KH550, KH560, CTAB, and F127 were adopted to modify silicon (Si) to improve the dispersity and stability of Si in the polyacrylonitrile/dimethyl sulfoxide (PAN/DMSO) polymer solutions. The influence of surfactants on rheological behaviors of PAN/DMSO/Si blending polymer solutions was investigated by an advanced solution and melt rotation rheometer. The homogeneity and stability were also studied. The results showed that the surfactants could change the viscosity dependence of blending polymer solutions on shear rate, temperature and storage time by increase the steric hindrance of Si. Among the four solutions, PAN/DMSO/Si blending polymer solution with F127 exhibited the lowest viscosity, activation energy and the smallest structural viscosity index and exhibited the trend close to the Newtonian fluids. Moreover, PAN/DMSO/Si blending polymer solution with F127 exhibited the best dispersity and stability, indicating its best physical properties and machinability. 相似文献

The effect of tetramethylammonium cations (TMA+) on TiO2 crystal morphology in hydrothermal conditions has been studied. The as-synthesized samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) methods. The morphologies including besom-like particle, nanosheet and nanotube have been observed. The different ways TMA+ cations in the hydrothermal bases affect the crystal growth manner are suggested to be responsible for the different morphologies of the as-synthesized samples. 相似文献

The transformation of carbides with austenization time of a high speed steel (HSS) roll material, manufactured by a centrifugal
casting method, has been studied. The correlation between wear resistance and the type, morphology, volume fraction, and distribution
of the carbides has also been investigated. Microstructural observations, X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness measurements,
and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) have been used to characterize the carbides. The type and volume fraction of carbides
were found to change with austenizing time. During austenization, the transformation of the M3C carbides can be postulated as M3C + γ-Fe → M2C, with much finer nodular and rodlike MC carbides also forming through a solid-state transformation. The M2C carbide decomposes as M2C + γ-Fe → MC + M7C3 + M6C. The decomposed carbide substantially maintains a platelike shape until the end of decomposition. The most important finding
of this study is that austenization results in changes in the type, morphology, volume fraction, and distribution of carbides
and that it can be controlled to produced a homogeneous distribution of hard carbides, resulting in an improvement in the

Multispectral imaging (MSI) technique is often used to capture images of the fundus by illuminating it with different wavelengths of light. However, these images are taken at different points in time such that eyeball movements can cause misalignment between consecutive images. The multispectral image sequence reveals important information in the form of retinal and choroidal blood vessel maps, which can help ophthalmologists to analyze the morphology of these blood vessels in detail. This in turn can lead to a high diagnostic accuracy of several diseases. In this paper, we propose a novel semi-supervised end-to-end deep learning framework called “Adversarial Segmentation and Registration Nets” (ASRNet) for the simultaneous estimation of the blood vessel segmentation and the registration of multispectral images via an adversarial learning process. ASRNet consists of two subnetworks: (i) A segmentation module S that fulfills the blood vessel segmentation task, and (ii) A registration module R that estimates the spatial correspondence of an image pair. Based on the segmention-driven registration network, we train the segmentation network using a semi-supervised adversarial learning strategy. Our experimental results show that the proposed ASRNet can achieve state-of-the-art accuracy in segmentation and registration tasks performed with real MSI datasets. 相似文献
