The effect of high temperature ethane treatment on the dispersion and structure of a Pt-Cr/H-ZSM-5 catalyst has been studied by EXAFS and XPS. At the temperature where ethane aromatisation occurs, (T=820 K), redispersion of platinum-chromium particles has been found, reducing the average particle diameter from 12±2 Å to 8±1 Å. The redispersion explains earlier observations that the aromatisation activity of these catalysts increases during initial use.  相似文献

The ability of soil bacteria to produce amino acids (alanine, aspartic acid, leucine, arginine, glutamic acid, and lysine) was related to the ability to dissolve inorganic phosphate. Endometrial cancer (EC) has been classified over the years, for prognostic and therapeutic purposes. In recent years, classification systems have been emerging not only based on EC clinical and pathological characteristics but also on its genetic and epigenetic features. Noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs) are emerging as promising markers in several cancer types, including EC, for which their prognostic value is currently under investigation and will likely integrate the present prognostic tools based on protein coding genes. This review aims to underline the importance of the genetic and epigenetic events in the EC tumorigenesis, by expounding upon the prognostic role of ncRNAs.  相似文献

为了进一步提高哈萨克语句法分析的准确率,为哈萨克语自然语言处理奠定良好基础,对基于转移的哈萨克语句法分析进行研究,采用改进后的基于转移的方法对句法树进行处理,即中序遍历句法树的方法将句法树转换为动作序列。使用神经网络构建句法分析器框架,分别使用三个长短期记忆网络(LSTM)表示堆栈信息、缓冲区信息以及动作历史信息对模型进行训练,根据所得到的概率预测动作序列,从而得到句法分析的结果。改进后的转移方法得到的句法分析准确率为74.37%。  相似文献

This study was carried out to examine the effect of quantity and quality of wheat gluten proteins on the quality attributes of instant fried noodles. Dough development time, dough stability, SDS sedimentation volume, gluten index and Resistance to extension/Extensibility (R/E) ratio were found to be positively correlated with glutenin content, whereas negatively associated with the quantity of gliadin sub-fractions. Medium strong flours were found most suitable for noodle preparation. The weaker flours from cultivars HW 2004 and C 306 having HMW-GS composition of Null, 2+12 and 20 alleles expressed at Glu-A1, B1 and D1, respectively could not withstand sheeting, resulted in rough surface and high breakage of noodles. The best noodle cultivars DBW 16 and WH 542 had 5+10 glutenin subunits at Glu-D1, however, differed in subunits expressed at Glu-A1 and Glu-B1 loci. Oil uptake and cooking time of noodles varied considerably from 15.4 to 22.7% and 2.0 to 4.0 min, respectively. Oil uptake in noodles was positively correlated with dough softening, however, all the parameters related to gluten quality and strength were negatively associated with the oil uptake. Cooking time of instant noodles was found to be highly associated with protein content (R2 = 0.778) of flour, gluten quality and strength. Hardness or firmness of cooked noodles was found to be significantly linked with SDS sedimentation volume (R2 = 0.725), gluten index (R2 = 0.610), glutenin content (R2 = 0.619), gliadin content (R2 = ?0.567), R/E ratio (R2 = 0.532) and gliadins/glutenins (R2 = ?0.605) ratio.  相似文献

Tensile failure of a structural connection along a staggered path may be the governing failure mode. Design codes have long treated this problem solely from the standpoint of geometric distances and have not considered actual stress conditions. Through finite element studies, this paper investigates analytic effects of pitch and gage and presents comparisons to current practice. Results indicate that typical code treatments do not adequately represent the phenomenon. For instance, even when there is no stagger, it is apparent from the results that gage spacing plays an important role in the failure load. Design codes do not predict any variation for this case.  相似文献
