A method for measuring the characteristics of tunneling and impact ionization in thin-film electroluminescent emitters is suggested. This method makes it possible to find time dependences of the space-charge layer thickness near the anode and the length of the impact ionization region, to determine more exactly the time dependence of the field in the potential barrier at the cathode interface, the maximum depth of the surface states from which electron tunneling occurs, the minimum thickness of the barrier, and the electron tunneling probability, as well as the impact ionization rate for the deep centers related to structural defects of the phosphor layer.  相似文献

Ionic substances under normal conditions are stoichiometric compounds with phase diagrams featuring no homogeneity regions. Crystals grown under nonequilibrium conditions, in particular, under significant centrifugal acceleration, are characterized by nonstoichiometric compositions (e.g., K2−x Br1.07). In this way, it is possible to obtain nonequilibrium nonstoichiometric ionic compounds possessing certain homogeneity regions. Nonstoichiometric crystals of KCl, KBr, and KI grown under various accelerations ranging within (1.3–100.0)×103 g exhibit insignificant variations in the lattice constants and a significant increase in micro-hardness with acceleration.  相似文献

Significant distinctions have been observed in the current kinetics and current-voltage characteristics of ZnS: Mn electroluminescent thin-film emitters measured with pulsed photoexcitation in different (blue, red, and infrared) spectral intervals. The results show evidence that a recharge of deep centers related to the zinc and sulfur vacancies takes place in the course of the emitter operation, leading to the formation of space charges in the near-anode and near-cathode regions of the phosphor layer.  相似文献

Single crystals of the new phase TmAlB14 were grown using the high-temperature solution method. The crystal structure of TmAlB14 was refined from X-ray powder diffraction data using the Rietveld method. The structure is of MgAlB14-type with the space group Imma and unit cell parameters a = 5.8212(3) Å, B = 10.3837(2) Å and C = 8.1762(3) Å. The final, conventional R-valve and profile R-value are 0.031 and 0.064, respectively. The structure is characterized by a partial occupancy of both metal positions and a splitting of the thulium atomic position.  相似文献

A method for data embedding into an audio file-container is presented. The method is attack resistant, since it is based on comparison of histograms. The results of simulation of the method algorithms are also presented. The respective container’s capacity is estimated. The advantages of the presented method are as follows: it is precisely reversible and implemented in real time. But as a payment for these advantages, the data volume increases by two times and the high-frequency components appear in the audio file-stego with respect to an empty file.  相似文献

Provides an overview of the 1995 Consumer Reports survey of the effectiveness of psychotherapy. Specific issues addressed include the study's goals; the findings for mental health professionals, family doctors, and self-help groups; and methodological strengths and weaknesses related to external validity, sampling, controls, self-reports, and time frame. The data show that, free of the artificial constraints of controlled studies in the real world, a population of consumers can often benefit from psychological intervention services. Data on the impurity content in hydrocarbon feedstock of ethylene plant EP-300 are cited. The distribution of impurities and their transformation products in gaseous and liquid pyrolysis products and in dilution steam condensate is investigated. The influence of impurity transformation products on the aqua-chemical condition of the dilution steam generation unit is studied. Recommendations are offered for reducing impurity content in pyrolysis feedstock.  相似文献

Experience shows that the successful introduction of automated information systems at metallurgical enterprises largely depends on the technology and software selected. In the present work, the basic technology and software options available are briefly outlined. The starting point is Agile development, which is based on iterative procedures, the dynamic formation of user requirements, and their implementation through constant dialog within working groups consisting of various specialists (users, analysts, programmers, and testers). Iteration corresponds to relatively brief development times (as a rule, months), after which the user is given the next tested version of the software, with new functional properties. The list of additional functional properties in each new version represents user priorities and is drawn from the overall list of requirements before each iteration begins. In each iteration, the following procedures are completed in sequence: verification of the computational algorithm (with the introduction of new variables, where necessary); functional modeling of the system; improvement of subsystem structure; conceptual modeling of the database; generation of a model of the database; loading of the test data in the database; creation of the functional diagrams in the mathematical library; implementation of the subsystem’s client software; testing and debugging of the software; and the development of reference documentation. The Atlassian JIRA system is used to control individual tasks and monitor their overall realization within the process of collective software development. The Atlassian Bitbucket platform provides remote storage for code storage and control of the software version. On the basis of up-to-date approaches to software development, systems that are functional, reliable, east to use, expandable, and integrable may be created. Such systems are characterized by minimum risk and acceptable cost.  相似文献
