Cu-chalcogenide thin films were prepared using a two stage method: one step electrodeposition of CuISe and CIGSe, and the sulfurisation of CISe to prepare CISSe thin films. The films were deposited on different substrates: Mo and ITO coated glass. The optimum potentials for electrodeposition of CISe and CIGSe films were respectively selected in the range -400 to -550 mV and -650 to -700 mV (vs. SCE). The electrodeposited layers were firmly adhesive. The well known chalcopyrite structure appears after annealing at 400 degrees C under Argon for CISe. The band gap value deduced from the optical measurements is close to 1 eV. To increase this value, addition of gallium in the aqueous electrolytic solution was performed. A band gap value as high as 1.26 eV was recorded on the obtained CIGSe films. Sulfurisation of CISe layers under 5% H2S/Ar atmosphere lead to a shift of the position of the principal XRD peaks indicating the substitution of selenium atoms by sulfur atoms and thus the formation of the quaternary CISSe. Optical measurements performed on this quaternary compound show that our films exhibit a band gap value scaling from 1 eV to 1.4 eV depending on the amount of sulphur incorporated into the layers during the heat treatments.  相似文献

The effects of the caprine α s1-casein (CSN1S1) polymorphisms on milk quality and cheese yield have been widely studied in French and Italian goat breeds. Much less is known about the consequences of κ-casein (CSN3) genotype on the technological and coagulation properties of goat milk. In the current study, we have performed an association analysis between polymorphisms at the goat CSN1S1 and CSN3 genes and milk coagulation (rennet coagulation time, curdling rate and curd firmness) and technological (time to cutting of curd and cheese yield) properties. In this analysis, we have included 193 records from 74 Murciano-Granadina goats (with genotypes constituted by different combinations of alleles B, E and F of the gene CSN1S1 and alleles A and B of the gene CSN3) distributed in three herds, which were collected bimonthly during a whole lactation. Data analysis, using a linear mixed model for repeated observations, revealed significant associations between CSN1S1 genotypes and the rate of the curdling process. In this way, milk from EE goats had a significantly higher curdling rate than milk from BB individuals (P<0?·05). Contrary to previous experiments performed in French breeds, cheese yield was not significantly different in BB, EE and EF goats. Moreover, we have shown that CSN3 genotype has a significant effect on the rennet coagulation time (BB>AB, P<0?·05) but not on cheese yield. No interaction between the CSN1S1 and CSN3 genotypes was observed.  相似文献

The DGAT1 gene encodes a microsomal enzyme that catalyses the only committed step in triacylglycerol synthesis by joining diacylglycerol and fatty acyl coenzyme A. In cattle, a K232A substitution in the DGAT1 molecule has a significant effect on enzyme activity and milk fat content. The prominent role of this gene in lipid metabolism led us to undertake the structural characterization of DGAT1 in goats. In this way, we have sequenced a 1552 bp fragment of the goat DGAT1 cDNA, which encompasses most of the coding sequence (from exon 1 to 17), and a genomic fragment covering exons 12 to 17. Multiple alignment of the goat DGAT1 sequences revealed the existence of a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) involving a T to C substitution at intron 16. We optimized a primer extension based genotyping method that allowed us to determine that the C variant is a minority allele with frequencies ranging from 0.062 (Murciano-Granadina) to 0.109 (Malague?a). This SNP, although not expected to have any functional effect, might be useful as a genetic marker in association studies to detect additional DGAT1 polymorphisms which might influence fat milk content and other traits of economic interest.  相似文献

Both the measurement of frequency response functions and the modal analysis are established tools for the measurement of the dynamic compliance of machine tools. State of the art measurement technique enables an allocation of dynamic weak points of the machine structure and optimization of the machine design on the basis of these measurement results. In recent applications the metrological investigation is used for the parameterization and the verification of simulation models to describe the dynamic behaviour of machine tools, which demands high standards regarding to the quantitative quality of measurement results. This paper describes the interlaboratory comparison test, which has been carried out at well-known German research institutes and was initiated by the Laboratory for Machine Tools and Production Engineering (WZL) of the RWTH Aachen. In this regard, the question is discussed, to what extent the compliance behaviour of machine structures under real process conditions corresponds to behaviour, determined in metrological investigation under idealized test conditions.  相似文献

The lengthening of papers’ life expectancy: a diachronous analysis   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The aging of scientific has generally been studied using synchronous approaches, i.e., based on references made by papers. This paper uses a diachronous model based on citations received by papers to study the changes in the life expectancy of three corpus of papers: papers from G6 and BRICS countries, papers published in Science, Nature, Physical Review and the Lancet and all papers divided into four broad fields: medical sciences, natural sciences and engineering, social sciences and arts and humanities. It shows that that: (i) life expectancy is extensively different from a corpus to another and may be either finite or infinite, meaning that the corpus would never be obsolete from a mathematical perspective; (ii) life expectancy for scientific literature has lengthened over the 1980–2000 period; (iii) life expectancy of developed countries’ (G6) literature is on average shorter than that of emerging countries (BRICS).  相似文献

The study of citation distribution provides retrospective and prospective picture of the evolving impact of a corpus of publications on knowledge community. All distribution models agree on the rise of the number of citations in the first years following the publication to reach a peak and then tend to be less cited when time passes. However, questions such as how long it will continue being cited and what is objectively the rate of the decline remain unanswered. Built up of simple polynomial function, the proposed model is proven to be suitable to represent the observed citation distribution over time and to interestingly identify with accuracy when the major loss of citations happens. I calculate from the model the ‘residual citations’ representing the citations kept after a long time period after publication year. I demonstrate that the residual citations may be greater than or equal to zero, meaning that the ‘life-cycle’ of the corpus is infinite, contrary to what some researches termed to be around 21 years. This model fits the observed data from SCI according to R-sq which is greater than 98.9%. Rather, it is very simple and easy to implement and can be used by not highly-skilled scientometric users. Finally, the model serves as a citation predictive tool for a corpus by determining the citations that would obtain at any time of its life-cycle.  相似文献

Scientometric indicators or science metrics, conventional and derived ones, are used in ex-post evaluating of a government policy with impact on research system. Publications, citations, h-index, Glänzel model, and patents are applied in both micro and meso levels. This provides useful insight into the impact of the voluntary early retirement policy on research and technological outputs of the faculties of science in Morocco and consequently on the overall Morocco??s research system. The use of these metrics showed that the effect of the initiative was quite limited by affecting an average of 8% of the professor staffs of these institutions. Furthermore, each professor benefiting from this initiative had produced an average of 3.7 publications indexed in SCI in all his (her) career. The few number of the publications attributed to these professors had been gradually decreasing even 6 years before the initiative. No specific scientific field had intensively been struck. The findings also support that these professors were in general more ??author?? than ??inventor??. Inventor-professor institutions were likely more affected by the initiative. By means of these metrics, even if the initiative had not contributed to rejuvenate the professor-staffs of the faculties of science in Morocco, would nevertheless be a stimulus of their research system with respect to their scientometric indicators.  相似文献
