The effect of gamma irradiation dose and time of treatment after harvest on the storage of garlic bulbs was investigated. The effectiveness of irradiation for external sprout inhibition was not affected by the treatment time within 45 days after harvest. At 285 days after harvest, irradiation of 50 - 150 Gy caused about 6% less decrease in weight loss compared with the unirradiated group, and spoilage rates of the unirradiated and irradiated cloves were 100% and 17 - 20%, respectively. For the overall storageability of garlic bulbs, 75 Gy was shown to be the minimal optimum dose, and there was no apparent effect depending upon the time of irradiation treatment after harvest.  相似文献

In order to provide “intimate” and “dynamic” adaptations under Weiser's vision for ubiquitous computing environments, we propose the utilization of context history together with user modeling and machine learning techniques. Our approach supports proactive adaptations by inducing patterns of user behavior. In addition, we support the requirement for enabling the user to receive an explicit and understandable explanation when a proactive adaptation occurs in order to encourage a trust relationship between the user and the context-aware system. In this article, we describe an experiment to examine the feasibility of our approach for supporting proactive adaptations in the domain of an intelligent office environment. The initial results of our experiment are promising and demonstrate how our system could gradually learn the user's preferences for controling his office environment by making inductions from the context history. Based on these initial findings, we believe that context history has a concrete role to play in supporting proactive adaptation in a ubiquitous computing environment.  相似文献

介绍了一种制备增强纤维/热塑性纤维混杂纤维束的新方法——共编法,通过改变编织工艺参数、纤维丝束大小、纤维种类、编纱和轴向纱的数量等制备了一系列GF/PP共编纱。以此共编纱,成功地制备出GF/PP复合材料板材,并研究了成型压力、成型温度以及保温时间等对复合材料的预浸及板材质量的影响;同时,对增强纤维种类、丝束大小及其含量等对复合材料中空隙含量的影响也进行了研究;采用圆形模型探讨了GF/PP共编纱中树脂对玻璃纤维的预浸过程,提出了影响预浸效果的主要因素。  相似文献

Antioxidative potential of lyophilized citrus (Citrus unshiu) peel extract in raw and cooked meat systems was investigated. Beef pork, chicken, and salmon patties were prepared without (control), with lyophilized citrus peel extract (0.1%, NICP), and with 20 kGy-irradiated, lyophilized citrus peel extract (0.1%, ICP). TBARS value showed that the addition of lyophilized citrus peel (NICP or ICP) inhibited the development of lipid oxidation of raw and cooked meat patties during storage for 8 days at 20C (P<0.05) except for raw chicken patty. Hunter color a*-values of the cooked meat patties treated with NICP or ICP were higher than those of the control (P<0.05). Irradiation of citrus peel extract did not show any notable changes in its antioxidant effect in the meat systems. Thus, the lyophilized citrus extract could be used as one of the natural antioxidants with the potential of cost-effectiveness and is environmentally friendly.  相似文献

Effects of processing variables, production rate, number of die openings and initial moisture content on the discharge temperature and power input during rice bran extrusion with an autogenous single-screw extruder were analyzed. At extrusion temperatures above 128°C, all lipase activity in the bran was lost regardless of moisture content of the bran fed. Net specific energy input (NSE) varied with changes in die opening and moisture contents and total power efficiency was increased with increasing production rate without change in NSE value. Percolation rate through the extruded bran bed was increased to nine times over that of raw bran; the extraction time to reach 1% residual oil in extruded bran was reduced to 10 min from 100 min for the raw bran.  相似文献

Previous work on setup reduction to dynamic lot-sizing with process improvement is extended. In this dynamic lot-sizing model, a new calculation of lot size is made at every setup, but the decision to invest jointly in setup reduction and process improvement is made at the initial setup. In the analysis, it is assumed that setup reduction and process quality are functions of capital expenditure. Such setup cost reductions and process quality improvements can arise from investing in new technology. A procedure is developed to find the optimal lot size, total cost, and required investments, and the solution is illustrated using declining exponential functions and power functions to model both setup cost reduction and process quality improvement. The implications of the analysis and the tradeoffs involved are discussed and illustrated numerically and graphically.  相似文献

A new enzymatic treatment procedure was devised to recover and further utilize fish bones from processing which are normally discarded. This procedure includes the use of an enzyme preparation isolated from raw mackerel intestine by acetone precipitation. The caseinolytic activity of mackerel intestine crude enzyme (MICE) was approximately 0.58 U/mg protein, which was comparable to those of trypsin and α‐chymotrypsin, or even higher than those of papain and Aspergillus saitoi protease. The optimum pH, temperature and enzyme/substrate ratio of MICE for hydrolysis of protein with hoki (Johnius belengeri) frames were determined to be pH 9.0, 40C and 1:100 (w/w). When the hoki frame was treated by MICE for 6 h under the optimum reaction conditions, the yield of bone recovery was approximately 90%. Compared to Alcalase, trypsin, α‐chymotrypsin and Neutrase, the yield of bone recovery using MICE was higher. These results suggest that MICE may be utilized for bone recovery from fish frame.  相似文献
