SiPix利用独特的微杯(Microcup)结构和顶部灌注封装技术,通过连续整卷高速涂布的制程成功地制造出高性能的双稳性、装填电泳微粒的电子纸。SiPix可提供下列两种规格形式任意的EPD卷式成品:(A)用于有源矩阵EPD和直接驱动产品的可剥离保护膜/已灌装及密封的Microcup/无图案导体膜夹层卷;及(P)用于无源矩阵的行导体膜/已灌装及密封的Microcup/列导体膜夹层卷。已经开发出将EPD卷制成不同的显示模块或产品的简单的后续加工制程。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to examine predictors and consequences of spouses' involvement in each others' strategies for pursuing important personal goals called life tasks. Husbands and wives within 39 short- and long-term marriages described five life tasks and provided appraisals of whether each was shared with their spouse. Participants later completed 14 consecutive diary entries recording daily life task pursuit strategies, the extent of spouse involvement in each, and measures of positive and negative affect. Results indicated that interdependence in life task appraisals prospectively predicted greater spouse involvement, and greater spouse involvement was associated with more positive affect for that day. Life task appraisals may provide avenues for understanding couples' strategies for dealing with goals or stressors and how those strategies affect mood. ABSTRACT: Flavor characteristics of roasted peanuts over short-term storage were explored through sensory and chemical analyses. The volatiles from freshly roasted peanuts were evaluated over short-time (21 d) storage using gas chromatography, chemosensory techniques, and a sensory panel to quantify and identify pyrazines and hexanal over a 21-d storage period. A significant decrease ( P < 0.05) was noted in 2,3-diethylpyrazine, 2-methoxypyrazine, 2,3-dimethylpyrazine, 2-ethyl-3-methylpyrazine, and 2,3,5-trimethylpyrazine concentrations over a 21-d period. No significant difference ( P > 0.05) was noted in the 2-methylpyrazine and 2-ethylpyrazine concentrations. The hexanal concentration significantly increased ( P < 0.05) over the 21-d period. The peroxide values and sensory analysis agreed with these results. A significant increase ( P < 0.05) in peroxide value was seen at days 14 and 21, and a significant decrease ( P < 0.05) in fresh roasted peanuty flavor from day 0 to 21 and significant increases ( P < 0.05) in painty, cardboardy, and bitter flavors from day 7 to 21 with the sensory analysis. The electronic nose successfully separated day 0 and 21 samples from day 7 and 14 samples, which were also separated but with some overlap.  相似文献

The effects of 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA)-induced lesions of the dorsal noradrenergic bundle (DNB) were assessed in animals trained in a task designed to measure sustained attention, or vigilance. Infusions of 6-OHDA reduced frontal cortical noradrenaline contents but did not significantly affect striatal and hypothalamic noradrenaline contents. The performance of lesioned animals did not differ significantly from sham-lesioned controls. The performance of both the lesioned and sham-lesioned animals was impaired by the presentation of a visual distractor and by a decrease in the probability for a signal. The results from this study largely coincide with the results from previous studies on the effects of noradrenergic lesions on various aspects of attention. In contrast to the attentional functions assessed in this experiment, the ability to detect and select stimuli that are associated with activation of sympathetic functions is hypothesized to be sensitive to the effects of DNB lesions.  相似文献

Hypothesized that social skills training could improve communications between adolescents and parents while enhancing improvement in perceived communication and problem-solving behaviors. 25 parent–adolescent dyads (all members of the Church of the Latter Day Saints) participated in a pre- and posttest experimental and control group design. The 18 experimental dyads completed a social skills program. Analyses revealed significant training effects on all social skills in the program, but perceived improvement was slightly higher for parents than for adolescents. The hepatotoxicity of acetaminophen overdose depends on the metabolic activation to a toxic reactive metabolite by the hepatic mixed function oxidases. There is evidence that an increase in cytosolic Ca2+ is involved in acetaminophen hepatotoxicity. The effects of the Ca2+-antagonists nifedipine (NF), verapamil (V), diltiazem (DL) and of the calmodulin antagonist trifluoperazine (TFP) on the activity of some drug-metabolizing enzyme systems, lipid peroxidation and acute acetaminophen toxicity were studied in male albino mice. No changes in the drug-metabolizing enzyme activities studied and in the cytochrome P-450 and b5 contents were observed 1 h after oral administration of V (20 mg/kg). DL (70 mg/kg) and TFP (3 mg/kg). NF (50 mg/kg) increased cytochrome P-450 content, NADPH-cytochrome c reductase and ethylmorphine-N-demethylase activities. DL and TFP significantly decreased lipid peroxidation. NF, V, DL and TFP administered 1 h before acetaminophen (700 mg/kg orally) increased the mean survival time of animals. A large increase of serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST), and liver weight and depletion of liver reduced glutathione (GSH) occurred in animals receiving toxic acetaminophen dose. NF, V and DL prevented and TFP decreased the acetaminophen-induced hepatic damage measured both by plasma AST and by liver weight. NF, V, DL and TFP changed neither the hepatic GSH level nor the GSH depletion provoked by the toxic dose of acetaminophen. This suggests that V, DL and TFP do not influence the amount of the acetaminophen toxic metabolite formed in the liver. The possible mechanism of the protective effect of NF, V, DL and TFP on the acetaminophen-induced toxicity is discussed.  相似文献

We present a process to automatically generate three-dimensional mesh representations of the complex, arborized cell membrane surface of cortical neurons (the principal information processing cells of the brain) from nonuniform morphological measurements. Starting from manually sampled morphological points (3D points and diameters) from neurons in a brain slice preparation, we construct a polygonal mesh representation that realistically represents the continuous membrane surface, closely matching the original experimental data. A mapping between the original morphological points and the newly generated mesh enables simulations of electrophysiolgical activity to be visualized on this new membrane representation. We compare the new mesh representation with the state of the art and present a series of use cases and applications of this technique to visualize simulations of single neurons and networks of multiple neurons.  相似文献

Flavivirus genus includes many deadly viruses such as the Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) and Zika virus (ZIKV). The 5′ terminal regions (TR) of flaviviruses interact with human proteins and such interactions are critical for viral replication. One of the human proteins identified to interact with the 5′ TR of JEV is the DEAD-box helicase, DDX3X. In this study, we in vitro transcribed the 5′ TR of JEV and demonstrated its direct interaction with recombinant DDX3X (Kd of 1.66 ± 0.21 µM) using microscale thermophoresis (MST). Due to the proposed structural similarities of 5′ and 3′ TRs of flaviviruses, we investigated if the ZIKV 5′ TR could also interact with human DDX3X. Our MST studies suggested that DDX3X recognizes ZIKV 5′ TR with a Kd of 7.05 ± 0.75 µM. Next, we performed helicase assays that suggested that the binding of DDX3X leads to the unwinding of JEV and ZIKV 5′ TRs. Overall, our data indicate, for the first time, that DDX3X can directly bind and unwind in vitro transcribed flaviviral TRs. Reminder cues can destabilize consolidated memories, rendering them modifiable before they return to a stable state through the process of reconsolidation. Older and stronger memories resist this process and require the presentation of reminders along with salient novel information in order to destabilize. Previously, we demonstrated in rats that novelty-induced object memory destabilization requires acetylcholine (ACh) activity at M1 muscarinic receptors. Other research predominantly has focused on glutamate, which modulates fear memory destabilization and reconsolidation through GluN2B- and GluN2A-containing NMDARs, respectively. In the current study, we demonstrate the same dissociable roles of GluN2B- and N2A-containing NMDARs in perirhinal cortex (PRh) for object memory destabilization and reconsolidation when boundary conditions are absent. However, neither GluN2 receptor subtype was required for novelty-induced destabilization of remote, resistant memories. Furthermore, GluN2B and GluN2A subunit proteins were upregulated selectively in PRh 24 h after learning, but returned to baseline by 48 h, suggesting that NMDARs, unlike muscarinic receptors, have only a temporary role in object memory destabilization. Indeed, activation of M1 receptors in PRh at the time of reactivation effectively destabilized remote memories despite inhibition of GluN2B-containing NMDARs. These findings suggest that cholinergic activity at M1 receptors overrides boundary conditions to destabilize resistant memories when other established mechanisms are insufficient.  相似文献
