Hydroformylation of mono and multiple unsaturated fatty substances with heterogenized cobaltcarbonyl and rhodiumcarbonyl catalysts. Heterogenized cobalt and rhodiumcarbonyl catalyst systems can be used for the hydroformylation of mono and polyunsatured fatty substances in a technically simple and satisfying manner to useful chemical intermediates. The used solid tert. phosphane complex ligands have a silicate matrix and therefore they are also suitable for the cobalt catalyzed hydroformylation which is best performed at temperatures of 160–180oC. The cobalt catalyzed reaction gives with polyunsaturated fatty substances almost only products with monofunctionalized fatty acid chains. Whereas, the rhodium catalyzed reaction gives with linolic acid compounds inhomogeneous mixtures of mono- and diformyl derivatives of these fatty substances. The heterogenized rhodium carbonyl catalyst systems therefore seem to be more suitable for the hydroformylation of monounsaturated compounds. This is also true for rhodiumcarbonylsupported aqueous phase-catalysts which give likewise mixtures of mono and diformyl derivatives in the hydroformylation of polyunsaturated fatty substances. In batch process after the complete conversion of the olefin and reduction of the CO/H2-pressure the loss of catalyst metal from the support is negligible and in most cases below the detection limit (<1 ppm). 相似文献

Collaborative filtering as a classical method of information retrieval has been widely used in helping people to deal with
information overload. In this paper, we introduce the concept of local user similarity and global user similarity, based on
surprisal-based vector similarity and the application of the concept of maximin distance in graph theory. Surprisal-based
vector similarity expresses the relationship between any two users based on the quantities of information (called surprisal) contained in their ratings. Global user similarity defines two users being similar if they can be connected through their
locally similar neighbors. Based on both of Local User Similarity and Global User Similarity, we develop a collaborative filtering

Experiments were performed with an instrumented impact machine using different drop heights, on the nickel base alloy Inconel 625 in the as-received state and after heat treatment for about 3.6 Ms (1000 h) at 923 K (650°C). The absorbed impact energy can be obtained either by the direct dial reading, by the integration of the load versus load point displacement diagram or by the integration of the load versus time diagram, knowing the initial impact velocity v0 of the tup. Gap junctions and their expression pattern are essential to robust function of intercellular communication and electrical propagation in cardiomyocytes. In healthy myocytes, the main cardiac gap junction protein connexin-43 (Cx43) is located at the intercalated disc providing a clear direction of signal spreading across the cardiac tissue. Dislocation of Cx43 to lateral membranes has been detected in numerous cardiac diseases leading to slowed conduction and high propensity for the development of arrhythmias. At the cellular level, arrhythmogenic diseases are associated with elevated levels of oxidative distress and gap junction remodeling affecting especially the amount and sarcolemmal distribution of Cx43 expression. So far, a mechanistic link between sustained oxidative distress and altered Cx43 expression has not yet been identified. Here, we propose a novel cell model based on murine induced-pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes to investigate subcellular signaling pathways linking cardiomyocyte distress with gap junction remodeling. We tested the new hypothesis that chronic distress, induced by rapid pacing, leads to increased reactive oxygen species, which promotes expression of a micro-RNA, miR-1, specific for the control of Cx43. Our data demonstrate that Cx43 expression is highly sensitive to oxidative distress, leading to reduced expression. This effect can be efficiently prevented by the glutathione peroxidase mimetic ebselen. Moreover, Cx43 expression is tightly regulated by miR-1, which is activated by tachypacing-induced oxidative distress. In light of the high arrhythmogenic potential of altered Cx43 expression, we propose miR-1 as a novel target for pharmacological interventions to prevent the maladaptive remodeling processes during chronic distress in the heart. 相似文献

Films of neat and plasticized biodegradable poly(lactic acid) (PLA) matrices containing anionic conjugated polyelectrolytes, poly[9,9‐bis(4‐phenoxybutylsulfonate)]fluorene‐2,7‐diyl‐alt‐arylenes, with 1,4‐phenylene and 4,4″‐p‐terphenylene, respectively, as arylene groups or a neutral poly(9,9‐dialkylfluorene) for comparison were prepared by solution casting. These films were characterized using differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetry, scanning electron microscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy. In addition, the effects of plasticizer on the thermal properties and the oxygen permeability of the PLA films were measured through the oxygen transmission rate. Results show that it is possible to obtain thin, optically transparent and luminescent films with potential in oxygen sensing, exhibiting good thermal and photochemical stability. At high polyelectrolyte content, evidence is found for phase separation and aggregate formation and it is no longer possible to obtain completely homogeneous films. The possibility of incorporating the cationic metal complex tris(2,2′‐bipyridyl)ruthenium(II) into plasticized PLA films containing conjugated polyelectrolytes for dual‐wavelength ratiometric luminescence sensing is also discussed.
