The effects of pH, ferrous ion and hydrogen peroxide dosage on the decolorisation and mineralisation of CI Reactive Black 8 by the Fenton process with/without ultrasonic irradiation were investigated. It was verified that the presence of ultrasonic irradiation did not enhance the decolorisation of CI Reactive Black 8 significantly by Fenton's reagents, but it enhanced the chemical oxygen demand removal efficiency. The enhancement was more pronounced for lower (<0.89 mm) or higher (>1.78 mm) ferrous ion dosage. The optimal pH for chemical oxygen demand removal was 3.0. Chemical oxygen demand removal efficiency increased with the increasing H2O2 dosage and reached the highest level at 5.88 mm, but further increase in H2O2 dosage would not increase removal efficiency significantly.  相似文献

The effects of thickness and types of gold plating on the resistance to high temperature discoloration of gold plating on cavity surface of ceramic package were investigated. It was found that the thicker gold plating, the less discoloration degree for ceramic packages. Non-cyanide gold plating performed better resistance to high-temperature aging than cyanide gold plating. The relationship between the gold plating thickness and the amount of diffused Ni to the gold plating of ceramic packages with Au/Ni and Au/Ni-Co platings after heating at 420℃for 15 min was also studied. When the gold plating thickness reach 2.0 μm and 1.6 μm for Au/Ni and Au/Ni-Co plating systems, respectively, no discoloration was observed on the gold plating surface of cavity, and the corresponding diffused Ni amounts (mass fraction) are 1.0% and 0.4%, while the diffused Co to the gold plating is 0.04%.  相似文献

Solar-driven CO2 reduction reaction (CO2RR) with water into carbon-neutral fuels is of great significance but remains challenging due to thermodynamic stability and kinetic inertness of CO2. Biomass-derived nitrogen-doped carbon (N-Cb) have been considered as promising earth-abundant photocatalysts for CO2RR, although their activities are not ideal and the reaction mechanism is still unclear. Herein, an efficient catalyst is developed for CO2-to-CO conversion realized on diverse N-Cb materials with hierarchical pore structures. It is demonstrated that the CO2-to-CO conversion preferentially takes place on positively charged carbon atoms next to pyridinic-N using two representatives treated pollens with the largest difference in pyridinic-N density and N content as model photocatalysts. Systematic experimental results indicate that surface local electric field originating from charge separation can be boosted by hierarchical pore structures, doped N, as well as pyridinic-N. Mechanistic studies reveal that positively charged carbon atoms next to pyridinic-N serve as active sites for CO2RR, reduce the energy barrier on the formation of CO*, and facilitate the CO2RR performance. All these benefits cooperatively contribute to treated chrysanthemum pollen catalyst exhibiting excellent CO formation rate of 203.2 µmol h−1 g−1 with 97.2% selectivity in pure water vapor. These results provide a new perspective into CO2RR on N-Cb, which shall guide the design of nature-based photocatalysts for high-performance solar-fuel generation.  相似文献

以硫酸盐竹浆为研究对象,利用纤维筛分仪分离竹纤维与杂细胞,对打浆过程中不同杂细胞含量竹浆的纤维形态和特性进行分析,探讨了杂细胞对竹纤维形态的影响。结果表明,杂细胞与竹纤维在打浆中形成的气球状结构相互摩擦,对竹浆性能产生影响。相同打浆转数下,杂细胞含量越高,竹浆滤水性能越差,纤维宽度越小。杂细胞在打浆过程中加剧了竹纤维的分丝帚化和细小纤维的产生,且易与竹纤维表面产生的细小纤维缠绕,使竹浆滤水性能降低。  相似文献

为研究水流对水华藻团的输移能力,将水华藻团概化为水体中的物质粒子,忽略其生物抗力,应用流体力学相关理论推导了水流对水华藻团的粘性阻力,并借鉴粒子在水流中的跟随性分析了不同优势种的水华藻团随水流被输移的效果。研究表明,不同的藻种由于颗粒大小不同而略有差异,但总体上跟随性很好,水流均能对其产生显著的推流输移作用。结合三峡水库香溪河库湾秋季水华过程及对应的水动力特性,以2007、2010年为例,证明汛末蓄水期间干流中层倒灌异重流引起库湾表层持续流向河口的水流趋势是秋季水华消退的直接原因之一。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The combination of electrochemical oxidation using a Ti/RuO2? IrO2 anode with hydrogen peroxide has been used for the degradation of Crystal Violet. The effect of major parameters such as initial pH, hydrogen peroxide concentration, current density, electrolyte concentration and hydroxyl radical scavenger on the decolorisation was investigated. RESULTS: The decolorisation rate increased with initial pH and hydrogen peroxide concentration, but decreased with electrolyte and radical scavenger concentration. The decolorisation rate increased with current density, but the increase became insignificant after current density exceeded 47.6 mA cm?2. On the other hand, hydrogen peroxide decomposition rate increased with initial pH and current density, but decreased with electrolyte and radical scavenger concentration. The amount of hydrogen peroxide decomposed during 30 min reaction increased linearly with hydrogen peroxide dosage. The main intermediates were separated and identified by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) technique and a plausible degradation pathway of Crystal Violet was proposed. At neutral pH, the electrochemical process in the presence of hydrogen peroxide was more efficient than that in the presence of Fenton's reagent (electro‐Fenton process). CONCLUSION: The anodic oxidation process could decolorise Crystal Violet effectively when hydrogen peroxide was present. Almost complete decolorisation was achieved after 30 min reaction under the conditions 2.43 mmol L?1 hydrogen peroxide, 47.6 mA cm?2 current density and pH0 7, while 62% COD removal efficiency was obtained when the reaction time was prolonged to 90 min. The real-time scheduling and routing in dynamic transparent optical networks requires fast and accurate evaluation of transmission penalty caused by nonlinear kerr effects with different dispersion maps. However, the conventional method using nonlinear phase shift can only be applied to assess the nonlinear penalty with optimized dispersion maps. In this paper, we introduce pulse broadening factor into the approach and propose a novel method to accurately evaluate nonlinear penalty and numerically investigate the feasibility of our novel method in 40-Gb/s Return-to-Zero Differential Quadrature Phase-Shift Keying (RZ-DQPSK) systems. Simulation results show that our approach can achieve good evaluation performance even with non-optimized dispersion maps.  相似文献
