From the multitude of materials currently available on the market that can be used in the development of microparticles, sodium alginate has become one of the most studied natural anionic polymers that can be included in controlled-release pharmaceutical systems alongside other polymers due to its low cost, low toxicity, biocompatibility, biodegradability and gelatinous die-forming capacity in the presence of Ca2+ ions. In this review, we have shown that through coacervation, the particulate systems for the dispensing of drugs consisting of natural polymers are nontoxic, allowing the repeated administration of medicinal substances and the protection of better the medicinal substances from degradation, which can increase the capture capacity of the drug and extend its release from the pharmaceutical form.  相似文献

Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is considered as one of the main causes of death, threating human lives for decades. Currently, its diagnosis relies on electrocardiography (ECG), which has been proven to be insufficient. In this context, the efficient detection of cardiac biomarkers was proposed to overcome the limitations of ECG. In particular, the measurement of troponins, specifically cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and cardiac troponin T (cTnT), has proven to be superior in terms of sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of myocardial damage. As one of the most life-threatening conditions, specific and sensitive investigation methods that are fast, universally available, and cost-efficient to allow for early initiation of evidence-based, living-saving treatment are desired. In this review, we aim to present and discuss the major breakthroughs made in the development of cTnI and cTnT specific biosensor designs and analytical tools, highlighting the achieved progress as well as the remaining challenges to reach the technological goal of simple, specific, cheap, and portable testing chips for the rapid and efficient on-site detection of cardiac cTnI/cTnT biomarkers in order to diagnose and treat cardiovascular diseases at an incipient stage.  相似文献

Copper silica composite coatings are an attractive alternative to chromium and nickel coatings in order to avoid environmental problems and for application in electrical devices. However, co-deposition of SiO2 particles with metals occurs to a rather limited extent, generally under 1%, due to the hydrophilicity of SiO2, which makes the incorporation of particles in a metallic matrix difficult. To overcome this drawback, the influence of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) on the deposition and corrosion behavior of Cu–SiO2 coatings on steel has been studied. It was established that CTAB plays a beneficial role in SiO2 suspension stabilization, promotes the co-deposition of nanoparticles in the copper matrix and improves the deposit morphology and structure. Consequently, a higher corrosion resistance of Cu–SiO2 deposits obtained in the presence of CTAB was noticed. The most important effect was observed in the case when CTAB was used in concentration of 10−3 M in the electroplating bath.  相似文献

The optical properties and structure of a-C:H films were modified by addition of nitrogen into the CH4/H2 deposition mixture. Three films prepared in capacitively coupled rf discharge were compared: (a) hydrogenated diamond like carbon film with hydrogen content of 34% and indentation hardness of 21.7 GPa, (b) hard a-C:H:N film with nitrogen content of 13% and indentation hardness of 18.5 GPa and (c) soft a-C:H:N film with nitrogen content of 10% and indentation hardness of 6.7 GPa. It is shown how the parametrized density of states model describing dielectric response of electronic interband transitions can be applied to modified a-C:H:N and how it can be combined with correct treatment of transmittance measured in infrared range using additional Gaussian peaks in joint density of phonon states. This analysis resulted in determination of film dielectric function in wide spectral range (0.045-30 eV) and provided also information about the density of states of valence and conduction bands and lattice vibrations.  相似文献

Cultural bronze artefacts are exposed in indoor or outdoor environment. They often suffer of a substantial alteration due to an increasing atmospheric pollution. In this work, we propose the use of some innoxious compounds as corrosion inhibitors of bronze objects covered with patina. The bronze used was Cu-6Sn (in wt.%). This composition was selected after a preliminary work on several archaeological bronzes found in Transylvania, Romania, dated from the Late Neolithic to Roman periods. First, an artificial patina was formed on Cu-6Sn bronze under potential regulation, in 0.2 g L−1 NaHCO3 + 0.2 g L−1 Na2SO4 aqueous solution (pH 8), during 4 days. A pale blue to green patina was obtained and characterized using EDS and Raman spectroscopy. Then, four innoxious organic substances were examined as corrosion inhibitors: 5 mM 4-methyl-1-(p-tolyl)-imidazole (TMI), 10 mM 1-phenyl 4-methyl-imidazole (PMI), 1 mM 2-mercapto 5-R-acetylamino-1,3,4-thiadiazole (MAcT), 1 mM 2-mercapto 5-R-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole (MAT), and for comparison 1 mM benzotriazole (BTA). The impedance spectra collected showed, for all of them, three depressed capacitive loops. On the basis of these capacitance values, these loops were allocated to the surface film with ionic conduction, the double layer capacitance with the charge transfer resistance, and the oxidation-reduction process involving the surface patina. TMI and MAcT were found to be efficient inhibitors though their performances are significantly lower than that of BTA.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to investigate the anti‐corrosive properties of nanocomposite Zn? Ni coatings containing Al2O3 nanoparticles, prepared from alkaline commercial electrolytes (pH 13), (PERFORMA 280.5, COVENTYA S.A.S, France), by electrodeposition on carbon steel (OL37). The corrosion resistance of the coatings prepared with different concentrations of Al2O3 (5, 10, and 15 g/L) was evaluated in 0.2 g/L Na2SO4 solution (pH 5) by open circuit potential (OCP) measurements, potentiodynamic polarization, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) techniques. The results of electrochemical measurements were corroborated with those obtained by using X‐ray diffraction analysis. The obtained results show that the introduction of Al2O3 nanoparticles in the plating bath generally brings an increase in corrosion resistance of Zn? Ni layers and put in evidence the existence of an optimal Al2O3 concentration. Under the examined conditions, the optimal concentration determined from polarization measurements was proven to be 5 g/L Al2O3. The highest value of the polarization resistance, Rp, obtained from impedance measurements corresponds also to Zn? Ni with 5 g/L Al2O3, which is in agreement with the results obtained from polarization and XRD measurements.  相似文献

This paper presents an original theoretical framework to model steel material properties in continuous casting line process. Specific properties arising from non-Newtonian dynamics are herein used to indicate the natural convergence of distributed parameter systems to fractional order transfer function models. Data driven identification from a real continuous casting line is used to identify model of the electromagnetic actuator device to control flow velocity of liquid steel. To ensure product specifications, a fractional order control is designed and validated on the system. A projection of the closed loop performance onto the quality assessment at end production line is also given in this paper.   相似文献

Prussian Blue-modified graphite electrodes (G/PB) with electrocatalytic activity toward H2O2 reduction were obtained by PB potentiostatic electrodeposition from a mixture containing 2.5 mm FeCl3 + 2.5 mm K3[Fe(CN)6] + 0.1 m KCl + 0.1 m HCl. From cyclic voltammetric measurements, performed in KCl aqueous solutions of different concentrations (5 × 10−2–1 m), the rate constant for the heterogeneous electron transfer (k s) was estimated by using the Laviron treatment. The highest ks value (10.7 s−1) was found for 1 m KCl solution. The differences between the electrochemical parameters of the voltammetric response, as well as the shift of the formal potential, observed in the presence of Cl and NO3 compared to those observed in the presence of SO42− ions, points to the involvement of anions in the redox reactions of PB. The G/PB electrodes showed a good electrochemical stability proved by a low deactivation rate constant (0.8 × 10−12 mol cm2 s−1). The electrocatalytic efficiency, estimated as the ratio , was found to be 3.6 (at an applied potential of 0 mV vs. SCE; Γ = 5 × 10−8 mol cm−2) for a H2O2 concentration of 5 mm, thus indicating G/PB electrodes as possible H2O2 sensors.  相似文献
