In [4,7,9,12], classes of nonlinear systems are considered for which observers can be designed. Although observability of nonlinear systems is known to be dependent on the input, the proposed observers have the property that the estimation error decays to zero irrespective of the input. In the first part of this paper, it is shown that this phenomenon follows from a common property of these systems: for all of them, the “unobservable states” with respect to some input, are in some sense “stable” (in the linear case, these systems are called detectable), and for this reason, a reduced order observer can be designed. In the second part is given a more general class of nonlinear systems for which such an observer can be designed.  相似文献

A separation result for some kind of global stabilization via output feedback of a class of nonlinear systems, under the form of some stabilizability by state feedback on the one hand, and some unboundedness observability on the other hand is presented. They allow to design, for any domain of output initial condition, some dynamic output feedback controller achieving global stability. It is also highlighted how disturbance attenuation can further be achieved on the same basis. As an example, the proposed conditions are shown to be satisfied by the class of so-called Euler-Lagrange systems, for which a tracking output feedback control law is thus proposed.  相似文献

In this paper, the discrete-time exponential forgetting factor observer is specialised for the joint estimation of state and parameters, leading to an adaptive observer in which the decay rates of the estimation errors for the two distinct objects can be quasi-separated. The effectiveness of the observer is demonstrated through numerical simulation.  相似文献

Candida guilliermondii (teleomorph Meyerozyma guilliermondii) is an ascomycetous species belonging to the fungal CTG clade. This yeast remains actively studied as a result of its moderate clinical importance and most of all for its potential uses in biotechnology. The aim of the present study was to establish a convenient transformation system for C. guilliermondii by developing both a methionine auxotroph recipient strain and a functional MET gene as selection marker. We first disrupted the MET2 and MET15 genes encoding homoserine‐O‐acetyltransferase and O‐acetylserine O‐acetylhomoserine sulphydrylase, respectively. The met2 mutant was shown to be a methionine auxotroph in contrast to met15 which was not. Interestingly, met2 and met15 mutants formed brown colonies when cultured on lead‐containing medium, contrary to the wild‐type strain, which develop as white colonies on this medium. The MET2 wild‐type allele was successfully used to transfer a yellow fluorescent protein (YFP) gene‐expressing vector into the met2 recipient strain. In addition, we showed that the loss of the MET2‐containing YFP‐expressing plasmid can be easily observed on lead‐containing medium. The MET2 wild‐type allele, flanked by two short repeated sequences, was then used to disrupt the LYS2 gene (encoding the α‐aminoadipate reductase) in the C. guilliermondii met2 recipient strain. The resulting lys2 mutants displayed, as expected, auxotrophy for lysine. Unfortunately, all our attempts to pop‐out the MET2 marker (following the recombination of the bordering repeat sequences) from a target lys2 locus were unsuccessful using white/brown colony colour screening. Nevertheless, this MET2 transformation/disruption system represents a new versatile genetic tool for C. guilliermondii. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The direct esterification reaction between glycerol and undecylenic acid or between diglycerol and undecylenic acid generates all the possible types of glycerol or diglycerol esters. Purification by silica gel chromatography resulted in the isolation of each of these types of ester in a pure form. The molecular structures of the compounds isolated were characterized and identified by mass spectrometry, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and DEPT‐135. We then studied the composition of esters of undecylenic acid formed with glycerol or diglycerol as a function of their reaction conditions, which constitute a highly complex system. We purified undecylenic acid esters from each polyol family to allow the structural identification of each ester of glycerol and each ester of diglycerol with undecylenic acid. We found that the polarity of these non‐ionic amphiphilic esters directly affected their affinity for organic and inorganic solvents and that these esters behaved very differently from anionic amphiphilic molecules, such as undecylenic acid.  相似文献

By dragging a phospholipid solution on microstructured silicon surfaces, phospholipid molecules are selectively deposited inside the microstructures to get regular phospholipid multilayer patterns of controlled thickness over a large scale (~cm2). By varying the dragging speed, the thickness of the patterns varies between 28 and 100 nm on average (7 to 25 bilayers). Electroswelling of phospholipid multilayer patterns leads to the formation of giant liposomes of controlled size and narrow size distributions.  相似文献

Objective: An association between hallucinations and reality-monitoring deficit has been repeatedly observed in patients with schizophrenia. Most data concern auditory/verbal hallucinations. The aim of this study was to investigate the association between visual hallucinations and a specific type of reality-monitoring deficit, namely confusion between imagined and perceived pictures. Method: Forty-one patients with schizophrenia and 43 healthy control participants completed a reality-monitoring task. Thirty-two items were presented either as written words or as pictures. After the presentation phase, participants had to recognize the target words and pictures among distractors, and then remember their mode of presentation. Results: All groups of participants recognized the pictures better than the words, except the patients with visual hallucinations, who presented the opposite pattern. The participants with visual hallucinations made more misattributions to pictures than did the others, and higher ratings of visual hallucinations were correlated with increased tendency to remember words as pictures. No association with auditory hallucinations was revealed. Conclusions: Our data suggest that visual hallucinations are associated with confusion between visual mental images and perception. Several studies have reported an association between hallucinations and tendency to make false alarms in acoustic signal detection tasks. Previous work on patients with schizophrenia has suggested that false recognitions and other types of memory error were positively associated with hallucinations and inversely associated with certain negative symptoms of withdrawal. In this study, 40 patients with schizophrenia were administered a word recognition task. Mixed lists of high- and low-frequency words were presented, then the target words had to be recognized among distractors in immediate and delayed recognition conditions. Hallucination scores were correlated with an increased bias toward false recognitions of nonpresented words. Affective flattening tended to be correlated with a reduced bias toward false recognitions. Anhedonia was significantly correlated with a reduced response bias. Hallucinations and anhedonia therefore presented an opposite association with the response bias. The influence of word frequency and delay on this association is discussed. This paper presents a method for extracting, in the digital domain, the main characteristic parameters of an analog sine-wave signal. It is based on a double-modulation, square-wave and sigma-delta, together with a simple Digital Processing Algorithm. It leads to an efficient and robust approach very suitable for BIST applications. In this line, some considerations for on-chip implementation are addressed together with simulation results that validate the feasibility of the proposed approach.Diego Vázquez was born in El Coronil, Sevilla, Spain, in 1966. Embedded systems present significant security challenges due to their limited resources and power constraints. This paper focuses on the issues of building secure embedded systems on reconfigurable hardware and proposes a security architecture for embedded systems (SAFES). SAFES leverages the capabilities of reconfigurable hardware to provide efficient and flexible architectural support for security standards and defenses against a range of hardware attacks. The SAFES architecture is based on three main ideas: (1) reconfigurable security primitives; (2) reconfigurable hardware monitors; and (3) a hierarchy of security controllers at the primitive, system and executive level. Results are presented for reconfigurable AES and RC6 security primitives and highlight the value of such an architecture. This paper also emphasizes that reconfigurable hardware is not just a technology for hardware accelerators dedicated to security primitives as has been focused on by most studies but a real solution to provide high-security and high-performance for a system.  相似文献
