This paper presents systematic investigations of electrical and stability properties of various low temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC) resistors. One of the goals of this work was to check the compatibility of LTCC materials (tapes, resistive and conductive inks) from various manufacturers. Three commercially available green tapes and three LTCC resistor/conductor systems were examined. The resistive inks with 1 kΩ/sq. nominal sheet resistance were used. Buried (inside) and surface resistors were laminated and fired according to the tape manufacturers’ recommendations. The influence of dimensional effect on sheet resistance and hot temperature coefficient of resistance, the temperature dependence of resistance in a wide temperature range (from −180°C to +130°C), long-term stability of thermally aged as-fired resistors (150°C, 500 h) and durability to high-voltage micro- or nanosecond pulses (50 ns pulses with 4000 V/mm maximum electric field or 10 μs ones with 700–1000 V/mm electrical field) were carried out for electrical and stability characterisation of LTCC resistors. Non-destructive scanning acoustic microscope diagnostics was applied for structure investigation and estimation of lamination and cofiring process quality of buried LTCC resistors.  相似文献

In this work, joining of aluminium alloy AA6061-T6 to Interstitial Free steel using pulsed gas metal arc welding process has been attempted. The effect of different surface conditions of steel (viz, galvanized, galvanealed and uncoated) and gap between the sheets on braze joint formation have been investigated. Galvanized steel surface showed good bead width, joint formation and lap shear strength compared to the other two combinations. Interface gap has not affected the wetting behaviour significantly but presence of a gap of 300 μm or so helped in escape of zinc vapour during the process there by avoiding formation of any crevice or macroporosity in the joint. Features and properties of the joint are characterized by metallography, fractography, energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and lap shear tests. Load carrying capacity of Al-Galvanized steel was highest (222 N/mm of seam length) compared to other combinations, aided by better wetting due to presence of Zn on the surface and minimum porosity due to interfacial gap provided during brazing.  相似文献

The electrochromic (EC) behavior of fibrous reticulated WO3 films prepared from ammonium tungstate precursor by pulsed spray pyrolysis method was investigated. All the films were prepared using identical technological parameters and a thorough investigation of the electrochromic properties of the films deposited at 300 °C is reported. The structural properties were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The electrochromic and optical properties were measured using cyclic voltammetry and ultraviolet (UV)-visible spectrophotometry. The films are amorphous and have a fibrous reticulate-like morphology having micron-size circular rings. The films show high transparency in the visible range and the optical band gap energy is about 3.1 eV. Electrical measurements show that the resistivity monotonically decreases as temperature increases, which indicates thermal hopping transport. The activation energy for hopping transport is of the order 4×10−4 eV. The electrochromic coloration efficiency (CE) is found to be 34 cm2/C at 630 nm.  相似文献

This communication discusses a 4-node plate bending element for linear elastic analysis which is obtained, as a special case, from a general nonlinear continuum mechanics based 4-node shell element formulation. The formulation of the plate element is presented and the results of various example solutions are given that yield insight into the predictive capability of the plate (and shell) element.  相似文献

We present in this paper a procedure to establish Reissner–Mindlin plate bending elements. The procedure is based on the idea to combine known results on the approximation of Stokes problems with known results on the approximation of elliptic problems. The proposed elements satisfy the mathematical conditions of stability and convergence, and some of them promise to provide efficient elements for practical solutions.  相似文献

 The objective of this paper is to present some of our recent developments in meshless methods. In particular, a technique is given – the method of finite spheres – that is truly meshless in nature in the sense that the nodes are placed and the numerical integration is performed without a mesh. The method can be viewed as a special case of the general formulation known as the meshless local Petrov–Galerkin (MLPG) procedure. Some of the novel features of the method of finite spheres are the numerical integration scheme and the way in which the Dirichlet boundary conditions are incorporated. A new way of modeling doubly-connected domains is also presented. Various example problems are solved to demonstrate the method. Received 26 October 1999  相似文献

This paper addresses the formulation of a set of constitutive equations for finite deformation metal plasticity. The combined isotropic-kinematic hardening model of the infinitesimal theory of plasticity is extended to the large strain range on the basis of three main assumptions: (i) the formulation is hyperelastic based, (ii) the stress-strain law preserves the elastic constants of the infinitesimal theory but is written in terms of the Hencky strain tensor and its elastic work conjugate stress tensor, and (iii) the multiplicative decomposition of the deformation gradient is adopted. Since no stress rates are present, the formulation is, of course, numerically objective in the time integration. It is shown that the model gives adequate physical behaviour, and comparison is made with an equivalent constitutive model based on the additive decomposition of the strain tensor.  相似文献
