A range of fourty‐six red grape (Vitis vinifera spp.) samples, originating from six widely cultivated varieties and covering major parts of the Hellenic vineyard, were assayed for their content in six principal anthocyanin pigments. Representative in vitro antioxidant parameters were also determined, including antiradical activity (AAR), reducing power (PR) and hydroxyl free radical scavenging activity (SAHFR). Quantitative determination using high performance liquid chromatography showed that the prevalent pigment was malvidin 3‐O‐glucoside (average content 82.53 mg per 100 g fresh berry weight), followed by its coumarate derivative (29.26 mg per 100 g), paeonidin 3‐O‐glucoside (10.84 mg per 100 g), petunidin 3‐O‐glucoside (7.80 mg per 100 g) cyanidin 3‐O‐glucoside (5.67 mg per 100 g) and delphinidin 3‐O‐glucoside (1.28 mg per 100 g). The richest variety was Syrah, with total average anthocyanin content of 186.02 mg per 100 g, whereas the Hellenic native variety Xinomavro had the lowest average anthocyanin level (38.70 mg per 100 g). The establishment of correlations of individual and total anthocyanin contents with the values from the antioxidant test was accomplished with linear regression. The links of total anthocyanins were significant with all antioxidant parameters (P < 0.001), but more importantly with SAHFR (R2 = 0.740). Malvidin 3‐O‐glucoside content had the higher correlation with SAHFR compared with all other anthocyanins (R2 = 0.698, P < 0.001). 相似文献

The adoption of graphene in electronics, optoelectronics, and photonics is hindered by the difficulty in obtaining high‐quality material on technologically relevant substrates, over wafer‐scale sizes, and with metal contamination levels compatible with industrial requirements. To date, the direct growth of graphene on insulating substrates has proved to be challenging, usually requiring metal‐catalysts or yielding defective graphene. In this work, a metal‐free approach implemented in commercially available reactors to obtain high‐quality monolayer graphene on c‐plane sapphire substrates via chemical vapor deposition is demonstrated. Low energy electron diffraction, low energy electron microscopy, and scanning tunneling microscopy measurements identify the Al‐rich reconstruction ° of sapphire to be crucial for obtaining epitaxial graphene. Raman spectroscopy and electrical transport measurements reveal high‐quality graphene with mobilities consistently above 2000 cm2 V?1 s?1. The process is scaled up to 4 and 6 in. wafers sizes and metal contamination levels are retrieved to be within the limits for back‐end‐of‐line integration. The growth process introduced here establishes a method for the synthesis of wafer‐scale graphene films on a technologically viable basis. 相似文献

This paper provides a review of most recent cycle of studies of NLDMOS-based power arrays, their operation in ESD regimes, self-protection capability as well as the methods and measures to improve the array robustness on the device structure, layout architecture and array composition levels. Effective practices of improving ESD robustness at the cell level and backend level are presented followed by topology optimization. The Neotectonic evolution of Albania, from the Middle Pleistocene to the present day, is characterised by a general uplift that began after the Pliocene. Subsidence took place locally and led to the formation of graben-shaped Quaternary lakes and plains. During this period, graben lakes were formed at Shkodra, Ohrid, Prespa and Butrinti, whereas at Korça, Elbasani, Zadrima, Tirana, Myzeqe, etc., graben and graben-like plains were created. The Quaternary subsidence structures can be classified into two groups: graben structures created by local or regional extension and graben-like structures formed under a compressional regime. Some case studies are presented to illustrate the formation of these structures and their main engineering geological and hydrogeological characteristics. 相似文献
