发酵型米酒作为我国的传统酿造酒之一,其感官风味特征系统性评价体系研究较为滞后,风味轮感官术语体系尚未建立。该研究通过建立10人专业品评小组,对31款来自不同产地、不同风格的发酵型米酒进行感官评价,应用M值、多元统计方法对描述语进行筛选、归类,确定了能够基本表征当前市场上发酵型米酒风味轮廓的主要描述语,包括16个香气轮廓描述语、7个口感轮廓描述语及87个最外层感官描述词,绘制出了发酵型米酒风味轮,为发酵型米酒感官风味评价系统奠定了理论和实践基础。 相似文献

Tracking soft tissues in medical images using non-linear image registration algorithms requires methods that are fast and
provide spatial transformations consistent with the biological characteristics of the tissues. LogDemons algorithm is a fast
non-linear registration method that computes diffeomorphic transformations parameterised by stationary velocity fields. Although
computationally efficient, its use for tissue tracking has been limited because of its ad-hoc Gaussian regularisation, which hampers the implementation of more biologically motivated regularisations. In this work, we
improve the logDemons by integrating elasticity and incompressibility for soft-tissue tracking. To that end, a mathematical
justification of demons Gaussian regularisation is proposed. Building on this result, we replace the Gaussian smoothing by
an efficient elastic-like regulariser based on isotropic differential quadratic forms of vector fields. The registration energy
functional is finally minimised under the divergence-free constraint to get incompressible deformations. As the elastic regulariser
and the constraint are linear, the method remains computationally tractable and easy to implement. Tests on synthetic incompressible
deformations showed that our approach outperforms the original logDemons in terms of elastic incompressible deformation recovery
without reducing the image matching accuracy. As an application, we applied the proposed algorithm to estimate 3D myocardium
strain on clinical cine MRI of two adult patients. Results showed that incompressibility constraint improves the cardiac motion
recovery when compared to the ground truth provided by 3D tagged MRI. 相似文献

The present study was carried out on mesenteric vascular bed from LPS-injected rats in order to investigate the cause of hyporesponsiveness in resistance blood vessels, during septic shock syndrome. The involvement of L-Arg/NO pathway was evaluated by administration of L-Arg, which produced a decrease in perfusion pressure in LPS-treated rats, whereas it was ineffective in control rats. Furthermore, DEX-pretreatment in endotoxaemic rats significantly reduced the vasorelaxation by L-Arg, whereas it was ineffective to reverse vascular hyporeactivity occurring in septic shock. In order to evaluate whether hyporesponsiveness could be due to defects in contraction mechanisms, we tested the effect of ET-I. This peptide was able to markedly enhance the contractile response to NA in LPS-treated rats. Our findings suggest that vascular hyporesponsiveness during septic shock may depend on both activation of the L-Arg/NO pathway and alterations in post-receptor mechanisms involving calcium handling. 相似文献

Greengage wine with low alcohol content is increasing in popularity owing to its fruity taste and rich nutrition. The key to wine aroma and taste is flavor substances like free amino acids (FAAs), volatile fatty acids, higher alcohols, and esters. Amino acid (AA) metabolisms in yeast are an important source of these secondary compounds, which vary with the fermentation conditions. This study explored and optimized the impact of different parameters (carbon source, inoculum, pH, temperature) on FAA contents and dynamics in greengage wine. The results demonstrated that total and essential amino acid (EAA) content rose with a higher proportion of glucose, less yeast inoculation, higher temperature, and higher initial pH. With the results obtained it was concluded that the condition of 22.4°C, pH 4.5, and 3% inoculation was optimum for a 14.9-fold increase of EAAs in fermented greengage wine. In the long run, the research will aid in the development of the greengage brewing industry. 相似文献

Dynamic spectrum access and cognitive radio are emerging technologies to utilize the scarce frequency spectrum in an efficient and opportunistic manner. Cognitive radio, built on software defined radio, is an intelligent radio technology that updates its operating parameters to locate the unused spectrum segments. To assign these vacant bands to unlicensed users without causing harmful interference to licensed users, a novel approach is proposed in this article based on fuzzy logic. Two different fuzzy inference system models i.e. Mamdani and Sugeno systems are developed that compute spectrum access decision based on the secondary user parameters such as signal strength, distance between the primary and secondary user, spectrum utilization efficiency and degree of mobility. 81 fuzzy rules are used to obtain the output of proposed system stating the possibilities of allotment of white spaces to secondary users. 相似文献

The estradiol-fatty acid esters are highly potent and long-lived estrogens that were first isolated and identified from in vitro biosynthetic experiments (Mellon-Nussbaum S., Ponticorvo, L., Schatz, F., and Hochberg, R. B. (1982) J. Biol. Chem. 257, 5678-5684). Other studies have indicated that these esters exist endogenously, but the evidence is indirect, resting solely on the presence of a nonpolar saponifiable metabolite. Although there are similar reports of other naturally occurring fatty acid esters of biologically active steroid hormones, likewise, none has been isolated and characterized. In this study we have found that follicular fluid from the ovaries of women stimulated with gonadotrophins contains relatively large amounts of a nonpolar saponifiable derivative of estradiol (approximately 10(-7)M), which we presumed to be fatty acid esters. Using a combination of chromatographic techniques we isolated these estradiol metabolites and identified them by mass spectral analysis. They are a mixture of five different estradiol-17 fatty acid esters. The amount of each present was determined by separating the esters by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography and then quantifying each peak by radioimmunoassay and UV absorption. The esters of estradiol are predominantly unsaturated, with linoleate the most abundant comprising 43% of the total. The other esters are: palmitate (20%), arachidonate (19%), oleate (14%), and stearate (4%). Thus these studies conclusively demonstrate the existence of these unusually powerful estrogens. 相似文献

To describe family context in health research, the authors tested a typology of families developed in California with a sample of families in Quebec, Canada. Family scales from the California study were submitted to focus groups, translated, and standardized on a sample of 209 parents. A panel of experts then revised the scales to make them relevant to Quebec families and to health promotion. Data from the new and revised scales were collected on 509 Quebec couples (1,018 spouses) and were clustered separately by gender, using K means. The procedure classified all respondents into family types that paralleled the original typology. Discriminant analyses indicated that family profile variables significantly distinguished family types. Comparisons with family, stress, and health variables further differentiated among the types and expanded their meaning.
