The commercial alloy 36NKhTYu in various structural conditions differing in the type of decomposition, grain size, and degree of dispersion of Y'- and -phase hardening particles was investigated by high-voltage electron microscopy and determination of the mechanical properties in tension in fatigue tests. It was established that in the alloy with the original coarse grain size regardless of the type of structure being formed and the form of loading, fracture is primarily ductile, occurring by a dislocation-shear mechanism. The comparison of structures of different type that was made showed that the structure with interrupted precipitation of -phase has the highest fracture energy requirement as the result of the presence of plastic interlamellar layers, providing effective dissipation of the energy supplied in loading. Deformation and fracture of the fragmented and ultradispersed structures is controlled by collective rotational processes.Translated from Problemy Prochnosti, No. 10, pp. 23–28, October, 1992. 相似文献

A theoretical model in the context of a conventional representation on traditional notion concerning Read cylinders for interpretation
of mobility collapse as a function of the concentration of free carriers in GaN-based films is suggested. Along with phonon
and impurity scattering mechanisms, electron scattering due to charged dislocations embedded into the walls is taken into
account in the model. An expression is obtained for the height of the drift barrier depending on the concentration of free
carriers. Based on the derived equations, the dependence of the location of the mobility minimum on the dislocation structure

The induction of cytogenetic damages after irradiation with single dose of gamma-rays (0.1-2 Gy) have been studied. It is shown non-linear curve for the induction of chromosome aberrations, detected by anaphase method. After irradiation in S-stage of the cell cycle at dose below 0.2 Gy the cells were more radiosensitive than after irradiation with doses 0.3-2 Gy. Between the phases of high radiosensitivity and radioresistance the reversal dose-effect relation was observed. This phenomenon was not marked for the cells after irradiation in G2-stage of the cell cycle. It is possible, this results could reflect an induced radioresistance at low dose of irradiation. 相似文献

An integrated estimate of raw materials, batches, and compositions of container glass is carried out with respect to their efficiency in electric melting. A substantial effect of the redox parameters of the materials and the batch on the glass-melting process and the corrosion of molybdenum electrodes is demonstrated. We propose a very efficient approach for amplification of surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs) in a nanoscale waveguiding geometry with strong (~λ/10) mode confinement. The implemented scheme of electric pumping is based on a single-heterostructure Schottky-barrier diode and has been numerically shown to ensure full compensation of the SPP propagation losses at wavelengths around 3 μm and, moreover, to provide net SPP gain. The presented concept creates the backbone for the implementation of highly integrated large-scale hybrid electronic-plasmonic circuits operating at extremely high speeds and opens the prospects for the realization of integrated coherent SPP sources. 相似文献
