Express diagnosis of biological objects is required for operative preliminary estimation of various states of the organism. A new method is proposed for recognition of multidimensional patterns obtained by analysis of multisensory voltammograms of electrochemical test system in the formats of “electronic tongue” and “electronic nose” formats. These formats are realized in the process of electrochemical studies of liquid and gaseous phases. The proximity of the obtained pattern of the tested object to the known patterns accumulated in the database is estimated. Thermostimulated exoelectron emission from sintered hydroxyapatite (HAP), Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2, prepared by the alkoxy method was studied in the temperature range 300–800 K. The results were used to determine trap depths, the frequency factor in the Boltzmann probability of thermal release, lifetime of conduction-band electrons, and charge density at active centers in the surface layer of the material. The exoelectron emission data are correlated with earlier thermostimulated current measurements and structural studies of phase transitions in HAP. The temperature dependence of thermostimulated exoelectron emission (TSEE) and the specific heat c p of CuCl single crystals were studied in a broad temperature range. It is suggested that the TSEE peaks observed in the region of 375 and 420°C are due to the polytype formation and the structural transition from a sphalerite to wurtzite polymorph; the peak at 170°C is assigned to Cu2+ ions present in the CuCl crystals studied. 相似文献

The thermal expansion and density of vitreous and polycrystalline barium diborates prepared by crystallization of monolithic glasses of stoichiometric composition are investigated in the temperature range 20–700°C. The glass crystallizes in the form of the α and β modifications depending on the heat treatment conditions. The α phase nucleates on the surface of the monolithic sample and grows inward the sample in the form of textured layers. The β phase nucleates in the melt bulk and grows in the form of spherulites. Textured polycrystalline barium diborate in the form of the α phase possesses a pronounced anisotropy of thermal expansion with respect to the direction of crystalline-layer growth. This is associated with the negative expansion along one of the crystallographic axes. The effective temperature coefficients of thermal expansion in the temperature range 20–600°C increase in the order: α phase-glass-β phase. Upon heating above 690°C, the β phase transforms partially into the α phase. This is accompanied by a considerable increase in the volume. The densities of the glass and polycrystalline samples in the temperature range 20–700°C increase in the order: glass-α phase–β phase. 相似文献
