不同折流板结构螺旋折流板换热器传热性能的比较(英文) 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Numerical simulations were performed on flow and heat transfer performances of heat exchangers having six helical baffles of different baffle shapes and assembly configurations, i.e., two trisection baffle schemes, two quadrant baffle schemes, and two continuous helical baffle schemes. The temperature contour or the pressure contour and velocity contour plots with superimposed velocity vectors on meridian, transverse and unfolded concentric hexagonal slices are presented to obtain a full angular view. For the six helix baffled heat exchangers, the different patterns of the single vortex secondary flow and the shortcut leakage flow were depicted as wel as the heat transfer properties were compared. The results show that the optimum scheme among the six configurations is a circumferential overlap trisection helix baffled heat exchanger with a baffle incline angle of 20° (20°TCO) scheme with an anti-shortcut baffle structure, which exhibits the second highest pressure dropΔpo, the highest overal heat transfer coefficient K, shel-side heat transfer coefficient ho and shel-side average comprehensive index ho/Δpo. 相似文献

AbstractPreparation condition can affect the structure and the properties of nanofiber membrane. In order to explore suitable conditions to prepare the Fe3O4/PVDF nanofiber membrane with good hydrophobicity, the hydrophobicity of Fe3O4/PVDF nanofiber membranes obtained by electrospinning was investigated by changing preparation conditions like weight percentage of Fe3O4 nanoparticles, blending quality concentration of poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) and Fe3O4 nanoparticles, and positive voltage. And the variations of hydrophobicity of Fe3O4/PVDF nanofiber membranes modified by 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-perfluorodecyl trimethoxysilane were studied. The results show that the hydrophobicity of Fe3O4/PVDF nanofiber membranes has changed under different preparation conditions. The contact angles of samples increased after a modification by 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-perfluorodecyl trimethoxysilane, which indicates that the hydrophobicity of Fe3O4/PVDF nanofiber membranes has been enhanced. 相似文献

The in-situ fabrication of an electron-blocking layer between the Ba-containing anode and the ceria-based electrolyte is an effective approach in suppressing the internal electronic leakage in ceria-based solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC). To improve the thickness of the electron-blocking layer and to research the effect of the layer thickness on the improvement of SOFC, a Ba-containing compound (0.6NiO-0.4BaZr0.1Ce0.7Y0.2O3-δ) modified by Y stabilized zirconia (YSZ) was employed as a composite anode in this research. SEM analyses demonstrated that the thickness of the interlayer can be simply controlled by regulating the proportion of YSZ at anode. The in-situ formed interlayer in the cell with the anode modified by 20?mol% YSZ possesses a thickness of 0.9?µm which is more suitable for the cell achieving an enhanced performance. 相似文献

为解决石油石化装置在有H2S、CO2等酸性介质存在条件下的腐蚀问题,通过对酚醛环氧树脂和酚醛胺固化剂配套成膜物体系、耐酸性颜填料体系等的研究,形成了耐酸性良好的涂料,同时通过在涂料中添加石墨烯分散体,改善了涂层的耐盐雾性、附着力和耐化学品性.实验室研究及现场应用均表明该石墨烯改性耐酸涂料具有优异的综合物理化学性能,其涂层的耐盐雾、耐化学品、抗H2S腐蚀、耐碱等性能优异,满足了存在H2S、CO2的酸性油气田恶劣腐蚀环境下的防腐要求. 相似文献

The poly(styrene‐co‐octavinyl‐polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane) (PS–POSS) organic–inorganic hybrid nanocomposites containing various percent of POSS were prepared via one‐step free radical polymerization and characterized by FTIR, high‐resolution 1H NMR, 29Si NMR, GPC, DSC, and TGA technologies. The POSS contents in these nanocomposites were determined using FTIR calibration curve. The result shows that the POSS contents in nanocomposites can be tailored by varying the POSS feed ratios. On the basis of the POSS contents in the nanocomposites and the 1H NMR spectra, the number of reacted vinyl groups of each octavinyl‐POSS macromonomer were calculated to be 6–8. DSC and TGA measurements indicate that the incorporation of POSS into PS homopolymer can apparently improve the thermal properties of the polymeric materials. The dramatic Tg and Tdec increases are mainly due to the formation of star and low cross‐linking structure of the nanocomposites, where POSS cores behave as the joint points and hinder the motion and degradation of the polymeric chains. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. To cope with various unpredictable changes in large scale parts,the concept of reconfigurable manufacturing system (RMS) for machining these components is presented.Considering with large-size space measurement and the fixed-free manufacture mode,an automatically localizing machining method for large scale part is studied in this paper,and the architecture of the RMS for machining large scale parts is proposed.According to the method and structure,the automatically localizing model is established.The theoretical analysis and simulation examples demonstrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed method,and the results indicate that the method is suitable and effective for machining large scale components in significant scientific projects. 相似文献
