In this paper, we develop algorithms for distributed computation of averages of the node data over networks with arbitrary but fixed connectivity. The algorithms we develop are linear dynamical systems that generate sequences of improving approximations to the desired computation at each node, via iterative processing and broadcasting. The algorithms are locally constructed at each node by exploiting only locally available and macroscopic information about the network topology. We present methods for optimizing the convergence rates of these algorithms to the desired computation, and evaluate their performance characteristics in the context of a problem of signal estimation from multinode noisy observations. By conducting simulations based on simple power-loss propagation models, we perform a preliminary comparison of the algorithms we develop against other types of distributed algorithms for computing averages, and identify transmit-power optimized algorithmic implementations as a function of the size and density of the sensor network. 相似文献

A mobile root‐zone wastewater treatment system with a reaction zone consisting solely of reed roots as the growth surface for microorganisms was tested for temporary applications in the treatment of municipal wastewater. Pretreated municipal wastewater from a large‐scale wastewater treatment plant was fed to this system during the 2016 vegetation period. The outlet limit values for chemical oxygen demand and biochemical oxygen demand were adhered to reliably at an inlet volumetric flow rate of 1200 L d?1. Short‐term loading peaks of up to 1800 L d?1 did not lead to overloading of the system. 相似文献

In rats narcotized by urethan we investigated the effect of 2,4-dinitrophenol and ouabain with regard to the cortical release of acetylcholine stimulated by scopolamine and to the acetylcholine content of telencephalon changed in that way. Dinitrophenol increased the liberating effect of scopolamine. In the presence of dinitrophenol and scopolamine ouabain reduced acetylcholine synthesis resulting in an strong decrease of acetylcholine content on persistent diminished increase of acetylcholine release. 相似文献
