A micro-envioment for nerve cells and tissue growth were designed and constructed via surface modification of poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA)
with chitosan and hydroxyapatite(HA). The poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide)/chitosan/hydroxyapatite (PLGA/chitosan/HA) conduits
were manufactured by a combined solvent casting and particulate leaching technique. The conduits were highly porous with an
interconnected pore structure and 76.5% porosity. Micropores with 50–100 micrometer diameter were formed in the conduits.
In vivo application of PLGA/chitosan/HA conduits for reconstruction of 10 mm sciatic nerve defect was assessed by the walking
track analysis, the quantifying of the wet weight of tibialis anterior muscle and the histological assessment. The conduits
in host rats in vivo can not only be an effective in promoting regenerating of nerves but can also lead to favorable nerve
functional recovery.

以苯甲酸、邻苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸、水杨酸、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、α—噻吩基三氟甲酰丙酮为第一配体,二安替比林甲烷,三正辛基氧化膦、2,2’-联吡啶、邻菲咯啉及邻菲咯啉N-氧化物为第二配体,合成了系列铕三元配合物。经元素分析确定了它们的组成;研究了它们的紫外吸收光谱、红外吸收光谱及荧光光谱。紫外光谱的研究表明,配合物的紫外吸收主要表现为配体的吸收,但是吸收峰的位置发生了移动;红外光谱的研究表明,配合物的红外光谱不同于自由配体的红外光谱,在400~500 cm-1出现了吸收峰,这是Eu-O的伸缩振动峰;荧光光谱的研究表明,第二配体的加入可以显著提高配合物的荧光性能。 相似文献

对甘油锌用作PVC光稳定剂的光稳定作用进行了研究,考察了PVC紫外光老化后力学性能和颜色的变化。结果表明,甘油锌对PVC具有明显的光稳定作用,与受阻胺光稳定剂Tinuvin770复配,具有明显的正协同效应,当二者的质量配比达到2∶3 时,对PVC的光稳定效果最佳。 相似文献

介绍了甘油锌配合物的合成方法,研究了影响产物合成的主要因素,测试了产品的红外光谱、物化性能及光稳定作用。结果表明:在甘油与氧化锌质量比为7:1,260℃及0.5gZA作用下反应1.5h得到的甘油锌不仅光稳定性能好,而且无毒、不着色。 相似文献

A new method of fabricating porous polymer scaffolds was developed, using sodium hydrogen carbonate particulates as the porogen to foam. The pore structure of polymer scaffolds can easily be manipulated by controlling the size and weight fraction of sodium hydrogen carbonate particulates. The scaffolds are highly porous with a porosity greater than 90% and with a larger pore size ranging from 100-400μm, and are well distributed with the interconnected and open pore wall structure which is necessary for tissue engineering. We investigated the effect of the porosity of scaffolds, the pore size of scaffolds and material of polymer on the mechanical properties of scaffolds. The scaffolds fabricated by the method have more big pores than those by the convenient method of salt leaching. 相似文献

本文介绍了紫外线吸收剂、猝灭剂、自由基捕获剂、光屏蔽剂等4类光稳定剂。HALS多年来一直是聚合物光稳定剂的核心课题,其消费量占光稳定剂总消费量的,59%,今后的研究方向是高分子量、低碱性、复合化、多功能化、反应型。我国光稳定剂的生产能力约1500t/a,产量约800t/a。随着塑料工业的发展,国内对光稳定剂的需求也将不断增长,预计2010年光稳定剂的需求量将达到4000t。提高产品质量、增加品种、降低成本是今后的发展方向。 相似文献

Poly(L-lactide-co-caprolactone)(85-15)[P(LLA-CL)(85-15)] was synthesized from high purity L-lactide and ε-caprolactone using tin octoate as initiator by ring-opening polymerization, and characterized by infrared spectrum and 1H-NMR spectrum. The synthesized P(LLA-CL)(85-15) is a random copolymer. The influences of polymerization temperature, polymerization time, dosage of initiator and polymerization pressure on the weight average molecular weight and the polydispersity index of P(LLA-CL)(85-15) were investigated. The optimum preparation conditions of P(LLA-CL)(85-15) are: the polymerization pressure is less than 0.5 Pa, the polymerization temperature is 130 ℃, the n(M)/n(I) ratio is 8 000/1, and the polymerization time is 36 h. Under the condition, the weight-average molecular weight of prepared P(LLA-CL)(85-15) is 65.6×104, and molecular weight distribution coefficient is 1.15. 相似文献
