The analysis and comparison of two novel kinds of focusing elements as reflectors

In this article, two novel kinds of focusing elements as reflectors are analyzed and compared. One is the grooved Fresnel zone plate reflector with continuous phase‐correcting. The other called subzone paraboloid reflector, has the profile that consists of a series of paraboloids. Their diffraction efficiencies and bandwidths are described. The two elements still preserve the advantages of Fresnel zone plates, namely, low profile, high efficiency, and simple fabrication. Two dual‐reflector antennas using the proposed focusing elements as the main reflectors are simulated and the results show that these antennas have good radiation performances. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 论述了当前腐败现象的表现和特点,分析了产生腐败现象的主要原因,提出了治理腐败现象的对策措施: 建立有效的教育机制、严格的用人机制、规范的决策机制、健全的管理机制、完善的监督机制和有力的责任追究机制,建立科学的法人治理结构并实行纪检监察机构派驻制。     

基于新理念的杀毒软件

论文通过对病毒及反病毒技术的发展分析,总结了现有一些较优秀的杀毒软件的优缺点,提出了基于新理念的攻防查杀型杀毒软件的实现模型。     

MIM隧道发光结的负阻现象

本文介绍了薄膜隧道发光结的基本结构、发光机理，阐述了其Ｉ－Ｖ特性中的负阻现象。简单介绍了ＭＩＭ结构负阻的几种解释，根据热像仪照片和低温测试结果分析，再结合Ｄｅａｒｍａｌｅｙ导电模型，我们提出了ＭＩＭ负阻的物理模型，理论与实验符合较好，最后分析了负阻现象的应用前景。     

双极关键工艺的在线统计分析

采用了双极晶体管作为双极工艺的测试结构,将在线工艺的统计分析理论应用于双极工艺,研制了双极工艺的统计分析软件。最后给出了双极工艺的某些分析结果。     

高氧化态（Ⅱ─Ⅳ）三核金属簇合物构型的人工神经网络判别方法

本文运用一典型的人工神经网络模型─“反向传播”模型，对高氧化态（Ⅱ─Ⅳ）三核金属簇合物的构型分布进行了分析，得到了较好的分类、预报结果为化合物结构分析提供了新的工具。     

Magnetization and rotation of MTG HTSC ring in magnetic field

The magnetization of a melt-texture growth (MTG) HTSC ring has been studied. It is shown that the magnetic field inside the ring is larger than the external field under a certain range of external magnetic fields. We have also investigated the magnetic field dependence of the response of a detective coil near a rotating superconducting ring. The responses of the MTG sample are different for different cooling methods.     

C/O能谱测井数据预处理的两点改进意见

简单介绍了碳氧比测井的原理及通常的数据处理方法。分析了由常规数据处理所得曲线仍然存在的问题及可能的成因 ,并给出了可行的修正办法。讨论了另一种可行的曲线异常数据的检测、剔除方法。实践表明 :文章讨论的两点建议都是可行的 ,并且在提高测量曲线质量的同时也提高了地层含油饱和度的解释精度。     

A concise process technology for 3-D suspended radio frequency micro-inductors on silicon substrate

In this letter, a concise process technology is proposed for the first time to enable the fabrication of good quality three-dimensional (3-D) suspended radio frequency (RF) micro-inductors on bulk silicon, without utilizing the lithography process on sidewall and trench-bottom patterning. Samples were fabricated to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed process technology.
