This third-generation 1.1-GHz 64-bit UltraSPARC microprocessor provides 1-MB on-chip level-2 cache, 4-Gb/s off chip memory bandwidth, and a new 200 MHz JBus interface that supports one to four processors. The 87.5-million transistor chip is implemented in a seven-layer-metal copper 0.13-/spl mu/m CMOS process and dissipates 53 W at 1.3 V and 1.1 GHz.  相似文献

In the present paper, the microwave synthesis of MOF-199 and its application as an electrode modifier for the simultaneous voltammetric determination of paracetamol (PAR) and caffeine (CAF) were demonstrated. The obtained materials were characterised by X-ray diffraction, a scanning electron microscope (SEM), nitrogen adsorption/desorption isotherms and thermal gravity. The microwave (MW) synthesis of MOF-199 has been compared to its conventional hydrothermal synthesis. It is found that by using the MW synthesis, MOF-199 can be obtained in a much shorter synthesis time with improved yield and textural properties. The electrode modified by MOF-199 was used in order to develop an electroanalytical method that can be used to simultaneously quantify PAR and CAF. The kinetic parameters of the electrode reaction process were also investigated. This proposed method was successfully employed for the simultaneous detection of PAR and CAF in pharmaceutical formulations using the standard addition method and the obtained results compared with the results determined by means of HPLC were found to be statistically similar.  相似文献

Mn–Fe binary oxides incorporated into diatomite (denoted as FM-diatomite) was prepared by the redox reaction of KMnO4 and FeSO4 with pH ranging from 3 to 9. The catalytic activities of FM-diatomite were studied for phenol oxidation and were compared with iron oxide modified diatomite (F-diatomite) and manganese oxide modified diatomite (M-diatomite). The obtained catalysts were characterized by scanning electron microscope, powder X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive spectroscopy, transmission electron microscope, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and nitrogen adsorption/desorption isotherms. The results show that Fe–Mn binary oxides were highly dispersed on the diatomite surface in which manganese oxide and iron oxide displayed multiple oxidation states including Mn4+, Mn3+, Fe2+ and Fe3+. The phenol oxidation by H2O2 through the use of Mn–Fe-diatomite as a catalyst was conducted. FM-diatomite exhibited as an excellent catalyst for the total oxidation of phenol and main intermediates (catechol and hydroquinone). The conversion of phenol and main intermediates by means of FM-diatomite was 100 % under 50 min while that by F-diatomite also was 100 % after 110 min but other intermediates still remained. While phenol conversion by M-diatomite was close to zero due to speedy hydroperoxide decomposition over the manganese oxide catalyst. These results show that there was a synergized effect of iron and manganese oxide present in FM-diatomite.  相似文献

The first implementation of MAJC architecture achieves high performance by using very long instruction word (VLIW), single instruction multiple data (SIMD), and chip multiprocessing. The chip integrates two processors, a memory controller, two high-speed parallel I/O interfaces, and a PCI controller. The chip, fabricated in a 0.22-μm CMOS process with six layers of copper interconnect, contains 13 million transistors and operates at 500 MHz. When pressure is applied upon casting as a factor of external impact on melt, the problems related mainly to filling of molds are solved; however, some casting defects cannot be avoided. The experimental results demonstrate that complete compensation of shrinkage under pressure can be achieved by compressing of casting by 8–10% prior to beginning of solidification and by 2–3% during the transition of a metal from the liquid to the solid state. It is mentioned that the procedure based on compressing a liquid metal can be efficiently applied for manufacture of high-strength aluminum alloy castings. The selection of engineering parameters is substantiated. Examples of castings made of V95 alloy according to the developed procedure are given. In addition, the article discusses the problems related to designing of engineering and special-purpose equipment, software, and control automation.  相似文献

Highly ordered SBA‐16 silica mesoporous materials were synthesised hydro‐solvothermally under the acidic medium using SiO2/F127/BuOH/HCl/H2O gel. Pure SiO2 powders were prepared from inexpensive and environmentally friendly silica source of rice husk. The pore size of the materials could be optimised by using a blend of P123 and F127 templates. Sn‐substituted SBA‐16 mesoporous materials were yielded via the direct injection of stannic chloride into the fixed gel in acidic medium. X‐ray diffraction, N2 adsorption, scanning electron microscope/transmission electron microscope results suggest that tin ions were incorporated into the Si‐SBA‐16 framework by isomorphous substitution between Sn and Si ions. Elemental analysis indicates that tin can be substituted in the range of Si/Sn = 21.4–10.5. UV–vis, XPS, TPR‐H2, TPD‐NH3 results reveal that tin atoms are highly dispersed in 4+ oxidation state and mostly occupy in the silica framework. The degree of tin incorporation into silica framework can easily be controlled by a simply adjustment of the H2O and HCl molar ratios. The mesoporous Sn‐SBA‐16 materials were an active benzylation catalyst with almost 100% selectivity to monoalkylated product in alkylation of aromatics with benzyl chloride. © 2011 Canadian Society for Chemical Engineering  相似文献
