采用TEM技术研究了具有不同热处理组织的Ti-25V-15Cr-2A1-2Mo-0.2C合金存在540℃,250MPa,100h蠕变作用后的变形结构。结果表明:位错环组是合金蠕变变形结构中的典型位错组态;合金的蠕变抗力随β基本上弥散分布的第二相析出数量的增加而提高。添加微量能提高蠕变抗力的合金元素,如Si元素等,是改善合金蠕变性能的可行途径。  相似文献

Polymer gel electrolytes have been prepared using lithium tetrafluoroborate (LiBF4), propylene carbonate (PC) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) at 20% and 30% concentration by mass. Self diffusion coefficients have been measured using pulse field gradient nuclear magnetic resonance (PFG-NMR) for the cation and anion using 7Li and 19F resonant frequencies respectively. It was found that lithium ion diffusion was slow compared to the much larger fluorine anion likely resulting from a large solvation shell of the lithium. Lithium ion diffusion measurements exhibited two distinct diffusive species, whereas the fluorine ions exhibited only a single diffusive species.  相似文献

This paper presents an innovative methodology/jet path on which plain waterjet (PWJ) can generate pockets of good dimensional/geometrical definition (minimised under/over-erosion) while the proposed method leads to the avoidance of grit embedment on the target workpiece and the elimination of extra cost and time related to the use of mask.The novelty of the paper relies on the proposal of jet-path strategy that minimises the variations in jet dwell time by providing “continuous” relative movement during the jet-part interaction (through minimisation of accelerations/decelerations of the machine head) and by removing a controlled amount of material in a series of layers using special techniques. The proposed method is powerful in its approach from which it ensures (quasi)equal exposure time for each zone of material over which the jet passes, so that the jet path is “totally contained” within the form to be generated; hence, no masking is necessary to define the contour/shape.This approach has been employed for generating pockets on two Ti-based superalloys commonly used in aerospace industries, followed by dimensional, geometrical and surface quality analysis. The results proved that this approach can produce milled surfaces of straightness of the pocket bottom (<200 μm), tolerance on depth of cut per layer (<20 μm), tolerance on the radii at the bottom of the pockets (<100 μm), surface roughness (Ra=4–14 μm) and waviness (Wa=10–13 μm) characteristics in conditions of high surface integrity (no cracks, contaminations, etc.).  相似文献

The degradation of naphthalene in soil-slurry systems was studied using four different organisms and two soils. Organisms with zero-order, first-order, and Michaelis-Menten rates were selected. The soils had substantially different sorption distribution coefficients. Sorption and desorption was evaluated in abiotic soil-slurry systems. The desorption process was described by a model that accounts for equilibrium, rate-limited and non-desorbing sites. Biodegradation parameters were measured in soil-extract solutions. Bioavailability assays, inoculated soil slurries, were conducted and both liquid- and sorbed-phase naphthalene concentrations were measured over time. For the less sorptive soil, the results could be explained by sequential desorption and degradation processes. For the other soil, enhanced degradation was clearly observed for the organisms with first-order and Michaelis-Menten rates. Several explanations are explored for these observations including direct sorbed-phase degradation and the development of elevated substrate concentrations at the organism/sorbent interface. No enhancement was found for the organism with zero-order kinetics.  相似文献

Soil-chemical contact time (aging) is an important determinant of the sorption and desorption characteristics of the organic contaminants and pesticides in the environment. The effects of aging on mechanism-specific sorption and desorption of atrazine were studied in soil and clay slurries. Sorption isotherm and desorption kinetic experiments were performed, and soil-water distribution coefficients and desorption rate parameters were evaluated using linear and non-linear sorption equations and a three-site desorption model, respectively. Aging time for sorption of atrazine in sterilized soil and clay slurries ranged from 2 days to 8 months. Atrazine sorption isotherms were nearly linear (r(2)>0.97) and sorption coefficients were strongly correlated to soil organic carbon content. Sorption distribution coefficients (K(d)) increased with increase in age in all five soils studied, but not for K-montmorillonite. Sorption non-linearity did not increase with increase in age except for the Houghton muck soil. Desorption profiles were well described by the three-site desorption model. The equilibrium site fraction (f(eq)) decreased and the non-desorbable site fraction (f(nd)) increased as a function of aging time in all soils. For K-montmorillonite, f(nd) approximately 0 regardless of aging, showing that aging phenomena are sorbent/mechanism specific. In all soils, it was found that when normalized to soil organic matter content, the concentration of atrazine in desorbable sites was relatively constant, whereas that in non-desorbable site increased. This, and the lack of aging effects on desorption from montmorillonite, suggests that sorption into non-desorbable sites of soil organic matter is primary source of increased atrazine sorption in soils during aging.  相似文献

We examined the effect of soluble IgG immune complex (IC) characteristics on the binding of IC to human neutrophils and IC-induced specific granule release of neutrophils via Fc gamma receptors (CD16 and CD32) and complement receptors (CR1 and CR3). A set of soluble IgG IC varying in size, IgG subclass, antigen epitope density and complement (C) incorporation were formed between 5-iodo-4-hydroxy-3-nitrophenacetyl (NIP) coupled to bovine serum albumin (BSA) and chimeric mouse-human anti-NIP monoclonal antibodies (mAb) of all four IgG subclasses. High and low epitope density IC of all four IgG subclasses induced specific granule release with C, but in the absence of C only IgG1 and IgG3 IC were functionally active. The Fc gamma and C receptors responsible for IgG IC-induced specific granule release and IC binding were determined using mAb specific for the ligand binding sites of CD16, CD32 and CR3, and recombinant soluble CR1. Each defined IC displayed a unique pattern of receptor preference, dependent upon subclass and antigenic epitope density. IC binding and IC-induced specific granule release was not mediated by the same receptor, or combination of receptors. High and low epitope density IgG3 IC binding and induction of specific granule release was mediated predominantly via CD16. Other IC subclasses bound differently, i.e. IgG1 IC used CD16 and CR3; IgG2 and IgG4 predominantly used complement receptors; but all three induced specific granule release via CD32. In vivo these results may translate into differential activation of neutrophils by soluble IC dependent upon their characteristics, leading to subtle nuances in the etiology, pathology and control of the immune response in IC-related diseases.  相似文献

The proportions of carbide and carbonitride phases at different temperatures in the solution treatment regime for NIMONIC 80A have been accurately determined. This information has been used to determine the solubility for M7C3 and M23C6 at temperatures between 1000 ‡C and 1150 ‡C. It is shown that M23C6 is more stable at lower temperatures and M7C3 is more stable at higher temperatures; the transition occurs at approximately 1080 ‡C.  相似文献

Desorption of organic contaminants from soil can be modeled by dividing the desorption time-concentration profile into three distinct regimes. These are characterized by desorption that occurs faster than the experimental sampling scheme, at a rate that is captured by it, and at a rate for which the duration of the experiment and data uncertainty obscures the rate. Batch desorption curves for atrazine and naphthalene on four soils were experimentally generated to demonstrate the existence of discrete observational desorption regimes. Nine mathematical models, each containing mechanisms formulated to describe at least one of the three regimes, were fit to each contaminant-soil combination using the Gauss-Newton method for parameter estimation. Each of the nine models was ranked using the small-sample-corrected Akaike information criterion (AICc). By interpretation of the AICc values, the atrazine desorption data were best described by three regimes, while the naphthalene desorption data were best described by two regimes. Furthermore, for a given number of regimes, we could find no general basis to suggest that a particular type of rate model (chemical, physical, kinetic, or statistical) is intrinsically superior over another.  相似文献
