicly available web source in this work. To assess the accuracy of depression detection, long-short-term memory (LSTM) and convolution neural network (CNN) techniques were used. This method is both efficient and scalable. The simulation results have shown an accuracy of 86.23%, which is reasonable compared to existing methods.  相似文献

The flexural and vibration properties were examined in order to evaluate the anti-vibration characteristics of rubber modified reinforced concrete beam. The rubberised mixtures were produced by replacing 5, 7.5, and 10 % by mass of the fine aggregate with 1–4 mm scrap truck tyre crumb rubber particles. A series of reinforced concrete beam (1,200 × 135 × 90 mm3) was tested in a free vibration mode and then subsequently in a four point flexural tests. The input and output signals from vibration tests were utilised to calculate various dynamic parameters such as natural frequencies, frequency response function, dynamic modulus of elasticity and damping ratio. The results showed that compared to control mixture, gradual reductions of natural frequencies in first six modes of all rubberised beams with the highest being in the mixture with 10 % rubber contents. In addition, despite the reduction in overall strength, rubberised mixtures showed flexibility under loading due to the higher energy absorption capacity of rubber particles. Compared to control mixture, the results also showed a uniform global decrease in the dynamic modulus over the span. The reduction was found as high as 26 % in the mixture with 10 % rubber content. The results indicated that the rubberised concrete exhibits better anti-vibration properties and could be a viable alternative to use as vibration attenuation material where resistance to impact or blast is required such as in railway buffers, jersey barriers (a protective concrete barrier used as a highway divider and a means of preventing access to a prohibited area) and bunkers.  相似文献
