电信运营企业必须实施全新的运营成本控制模式 在中国电信运营业重组后,将面临着新一轮的市场竞争格局;关注控制电信运营成本,提高经济效益,就成为当前电信运营企业亟待解决的重要问题.运营成本控制是根据预定的成本费用目标和既定的条件,对成本费用的发生和形成过程进行主动控制,以实现最优的成本费用方案,保证合理的成本费用补偿,实现最优盈利目标的一种全新的管理行为.运营成本控制是使成本费用管理进入预防性管理的重要标志,是降低成本费用的重要手段.     

20%单氰乳剂剂型研究

本文所叙述的单氰乳剂，是一种新的复配农药制剂。它不仅增效作用显著，对为害农作物的蚜虫和红蜘蛛有很强的杀灭作用；而且其剂型独特，为国内尚不多见的水包油型的复配农药新制剂－微乳剂。该制剂生产工艺简单，产品性能稳定，常温贮存一年，有效成分分解率低于１．５％；在６０℃至－５℃范围内，其产品均为均相透明的液体，且乳化性能十分优良。目前该品种已取得农药登记，正式投产。     

含有分布时滞的T-S模糊系统的时滞依赖法鲁棒H∞滤波

设计一个时滞依赖的模糊滤波器,使得滤波器不仅满足系统稳定性要求而且满足给定滤波误差系统的H∞性能要求.文章由线性矩阵不等式方法(LMI)得到了滤波器存在的充分条件,并给出了该类变时滞模糊系统的H∞滤波器设计方法,最后给出数值算例验证文中方法的有效性.     

Improved chemical stability and proton selectivity of semi-interpenetrating polymer network amphoteric membrane for vanadium redox flow battery application

In this work, semiinterpenetrating polymer network (semi-IPN), consisting of sulfonated poly (arylene ether sulfone) (SPAES) and crosslinked vinyl imidazole grafted polysulfone (VMPSU), is prepared and characterized. FTIR, EDS, and solubility test indicate the successful preparation of amphoteric membranes. The semi-IPN amphoteric membranes exhibit better stability than pure SPAES membrane, as demonstrated by thermogravimetric analysis and ex situ immersion testing results. More importantly, it is shown that the amphoteric membrane can effectively hinder vanadium ion crossover through the membrane, which is attributed to the semi-IPN structure and Donnan exclusion. As expected, the amphoteric membrane containing 20% VMPSU exhibits the highest proton selectivity (6.86 × 10⁴ S min cm⁻³), comparing to pristine SPAES (1.90 × 10⁴ S min cm⁻³) as well as Nafion117 (1.31 × 10⁴ S min cm⁻³).     

Sandwiched Thin‐Film Anode of Chemically Bonded Black Phosphorus/Graphene Hybrid for Lithium‐Ion Battery

A facile vacuum filtration method is applied for the first time to construct sandwich‐structure anode. Two layers of graphene stacks sandwich a composite of black phosphorus (BP), which not only protect BP from quickly degenerating but also serve as current collector instead of copper foil. The BP composite, reduced graphene oxide coated on BP via chemical bonding, is simply synthesized by solvothermal reaction at 140 °C. The sandwiched film anode used for lithium‐ion battery exhibits reversible capacities of 1401 mAh g^?1 during the 200th cycle at current density of 100 mA g^?1 indicating superior cycle performance. Besides, this facile vacuum filtration method may also be available for other anode material with well dispersion in N‐methyl pyrrolidone (NMP).     

Three-dimensionally ordered,ultrathin graphitic-carbon frameworks with cage-like mesoporosity for highly stable Li-S batteries

Mesoporous carbons have been widely utilized as the sulfur host for lithium-sulfur (Li-S) batteries.The ability to engineer the porosity,wall thickness,and graphitization degree of the carbon host is essential for addressing issues that hamper commercialization of Li-S batteries,such as fast capacity decay and poor high-rate performance.In this work,highly ordered,ultrathin mesoporous graphitic-carbon frameworks (MGFs) having unique cage-like mesoporosity,derived from self-assembled Fe3O4 nanoparticle superlattices,are demonstrated to be an excellent host for encapsulating sulfur.The resulting S@MGFs exhibit high specific capacity (1,446 mAh·g-1 at 0.15 C),good rate capability (430 mAh.g-1 at 6 C),and exceptional cycling stability (～0.049％ capacity decay per cycle at 1 C) when used as Li-S cathodes.The superior electrochemical performance of the S@MGFs is attributed to the many unique and advantageous structural features of MGFs.In addition to the interconnected,ultrathin graphitic-carbon framework that ensures rapid electron and lithium-ion transport,the microporous openings between adjacent mesopores efficiently suppress the diffusion of polysulfides,leading to improved capacity retention even at high current densities.     

一类新的具有扰动m-增生算子的非线性方程迭代算法(英文)

设X是具有Gteaux可微的一致凸Banach空间,T:X→X是一致连续的m-增生算子,C:X→X是非线性算子,并且存在某个λ>0,使得(I-λC)(I+λT)-1是非膨胀的.引入一类新的具有扰动m-增生算子的非线性方程迭代算法,并证明此算法强收敛于方程Tx+Cx=0的某个解.     

绿色校园建设的思考与实践——以常州工学院新校区绿建设计为例

文章简要介绍了常州工学院新校区建设的基本情况,并根据该校绿色校园的建设目标,从绿色建筑评价标准和设计流程的角度分析了程序式绿色校园设计的优点、缺点和解决方法,最后指出绿色校园设计是满足学校和设计方可持续发展目标的共同需要。     

卫星结构铝蜂窝板非线性振动试验与参数辨识研究

本文针对卫星主要结构材料铝质蜂窝板的非线性动力特性现象进行了振动试验及分析。根据谐波平衡法原理，对各级等效线性系统进行模态参数辨识，进一步基于Duffing假设，对非线性刚度、阻尼系数进行了识别，并基于多自由度非线性系统理论进行了仿真检验。本文的方法可以推广到整星的非线性结构的研究中去。
