Mg-9wt%Li-2wt%Zn alloy was prepared and studied in this article. The addition of Ca to the alloy from 0.1wt% to 1wt% can refine the α-Mg and the best effect of refinement occurs when Ca content is 0.4wt%-0.5wt%. The billets can be rolled to thin sheets at room temperature, from which it is obvious that the addition of Ca improves alloys ormalin. while it decreases with the excess addition of Ca. The results also show that the ultimate tensile strength (UTS) and yield strength (YS) of the alloy with lwt% Ca may rise by 28% and 25%, respectively, however, the elongation decreases. It is clarified that the adsorption of proper Ca on the grain boundaries refines α-Mg and improves the tensile properties, but the presence of excess Ca and stable Ca2Mg6Zn3phase worsens the elongation. 相似文献

研究了0.91Pb(znl/3Nb2/3)O3-0.09PbTiO3(PZNT91/9,摩尔分数)在不同组分和配比熔盐中的析晶行为及其对晶体生长的影响。发现B2O3,PbF2等助溶剂不利于钙钛矿相的析出;而BaTiO3-PbO复合体系虽然能够促进钙钛矿相析出,但晶体析出量很少;只有适当比例的。PbO助溶剂比较适合于生长具有铁电性的钙钛矿相PZNT91/9单晶。助溶剂法生长的工艺参数为:溶质与PbO助溶剂的摩尔比为l:l,泡料温度1 150-1 200℃,泡料时间10 h,晶体生长时降温速度0.8-2℃/h,当温度降到900℃时停止生长,以50℃/h快速冷却至室温。所得晶体为琥珀色,最大尺寸达φ30 mm×15 mm,其压电系数和机电偶合系数分别为2000 pc/N和0.92。 相似文献

新型压电晶体La3Ga5SiO14因其低声速、零温度切向和良好的高温稳定性受到关注,但是昂贵的Ga2O3原料阻碍了它的工业应用。通过离子置换可获得具有langasite结构的多种新型压电晶体。综述介绍了置换La,Ga,Si形成的新型压电晶体的最新研究进展,比较分析了不同晶体的优势及其存在的问题。在这些新晶体中,由于Sr3Ga2Ge4O14(SGG)具有熔点较低、性能较高的综合优势,它有可能成为新一代表面波器件的重要候选材料。与提拉法相比,采用增蜗密封的下降法生长SGG单晶;可以显著提高晶体产率,降低成本。 相似文献

Direction relations between extended spatial objects are important commonsense knowledge. Skiadopoulos proposed a formal model for representing direction relations
between compound regions (the finite union of simple regions), known as SK-model. It
perhaps is currently one of most cognitive plausible models for qualitative direction information, and has attracted interests from artificial intelligence and geographic information
system. Originating from Allen first using composition table to process time interval constraints; composing has become the key technique in qualitative spatial reasoning to check
the consistency. Due to the massive number of basic directions in SK-model, its composition
becomes extraordinary complex. This paper proposed a novel algorithm for the composition.
Basing the concepts of smallest rectangular directions and its original directions, it transforms the composition of basic cardinal direction relations into the composition of interval
relations corresponding to Allen''s interval algebra. Comparing with existing methods, this
algorithm has quite good dimensional extendibility, that is, it can be easily transferred to

Stab resistance body armor (SRBA) is essential in protecting people from knife injuries. The protective parts of traditional SRBA are made of multi-layered ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), which causes heavy heat stress for people wearing it. The protective parts of SRBA manufactured using laser sintering (LS) 3D printing technology provide high manufacturing flexibility and low weight. Two different structures, plain plate and pyramid-structured plate, were investigated. The pyramid structure showed much higher stab resistance property then the plain plate, because of the angle and thickness effects. This is the first effort applying the LS technology and polyamide (PA) material (PA 3200) on SRBA. By applying the pyramid structure on the protective layer of the SRBA, the total weight could reduce 30%-40%. 相似文献

The dispersing process of the blasted smoke in underground mines by ventilation is very important for the safety of personnel, and its energy consumption is also worthy of concern. In this study, the impact of supply air flow rate on the decay process of harmful gases and fan energy, and the role of harmful gases buried by blasted pile in the smoke dispersing process is analyzed with three-dimensional numerical simulation. According to the results, air flow facilitates quick smoke dispersion and the gas emits from the blasted pile is only significant at the beginning of ventilation. It is thus recommended that large amount of air supply is taken to disperse the smoke quickly until the concentration of harmful gases reaches relevant standards, and reduce the amount of air in the remain time with frequency conversion technology to save energy. In the given study, 12 m/s air flow rate is taken for dispersing smoke and 3 m/s air flow rate is taken for the waiting time. The energy consumption for ventilation is reduced by about 50%. In addition, due to the gases in the blasted pile remains very high concentration after the dispersing process, it is recommended to keep suitable amount of ventilation in the consequent process. 相似文献
