计算机辅助材料定额编制

一、概况: 机械行业中,材料定额是工艺工作中不可缺少的工作。材料定额制定的优劣直接影响到加工工艺,加工质量和加工工时,即与零件和产品成本有直接关系。 我厂原编制材料定额的方法和步骤如图1所示: 图1 编制材料定额工作流程图 产品设计员将产品图纸设计完后,首先由工艺人员逐个对零件图纸编制加工工艺规程,再由专职定额人员根据图纸和工艺规程编制材料定额。这样,由于受到人的因素影响,所编制的材料定额既不标准,且速度又慢(不包括校对、编写和描校时间),平均每个零件需要十分钟。特别是汇总一个产品的材料定额需要一至两个星期才能完成。
