An analysis is made of trends and scientific-technical problems in the development of new cross-cutting shears (CCSs) for cutting flat-rolled products. The modernization of existing shears of this type is also included in the analysis. The article examines the main types of flying shears and electromagnetic plate stackers that have been designed by All-Russia Scientific Research, Planning, and Design Institute of Metallurgical Machinery (VNIImetmash) together with machine builders and metallurgical plants for use in CCSs. Specific equipment designs are discussed along with current developments in the modernization of existing flying shears and electromagnetic stackers. The article also reports on results obtained from commercial use of the equipment. 相似文献

Results obtained in a study of the influence exerted by the technological modes of local anodic oxidation (LAO) on the process in which nanosized oxide structures (NOSs) are formed on the surface of gallium arsenide are reported. The effect of the amplitude and duration of voltage pulses applied to the probesubstrate system, relative air humidity in the technological chamber, and amplitude of cantilever oscillations on the geometric parameters of gallium arsenide NOSs has been examined. It was found that raising the relative humidity from 60 to 90% results in a decrease in the threshold LAO voltage from 7.0 to 6.0 V. It is shown that raising the oscillation amplitude from 0.1 to 2.8 nm leads to a decrease in the NOS height from 3.20 ?? 0.34 to 1.10 ?? 0.13 nm and in the NOS diameter from 218.4 ?? 29.5 to 78.1 ?? 10.3 nm. 相似文献

The results of experimental studies of the phase composition of oxide nanostructures formed by the local anodic oxidation of a titanium thin film are reported. The data of the phase analysis of titanium-oxide nanostructures are obtained by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy in the ion profiling mode of measurements. It is established that the surface of titanium-oxide nanostructures 4.5 ± 0.2 nm in height possesses a binding energy of core levels characteristic of TiO2 (458.4 eV). By analyzing the titanium-oxide nanostructures in depth by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, the formation of phases with binding energies of core levels characteristic of Ti2O3 (456.6 eV) and TiO (454.8 eV) is established. The results can be used in developing the technological processes of the formation of a future electronic-component base for nanoelectronics on the basis of titanium-oxide nanostructures and probe nanotechnologies. 相似文献

Electrodynamic characteristics of a half-disc shielded dielectric resonator operating in the 8-mm wavelength range have been investigated experimentally. A slot line was proposed for the excitation of whispering gallery modes in such resonator. It has been found out that the proposed excitation technique is effective and allows the high-Q oscillations of higher orders to be excited in a shielded dielectric resonator without additional energy losses. The partial shielding of the resonator in question was proposed for its spectrum rarefaction. 相似文献

Whispering gallery modes induced in a partly shielded hemispherical dielectric resonator by lumped radiation sources were experimentally studied for the symmetric and asymmetric arrangement of the hemisphere relative to the cylindrical metal shield. The oscillation mode characteristics are presented for the shielded hemispherical resonator and an analogous open dielectric resonator. The proposed resonator is a promising device for the creation of highly stable solid-state millimetric wave oscillators. 相似文献

A new phase-domain induction machine model for use in power system dynamic simulation is developed with the aid of a symbolic tool. The symbolic tool can automatically construct a time-domain power system component model in the resistive companion form (RCF) that is widely used in time-domain simulators. The automatic differentiation technique (ADT) is utilized within the context of a symbolic modeling language, and the tool has been implemented for the virtual test bed (VTB) simulation environment. The new induction machine model was used to study start-up transients of an induction motor. The new model was verified by comparing the simulation results to those obtained from a standard d-q model. This paper also demonstrates that a symbolically assisted technique can provide an efficient and rapid path for developing complex nonlinear device models for power system simulations. 相似文献
