Effects of cyanide (CN) treatment with hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) films have been investigated. The decrease of ΔV/V was observed in cyanide treated a-Si:H films and the successive thermal annealing at 200°C after CN treatment induced the further reduction of the ΔV/V. XPS spectra show the indirect evidence that the cyanide species is present within 10 nm from the hydrogenated amorphous silicon surface. The results of CN treatment with a-Si:H solar cells are demonstrated.  相似文献

Films of spinel-type ferrite, MFe2O4 (M=Ni, Co, Mg, Li0.5Fe0.5) have been prepared by a dip-coating method from the sol-gel process. Ferric nitrate, nickel nitrate, cobalt nitrate and lithium nitrate were used as raw materials, and glycerol and formamide were used as solvents. A film was prepared by dipping a silica glass plate. The spinel-type ferrite was obtained by heat-treatment at 700–900°C for 2 h in air. The film thickness was about 0.8 m. The saturation magnetization, r, of the film and powder with composition 50NiO·50Fe2O3 was 196 emu cm–3 and 29.1 emu g–1, respectively, and the coercive force,H c, was 140 and 95 Oe, respectively, after heat-treatment at 800°C for 2 h. In particular, the films were shown to have a much largerH c than the powder. The grain growth of spinel ferrite may be subject to restriction because it is in progress above an amorphous base-plate. The crystals are therefore aligned with the base-plate and have uniaxial anisotropy.  相似文献

We have considered the behavior of the conductivity or the dielectric function of the one-dimensional (1-D) quantum sine-Gordon system (g2 = 4) for two models of impurities. We have used a Fermi-Bose relation and a self consistent t-matrix approximation. As for the conductivity at zero temperature, it appears when the concentration of impurities becomes larger than the critical concentration of impurities. It shows the linear increase near the critical concentration. As for the dielectric constant, its behavior is model dependent. We have numerically calculated the frequency dependence of the conductivity at zero temperature. The real part shows the second order increase near the critical frequency. The imaginary part shows the linear decrease from the origin.  相似文献

The glucosyl transfer reaction of kojibiose phosphorylase (KP; EC 2.4.1.230) was examined using glycerol or myo-inositol as an acceptor. In the case of glycerol, KP produced two main transfer products: saccharides A and B. The structure of saccharide A was O-alpha-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->1)-glycerol and that of saccharide B was O-alpha-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-O-alpha-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->1)-glycerol. These results show that KP transferred a glucose residue to the hydroxyl group at position 1 of glycerol. On the other hand, when myo-inositol was used as an acceptor, KP produced four transfer products: saccharides 1-4. The structures of saccharides 1 and 2 were O-alpha-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->1)- and O-alpha-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->5)-myo-inositol, respectively; those of saccharides 3 and 4 were O-alpha-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-O-alpha-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->1)- and O-alpha-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-O-alpha-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->5)-myo-inositol, respectively. KP transferred a glucose residue to the hydroxyl group at position 1 or 5 of myo-inositol. On the basis of the structures of their glucosyl transfer products, glycerol and myo-inositol were found to have a common structure with three hydroxyl groups corresponding to the hydroxyl group of the glucose molecule at positions 2, 3 and 4. The conformation of these three hydroxyl groups in the structure is equatorial. This structure is the substrate recognition site of KP. It has been suggested that KP strictly recognizes the structures of glycerol and myo-inositol, and catalyzes the transfer reaction of a glucose residue to the hydroxyl group at position 1 in glycerol, and at position 1 or 5 in myo-inositol, corresponding to position 2 in glucose.  相似文献

This is the first report of glycoside hydrolase family 43 β-xylosidase from Aspergillus oryzae. To characterize this enzyme, the recombinant enzyme was expressed in Escherichia coli. Unlike known β-xylosidases from fungal origins, the enzyme did not show substrate ambiguity and was stable at alkaline pH.  相似文献

Fifty-nine Fischer rat tumors and eleven Hooded rat tumors induced by intramuscular injection of Ni3S2 were examined and their histopathologic and cytologic characteristics studied. Nine out of eleven Hooded rat tumors metastasized whereas 15 out of 59 Fischer rat tumors metastasized within 30 days. Histopathological characterization of the Ni3S2-induced tumors was made according to their preponderant cellular constitution. They were grouped into six types: well-differentiated rhabdomyosarcomas, poorly-differentiated rhabdomyosarcomas, embryonal rhabdomyosarcomas, mesenchymal tumors, leiomyosarcoma-like tumors and fibrosarcoma-like tumors. Forty-seven of total of 70 were rhabdomyosarcomas. Tumors with shorter latent periods in Fischer rats and tumors with fleshy and soft texture demonstrated a higher incidence of metastases.  相似文献

A technique is presented to eliminate the residual gradient more completely after removing the main pulmonary band at the time of primary repair of ventricular septal defect. The band and underlying pulmonary artery are circumferentially excised, except for a small posterior part, and pulmonary artery is reanastomosed.  相似文献
