In this paper, a new dynamic developable surface model is proposed. The proposed model represents developable surfaces using triangle meshes. A novel algorithm is proposed to introduce the Hamilton principle into these meshes such that the resulting developable model is dynamic, i.e., it can offer a time-dependent continuous path to deform the model. Applications with examples are presented; these show that the proposed technique can model buckled developable surfaces well, and can offer physically-realistic animations of deformed developable surfaces.  相似文献

The computation of exact geodesics on triangle meshes is a widely used operation in computer-aided design and computer graphics. Practical algorithms for computing such exact geodesics have been recently proposed by Surazhsky et al. [5]. By applying these geometric algorithms to real-world data, degenerate cases frequently appear. In this paper we classify and enumerate all the degenerate cases in a systematic way. Based on the classification, we present solutions to handle all the degenerate cases consistently and correctly. The common users may find the present techniques useful when they implement a robust code of computing exact geodesic paths on meshes.  相似文献

Early life stress (ELS) is strongly associated with psychiatric disorders such as anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia in adulthood. To date, biological, behavioral, and structural aspects of ELS have been studied extensively, but their functional effects remain unclear. Here, we examined NeuroPET studies of dopaminergic, glutamatergic, and serotonergic systems in ELS animal models. Maternal separation and restraint stress were used to generate single or complex developmental trauma. Body weights of animals exposed to single trauma were similar to those of control animals; however, animals exposed to complex trauma exhibited loss of body weight when compared to controls. In behavioral tests, the complex developmental trauma group exhibited a decrease in time spent in the open arm of the elevated plus-maze and an increase in immobility time in the forced swim test when compared to control animals. In NeuroPET studies, the complex trauma group displayed a reduction in brain uptake values when compared to single trauma and control groups. Of neurotransmitter systems analyzed, the rate of decrease in brain uptake was the highest in the serotonergic group. Collectively, our results indicate that developmental trauma events induce behavioral deficits, including anxiety- and depressive-like phenotypes and dysfunction in neurotransmitter systems.  相似文献

目的 研究云南木姜子(Yunnan Litsea cubeba)的抑菌活性及抑菌稳定性。方法 用乙醇对云南木姜子果实进行提取并分别用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇进行萃取。比较不同萃取相对蜡样芽孢杆菌的抑制作用,并通过热处理、酸碱处理、紫外照射、金属离子处理、糖和盐处理对其稳定性进行考察。结果 云南木姜子提取物对蜡样芽孢杆菌具有良好的抑菌作用,其活性成分主要分布于乙酸乙酯相,其对蜡样芽孢杆菌的最小抑菌浓度为0.08 mg/mL;云南木姜子乙酸乙酯萃取相经紫外线照射、酸碱处理和不同温度处理仍表现出良好的稳定性,盐和糖处理条件使其对蜡样芽孢杆菌的抑菌活性增强,对于金属离子处理,Mg2+使其对蜡样芽孢杆菌的抑菌活性提高,Fe3+、Fe2+、Al3+和Ca2+等使其抑菌活性降低。结论 云南木姜子提取物具有良好的抑菌活性,温度、紫外和pH对其抑菌成分的稳定性有较小的影响,金属离子、糖和盐浓度对其抑菌活性影响较大。因此可考虑将云南木姜子作为一种天然植物源防腐剂,它在保鲜方面具有良好的开发和...  相似文献

目的 探究采后小白菜贮藏过程中叶绿体色素的代谢变化及其叶绿素降解的动力学模型。方法 以采后“上海青”小白菜为试材, 分别将其贮藏于室温(20 ℃)、低温(2 ℃)及冰温(-0.5 ℃)条件下, 研究其总叶绿素、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、β-胡萝卜素及叶黄素的代谢变化, 并对其叶绿素的降解进行动力学模型拟合。结果 采后小白菜贮藏过程中总叶绿素、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、β-胡萝卜素和叶黄素均发生不同程度的降解, 低温和冰温贮藏均可减缓其降解, 其中冰温贮藏减缓效果最佳。叶绿素a含量与叶绿素b含量的比值、β-胡萝卜素含量与总叶绿素含量的比值以及室温贮藏条件下叶黄素含量与总叶绿素含量的比值均呈现不同程度的上升趋势, 而低温和冰温贮藏环境中的叶黄素含量与总叶绿素含量的比值总体则呈现下降趋势, 但贮藏6 d后下降不显著。此外, 叶绿素的降解反应符合零级动力学反应模型, 拟合调整决定系数(Adj.R2)均大于0.93, 降解活化能为95.53 kJ/mol, 降解动力学模型为k=6.51×1015?exp(9.553×104/RT)。结论 采后小白菜贮藏过程中叶绿体色素的代谢变化受贮藏温度影响较大, 其叶绿素降解反应符合零级动力学反应模型。  相似文献

The objectives of this research were to characterize capsaicin-loaded nanoemulsions stabilized with natural biopolymer such as alginate and chitosan for use as a functional ingredient delivery system. The biopolymer nanoemulsion was prepared using self-assembly emulsification methods, and the capsaicin included oleoresin capsicum as the core material in the nanoemulsion. The particle sizes of the double-layer nanoemulsions prepared with alginate (AN) and chitosan (CN) were 20 nm or lower. The triple-layer nanoemulsion, which was prepared by complexation with chitosan and alginate (CAN), was successfully prepared with particle sizes on the nanoscale through the electrostatic interactions between the carboxylic groups and amine groups of the biopolymers. The Zeta potential value, which is an indicator of the overall stability and physicochemical properties of the nanoemulsion, of AN and CN were significantly higher than SN and CAN (p < 0.01). In conclusion, the double-layer nanoemulsions incorporated with alginate and chitosan can be expected to improve the stability of nanoemulsion. In addition, this system holds promise for use in the production of functional foods containing functional ingredients.  相似文献

奥林匹克遗产是全人类的宝贵财富,利用科技与文化艺术相融合,对实现北京冬奥会及奥林匹克遗产和精神文化的多元呈现和高效传播至关重要.线上云展厅作为信息时代数字博物馆发展的重要趋势,虽然在单项数字博物馆与交互系统技术研究方面已具备较好的基础,但尚未形成体系化、智能化、交互友好的冬奥会奥林匹克数字博物馆系统.面向北京2022年冬季奥林匹克运动会,提出一种具有交互反馈的云展厅系统构建方式,通过构建具有虚拟讲解员的智能交互云展厅,进一步探索交互反馈在知识传播型的数字博物馆中对于非物质文化遗产的传播作用.为了探索视听交互反馈对云展厅的奥林匹克精神文化传播的影响,同时提升知识传播型云展厅中的用户体验,对32名参与者进行用户实验.研究结果表明,所构建的云展厅能够极大地促进奥林匹克文化与精神的传播;同时,在云展厅中引入视听交互反馈能够提高用户的感知控制,从而有效地提升用户体验.  相似文献

As the integrated circuit device size shrinks to smaller dimensions, a chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) process was required for the global planarization of inter-metal dielectric (IMD) layer free of defects. However, as the IMD layer gets thinner, micro-scratches are becoming a major concern. Micro-scratches are generated by agglomerated slurry, solidified and attached slurry in the pipe-lines of the slurry supply system. In order to prevent the agglomerated slurry particles from slurry inflow, we installed a 0.5-m point-of-use (POU) filter, which is a depth-type filter and has 80% filtering efficiency for the 1.0-m size particles. Also, a high-spray bar of de-ionized water with high pressure was installed in the CMP equipment. In this paper, we studied the relationship between defect generation and pad counts to understand the exact efficiency of the slurry filter, and to determine the appropriate pad usage. Our experimental results showed that it is impossible to prevent defect-causing particles completely through the depth-type filter. Thus, we suggest that it is necessary to optimize the slurry flow rate and to install a high-spray bar of de-ionized water (DIW) with high pressure, in order to overcome weak points of the POU depth-type filter.  相似文献

为有效提高时域有限差分法的计算精度和效率,将CPML边界条件在MPSTD算法中实现,并将采用CPML边界条件的MPSTD算法用于模拟探地雷达,分析了大范围有耗媒质中目标体的散射特性.仿真结果表明,MPSTD算法只需平均每波长分成5个网格就可以达到较好的计算精度,可高效准确地模拟电大尺寸空间曲面形状目标体的散射特性.  相似文献
