喷雾冷却是利用一定压力的压缩空气使微量的切削液雾化,并高速喷向切削区,因而使切削区的切削温度大幅度下降,同时带走切屑和粉尘,改善作业环境,避免造成环境污染.从冷却原理及实际应用效果两方面都说明,喷雾冷却具有较好的切削区冷却作用和推广价值. 相似文献

The formation and structure of Co2+, Ni2+ and Cu2+ macromolecular complexes with a series of polystyrene and acrylic acid copolymers (PSt/AA) were studied. Both the copolymers and the metal complexes (M-PSt/AA) were characterized by FTIR, elemental analysis, Gel Permeation Chromatography and AAS. It is shown that the PSt/AA copolymer has rather strong coordination ability to the metal ions by chelation with the carboxylate group, and the microstructures of the M-PSt/AA complexes can be well controlled. Its adsorption behavior toward Co2+, Ni2+ or Cu2+ and various related parameters in the separation process were determined. The results indicate that the adsorption capability varies with pH and the maximum adsorption capacities were 337 mg/g for Co2+, 338 mg/g for Ni2+ and 341 mg/g for Cu2+ at around pH 7. Adsorption isotherms reveal that the adsorption process is consistent with the Freundlich equation. Experiments show that PSt/AA can recover Co2+, Ni2+ or Cu2+ with a high adsorption rate and high selectively coefficient from a simulated industry solution containing Ca2+ and Mg2+ as impurities. The resin can be readily stripped with acid and recycled for re-use after transformation to its sodium form. 相似文献

Fabrication and characterization of novel hydroxyapatite/porous carbon composite scaffolds 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Novel hydroxyapatite (HA)/porous carbon composite scaffolds were prepared by applying sonoelectrodeposition and a subsequent hydrothermal treatment to previous carbonized phenolic resin coated polyurethane sponges. The interconnected pore network and morphology of HA/porous carbon composite scaffolds were determined by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the whole surface of porous carbons were evenly coated with the deposited HA layer which was confirmed by EDS and XRD. The porosity (83.5 ± 0.3%) and the bulk density (0.297 ± 0.009 g·cm−3) of HA/porous carbon scaffolds were detected by the Archimedes method. The compressive and flexural strength of the scaffolds is 1.187 ± 0.064 MPa and 0.607 ± 0.268 MPa, respectively. Compared with the polymeric surface of 24-well cell culture plates, these novel scaffolds significantly promote the proliferation of human osteoblast-like MG-63 cells, indicating that this novel HA/porous carbon composite scaffold could be used for in vitro 3D culture of osteoblasts. 相似文献
