A logic language is suitable for specification if it is equipped with features for data abstraction and modularization. In this paper, an effective mechanism to incorporate function and type into logic programming is presented as the means to embed data abstraction mechanism into logic programming. This incorporation is essentially based on Horn clause logic with equality and a polymorphic type system that is an extension of Mycroft and O’Keefe’s system. MPPA光动力作用诱导人鼻咽癌细胞凋亡的实验研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
为观察MPPa光动力作用对鼻咽癌细胞凋亡的影响,应用AnnexinV—PI双染结合流式细胞仪分析MPPa光动力作用后人鼻咽癌细胞株CNE2细胞发生凋亡和继发性坏死的比率。结果显示MPPa光动力作用实验组人鼻咽癌细胞株CNE2细胞发生凋亡和继发性坏死的比率分别增加到16.43 %和4.64 % ,且均显著高于单纯光照射组、单纯MMPa光敏剂处理组和假照射组(P <0 .0 1) ,而三对照组间无明显差异(P >0 .0 5 )。表明MPPa光动力作用能有效诱导低分化人鼻咽癌细胞株CNE2细胞凋亡的发生。这也可能是MPPa光动力作用杀伤鼻咽癌的重要机制之一。 相似文献

西南高山峡谷区是我国重大铁路交通工程规划建设的重点区域,如川藏铁路建设等,深埋、长大隧道数量多,常规垂直孔勘察方法无法满足精细化地质勘察的需求.采用水平定向勘察技术沿隧道设计轴线施工水平定向孔为隧道勘察提供了一种有效的手段.水平定向勘察技术的核心包括钻进技术、取心技术、钻孔轨迹控制技术、随钻测量/随钻测井技术、综合测井技术等.结合国内外水平定向勘察技术的发展应用现状,分析了目前存在的问题,提出了开展单次钻探长度超3000 m的水平定向多工艺钻进关键技术与装备攻关,构建安全、高效、经济合理的水平定向勘察技术体系的建议. 相似文献

The mechanistic modeling of biodiesel production process in membrane reactor with the consideration of chemical reaction, phase equilibrium, and ultrafiltration is important for the membrane reactor design. In part II of this work, the chemical and phase equilibrium (CPE) model for crude palm oil transesterification reaction in the membrane reactor developed in part I is extended to an integration of CPE with modified Maxwell–Stefan model, which considers multicomponent mass transport phenomena of concentration polarization and intramembrane. A good fit of simulated permeate fluxes and apparent solute rejection to the experimental data shows that the model has a good prediction capability. Reversible fouling was found to be the major fouling and no pore plugging was observed. Simulation results verified that micelles were retained by the membrane at CPO:MEOH molar ratio of 1:24 and catalyst concentration of 0.5 wt %. This paper discusses a rapid GC-FID technique for the simultaneous quantitative analysis of FFA, MAG, DAG, TAG, sterols, and
squalene in vegetable oils, with special reference to palm oil. The FFA content determined had a lower SE compared with a
conventional titrimetric method. Squalene and individual sterols, consisting of β-sitosterol, stigmasterol, campesterol, and
cholesterol, were accurately quantified without any losses. This was achieved through elimination of tedious conventional
sample pretreatments, such as saponification and preparative TLC. With this technique, the separation of individual MAG, consisting
of 16∶0, 18∶0, and 18∶1 FA, and the DAG species, consisting of the 1,2(2,3)- and 1,3-positions, was sufficient to enable their
quantification. This technique enabled the TAG to be determined according to their carbon numbers in the range of C44 to C56. Comparisons were made with conventional methods, and the results were in good agreement with those reported in the literature. 相似文献

In this work the synthesis of a nickel doped cubic manganese spinel has been studied for application as cathode material in secondary lithium batteries. Six different experimental approaches have been tested in order to carry out a screening of the various possible synthetic routes. The used synthetic strategies were wet chemistry (WC), solid state (SS), combustion synthesis (CS), cellulose-based sol-gel synthesis (SG-C), ascorbic acid-based sol-gel synthesis (SG-AA) and resorcinol/formaldehyde-based sol-gel synthesis (SG-RF). The goal of our study is to obtain insights about how the synthesis conditions can be modified in order to achieve a material with improved electrochemical performances in such devices, especially in high current operating regimes. The synthesized materials have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), atomic absorption, inductively coupled plasma (ICP-MS) atomic emission spectroscopy, surface area measurements and tested as high voltage cathodes in Li-ion electrochemical devices. 相似文献

在时隔北京CBD东扩竞赛一年之后,KPF应邀参加了北京CBD核心区12宗地块的规划及单体设计竞赛.在两宗地块获得单体设计第一名之外,KPF总体规划中的很多要素也得到了广泛的认可和最终的采纳.在为21世纪的CBD进行设计之前,有必要分析一下那些被视为20世纪CBD典型案例的成功与不足之处.对其尺度、密度、空间、功能设置的研究都将有助于北京CBD核心区的设计:伦敦的金丝雀码头是欧洲最成功的CBD之一.由于市中心类似北京的建筑限高,从20世纪90年代开始金丝雀码头逐步成为伦敦高层写字楼最集中的区域,并吸引了大量金融机构总部进驻,拥有先进的基础设施和便捷的公共交通,其由一家投资公司(Canary Wharf Group)整体管理的模式也值得借鉴.但其设计仅针对金融机构,CBD的位置相对伦敦市中心比较独立,没有包含能够使该区域24小时保持活力的业态. 相似文献
