Simultaneous extraction of ore reserves from open pitwall and the layer immediately adjacent to the open pit bottom results in higher volume of ore discharge in the limited bottom area, besides the bottom must be stable within the adjacent layer extraction interval. The authors select the pit bottom design with two-way alternate arrangement of loading entries, taking into account the use of power-driven load-haul-dumpers. Conclusions The composition of oxide layers on granules is affected most by magnesium, the magnesium content of the layers being strongly dependent on the conditions of casting of granules. The thickness of surface oxide films on aluminum alloy granules produced by vibratory casting in water does not exceed 5–6 nm. In the casting of granules in water it is necessary to control the latter's impurity content. High-speed fluorescent visualization complex has been developed for quantitative investigation of the process of interaction of waves on liquid film in annular two-phase flow. Evolution of ripples on disturbance waves surface and disturbance waves coalescence are investigated. It is shown that all the ripples in presence of disturbance waves appear at the base of the back front of disturbance waves and then either decelerate, travel on substrate and are overtaken by the following disturbance wave or accelerate, grow and then disappear at the front of disturbance wave. The disappearance happens due to entrainment of liquid into the core of gas stream. Several scenarios of coalescence of disturbance waves were identified. For disturbance waves with close velocities different types of remote interaction were observed.  相似文献

The effect of γ-irradiation of tert-butylthiacalix[4]arene (TCA) solutions in m-nitrobenzotrifluoride (NBTF) and tetrachloroethylene (TCE) on the extraction of 241Am from alkaline carbonate solutions was studied. TCA itself remains stable upon γ-irradiation of its solutions in NBTF to a dose of 200 kGy, but the diluent undergoes strong degradation. The radiation resistance of TCA in TCE is considerably lower: A dose of 70 kGy causes complete degradation of TCA. In the TCA–TCE–aqueous phase system, sulfate ions appear upon γ-irradiation as the final product of the extractant radiolysis. A large number of γ-radiolysis products of TCE and TCA were detected by HPLC and GCMS. The products of radiolysis of TCA in TCE, compared to the initial extractant, have lower molecular mass and higher polarity. The results show that chlorinated diluents are not promising diluents for thiacalixarene in extraction processing of alkaline high-level waste.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [NpO2{OC(NH2)2}5]ClO4·H2O and [NpO2Cl{OC(NH2)2}4] was studied by X-ray diffraction. The electronic absorption spectra of these complexes were recorded. The coordination polyhedron of Np in both complexes is a distorted pentagonal bipyramid. There is no cation-cation interaction of neptunyl cations in these complexes.  相似文献

The article describes the applied research findings on selecting a resource-saving technology to ensure drastic reduction in loss of high-grade Kyshtym quartz. The economical–mathematical modeling yields relationships between mine efficiency, ground conditions, mine design and technology factors, and the optimal variant of a combination mining technology is determined using the maximum profit criterion. Full-scale physical simulation of closed-spaced charge blasting effect on reduction in overgrinding of quartz is discussed.
