The purpose of this study is to develop an approach for unified constitutive modeling based on experimentally determined back stress and overstress. Back stress and overstress were experimentally determined for Type 316 stainless steel at 600°C, by analyzing the unloading curve for the stress-strain response of cyclic strain tests. The result has indicated that the cyclic strain hardening behavior is mainly caused by hardening in the back stress. A phenomenological unified constitutive model in which the back stress and drag stress are taken as the internal state variables is proposed, and has been shown that this model is able to simulate the cyclic inelastic behavior.  相似文献

Summary The potato phosphorylase-catalyzed polymerization of α-D-glucose-1-phosphate (G-1-P) onto poly[styrene-block-(4-vinylbenzyl maltohexaoside)] (1) was performed at the molar ratios of [G-l-P]0 and [maltohexaose]0 of 35, 80, and 250. The product was found to be soluble in dimethyl sulfoxide, which was a good solvent for amylose, and showed the complex-formation with iodine, indicating that the product was assignable to poly[styrene-block-(styrene-graft-amylose)] (2). The quantitative analysis of the liberated phosphoric acid gave the average degree of polymerization o f the glucose unit (n) as 27, 5 1, and 180 for 2-I, 2-II, and 2-III, respectively. Ag/Au bimetallic nanoparticles possess the combinatory advantages of Au and Ag nanoparticles and can also be utilized to tune the properties of localized surface plasmon resonance. Ag/Au bilayer nanorods were prepared by electron beam lithography, and their spectral properties were investigated. Compared with Ag monolayer nanorods, Ag/Au bilayer nanorods show broader localized surface plasmon resonance bands, and the longitudinal mode and transverse mode localized surface plasmon bands show blueshift and redshift, respectively. The maximum near-field intensity of the longitudinal mode of the Ag/Au nanorod is less than half that of the Ag/Au nanorod without gold layer. Shape-induced modification of Ag/Au bilayer nanorods on their spectral properties was also discussed.  相似文献

Platinum/carbon (Pt/C) composite materials were prepared by the hydrazine reduction of H2PtCl6 confined to a mixed surfactant lytropic liquid crystal (LC)/C mixture with varying amounts of water. The reaction at relatively low water contents successfully yielded cross-linked Pt nanowires with wire-widths of 2-5 nm. The novel Pt nanostructure is believed to be from poorly hydrated hexagonal domains formed together with layered domains by the phase separation of the precursory LC mixture in the presence of carbon. Electrochemical measurements using cyclic volutammetry and membrane electrode assemblies revealed that the cross-linked nanowired Pt/C composite exhibits fairly high electrocatalytic activity for oxygen reduction reaction, as well as a high performance as the cathode material for polymer electrolyte fuel cells.  相似文献

Repetition numbers of bending of Cu-0.81 wt% Cr, Cu-0.81 wt% Cr-0.14 wt% Sn and Cu-0.26 wt% Cr-0.10 wt% Sn alloys were investigated. After solution treatment, the first two types of copper alloys have a primary chromium phase; this is not so in the last alloy. The primary chromium phase does not influence the repetition numbers of bending of cold-rolled specimens; the repetition numbers of bending of specimens aged at 723 K for 1.8 × 103 sec after cold rolling are higher than those of cold-rolled specimens. The cause of this is considered to be a recovery of work-hardening during ageing.  相似文献

Information on phase equilibria in the Co-Al based systems which are related to some magnetic and heat resistance materials is important for their microstructural control. Recently, it was proposed with a theoretical calculation on electronic band structure that some Heusler-type alloys Co2 XAl (X: Cr and Mn) should be a new type of spinelectronic materials so-called half-metallic ferromagnet. In the case of the Co2CrAl, however, magnetic properties expected from the theoretical work can not been experimentally obtained and the reason has been still unknown. On the other hand, a tunne- ling magnetoresistance (TMR) effect due to the half-metallic properties was reported in Co2 (Cr0.6 Fe0.4 ) Al alloy, but not the Co2CrAl alloy. In the present paper, it is reported that this discrepancy with the theoretical work in the Co2CrAl alloy is bought about by phase separation between A2 and B2 phases, and that the substitution of Fe for Cr can suppress the precipitation of A2 phase in the B2 phase. Such a phase separation is originally due to the miscibility gap between CoAl and Cr formed in the Co-Al-Cr ternary system as well as that reported by Hao et al. in the Ni-Co-Al-Fe system.  相似文献
