设计了一种管状疲劳试样,高温高压水流经试样内部,试样外部与空气接触。利用管状试样研究了316LN不锈钢高温高压水腐蚀疲劳性能,重点关注了应变速率对其疲劳性能的影响。实验结果表明,高温高压水环境降低了316LN不锈钢的疲劳强度,且疲劳寿命随应变速率降低而降低;管状试样与标准棒状试样获得的疲劳寿命相差不大,表明利用管状试样研究核电结构材料高温高压水环境疲劳性能是合理可行的。在低应变速率条件下,疲劳裂纹源区域为典型的扇形花样,呈现准解理开裂特征。疲劳裂纹扩展区为典型的疲劳辉纹特征。疲劳裂纹萌生阶段高温高压水环境效应更加显著。同时讨论了316LN不锈钢在高温高压水环境中的疲劳损伤机理。  相似文献

The uniform corrosion behavior of model FeCrAl alloys as well as commercial Zircaloy-4 as reference material were investigated in 360℃borated and lithiated water.The results reveal that FeCrAl alloys exhibited better corrosion resistance than Zircaloy-4.It is found that the oxide films formed on the FeCrAl alloys are composed of outer Fe3O4 layer,inner layer consisting of compact spinel layer and porous spinel layer,and transition layer containing Al-Cr-rich oxides and matrix enriched with Fe.The spinel oxides in the inner layer are FeFe2-x-y-zCrxAlyMozO4.The corrosion mechanism of FeCrAl alloys in high temperature water is discussed.  相似文献

The effects of cold work and sensitization treatment on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of a nickel-free high nitrogen stainless steel (HNSS) in 0.5 M H2SO4 + 0.5 M NaCl, 3.5% NaCl and 0.5 M NaOH + 0.5 M NaCl solutions have been investigated by microscopic observations, electrochemical tests and surface chemical analysis. Cold work introduced a high defect density into the matrix, resulting in a less protective passive film as well as reduced corrosion resistance for heavily cold worked HNSS in a 3.5% NaCl solution. No obvious degradation in corrosion resistance took place in a 0.5 M H2SO4 + 0.5 M NaCl solution, possibly due to the stability of the passive film in this solution. Sensitized HNSSs showed reduced corrosion resistance with increasing cold work level in both 3.5% NaCl and 0.5 M H2SO4 + 0.5 M NaCl solutions due to a reduction in the anti-corrosion elements in the matrix during the cold work-accelerated precipitation process. The cold work and sensitization treatment had no influence on the corrosion resistance of the HNSS in the 0.5 M NaOH + 0.5 M NaCl solution even though the property of the passive film changed. The effects of cold work and sensitization treatment on the characteristics of passive films formed in the three solutions are discussed.  相似文献

High-entropy alloys (HEAs) have significant application prospects as promising candidate materials for nuclear industry due to their excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and irradiation resistance. The corrosion protection of AA 2024-T3 in 0.05 M NaCl by cerium cinnamate has been studied. Polarization measurements demonstrate that cerium cinnamate is markedly effective for suppressing anodic process of the alloy corrosion during the initial 72 h of immersion. The protection mechanism during the immersion period appears to involve two stages: the deposition of cerium cinnamate, and then hydrolysis of cerium ions forming a cerium oxide/hydroxide, prevailing over the foregoing deposition. This study also elucidates the inhibition effect of cerium cinnamate on the early corrosion attack occurred from the second phase particles by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and electron-probe microanalysis.  相似文献

Initial corrosion kinetics of X52 anti-H2S pipeline steel exposed to 90 ℃/1.61 MPa H2S solutions was investigated through high temperature and high pressure immersion tests. Corrosion rates were obtained based on weight loss calculation. The corrosion products were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electron probe micro-analysis (EPMA). The initial corrosion kinetics was found to obey the exponential law. With increasing immersion time, the main corrosion products changed from iron-rich mackinawite to sulfur-rich pyrrhotite. The corrosion films had two layers: an inner fine-grained layer rich in iron and an outer columnar-grained layer rich in sulfur. The corrosion film formed through the combination of outward diffusion of Fe2+ ions and inward diffusion of HS^- ions. The variation of the corrosion products and compaction of the corrosion layer resulted in a decrease in the diffusion coefficient with increasing immersion time. The double-layered corrosion film formed after long time immersion acted as an effective barrier against diffusion.  相似文献

采用扫描电镜、原子力显微镜和表而粗糙度测量仪对具有不同表面状态的690TT合金表面形貌进行了表征与比较。采用零电荷电位测量、动电位扫描和电化学快慢扫描等方法对不同的690TT合金的腐蚀行为进行了比较。结果表明,与机械抛光样品相比较,打磨样品表面起伏较严重,拥有更大的表面粗糙度值;在相同的腐蚀环境中,打磨样品比机械抛光样品表现出更大的腐蚀速度和更高的应力腐蚀开裂敏感性。分析认为,单纯的表面较大粗糙度和残余应变均能够促进690TT合金的腐蚀。实验中打磨690TT样品表现出的较高腐蚀速度和应力腐蚀开裂敏感性是由其较大的表面粗糙度和表面残余应变综合影响结果。  相似文献

Cerium malate (CeMal) was tested as a corrosion inhibitor for AA2024-T3 in this work. Corrosion inhibition on bare AA2024-T3 indicated that the inhibiting effect was a result of the synergistic effect of cerium cations and maleic anions. The corrosion of AA2024-T3 was stagnated by greatly reducing the corrosion current when CeMal was present in NaCl solutions. CeMal was adsorbed on the surface of AA2024-T3 forming a protective film in the initial stage. Then, cerium cations transformed to cerium oxide/hydroxides, precipitating on the cathode sites to inhibit the further corrosion. The electrochemical impedance spectra results of the sol-gel coatings proved that CeMal was an effective corrosion inhibitor in the sol-gel coatings to provide corrosion protection for AA2024-T3.  相似文献
