筑炉方式对中频感应炉炉衬寿命的影响

采用了不同振动器在中频无芯感应电炉上打结干振料的工艺,分析了影响中频感应电炉炉衬寿命的因素,研究了不同筑炉方式对电炉炉衬寿命的影响。实践表明,采用Jolter振动器打结干振料工艺,使炉衬寿命从单炉160炉提高至180炉,平均增加12．50％。

Air management modeling of condensing units in a confined space and its impact on the chiller system performance

The small air cooled chillers that serve an apartment building or residential villa often have the outdoor condensing units installed within a confined space. The installation distance between chiller and wall or between two chillers has significant impact on the chiller performance. In this study, three CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) approaches to condensing unit air management modeling are proposed and compared with each other first. The predicted air flow rates are compared to the test data as well. The comparison shows that the CFD approach with fan boundary definition is the most cost-effective, easy to be implemented, and accurate. Together with the chiller system modeling, a parametric study is further conducted to investigate the effect of the wall-chiller distance and the chiller-chiller distance on the chiller performance.

就硬杂木浆、竹浆采用中浓打浆新技术配抄高档静电复印纸的生产使用效果进行了研究，对旧的低浓打浆工艺进行了改造，提高了纸浆原料的使用品质和产品的各项使用性能，就新工艺的一些参数进行了制定，为相关企业的技术改造提供了有益的参考。     

Magma mixing of granites at Lianghe:In-situ zircon analysis for trace elements, U-Pb ages and Hf isotopes

In this paper, we report an integrated study of trace element, U-Pb age and Hf isotopic composition of zircons from alkali feldspar granites, granodiorites and diorite enclaves in a recently discovered ring complex at Lianghe in western Yunnan, Chi na. The granitoids showed identical U-Pb ages of 127, 115 and 122 Ma, from felsic to mafic, but had different zircon trace el ements and Hf isotopic compositions. Trace element content decreased with a gradual increase in εHf(t) values of ?9.1 to ?5.4, ?4.5 to 0,...     

Fluorescence improvement of Ba1.3Ca0.7SiO4:Eu,Mn phosphors via Dy addition and their color-tunable properties

A series of novel single-phase white phosphors Ba_1.3Ca_0.69−x−ySiO₄:0.01Eu²⁺,xMn²⁺, yDy³⁺ were synthesized by the solid-state method. The excitation spectra of these phosphors exhibit a broad band in the range of 260–410 nm, which can meet the application requirements for near-UV LED chips (excited at 350–410 nm). The emission spectra consist of two broad bands positioned around 455 nm and 596 nm, which are assigned to 5d→4f transition of Eu²⁺, and ⁴T₁→⁶A₁ transition of Mn²⁺, respectively. The luminescence intensity of phosphors enhances obviously by doping Dy³⁺ ions, and the intensity of two bands reaches an optimum when Dy³⁺ amounts to 2 mol%. In addition, thermoluminescence investigation of phosphor was conducted, getting two shallow trap defects with activation energy of 0.43 eV and 0.45 eV, which demonstrates the energy transfer mechanism of Dy–Eu through the process of hole and electron traps. By precisely tuning the Mn²⁺ content, an optimized white light with color rendering index (CRI) of R_a=84.3%, correlated color temperature (CCT) of T_c=8416 K and CIE chromaticity coordinates of (0.2941, 0.2937) is generated. The phosphor could be a potential white phosphors for near-UV light emitting diodes.     

基于Pro/E及Ansys集成环境下的导电触片有限元分析

针对Ansys及Pro/E软件各自的功能特点,对这两种软件的集成连接方法做了相应的对比研究,建立了基于这两种软件的集成设计分析平台,在此平台上,对集线器产品导电触片进行了有限元分析,该方法的应用缩短了集线器产品的开发周期,提高了集线器产品的设计效率.     

）istortion-Free Data Embedding Scheme for Hig Dynamic Range Images

Distortion-free data embedding is a technique which can assure that not only the secret data is correctly extracted but also the cover media is recovered without any distortion after secret data is extracted completely. Because of these advantages, this technique attracts the attention of many researchers. In this paper, a new distortion-free data embedding scheme for high dynamic range (HDR) images is proposed. By depending on Cartesian product, this scheme can obtain higher embedding capacity while maintaining the exactly identical cover image and stego image when using the tone mapping algorithms. In experimental results, the proposed scheme is superior to Yu et al.'s scheme in regard to the embedding rate-an average embedding rate of 0.1355 bpp compared with Yu et al.'s scheme (0.1270 bpp).
