Miscibility and crystallization of poly-p-phenylene terephthalamide (PPTA)/nylon 6 and nylon 66 composites prepared by coagulation of isotropic ternary sulfuric acid solutions were studied. The apparent crystallinity of nylon 6 and nylon 66 in molecular composites was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The solvation of nylon 6 crystals in PPTA matrix was observed when the PPTA content exceeds 70 wt%. Cross-hydrogen bonding seems to be responsible for the virtual disappearance of nylon 6 crystals. Specific interaction between PPTA and nylon 6 macromolecules and phase separation during thermal treatment has been discussed. 相似文献

In the present investigation, Mg chips are recycled to produce nanostructured Mg–5wt%Al reinforced with 1, 2 and 5 wt% nanosized AlN particulates by mechanical milling (MM). Each batch of composite mixture was milled for different milling durations to produce different degrees of grain refinement. The mechanical properties such as tensile strength, ductility and hardness with respect to the effect of grain refinement, in other words, milling duration were studied. Automated recovery of system features and their designs from program source codes is important in reverse engineering and system comprehension. It also helps in the testing of software. An error that is made by users in an input to an execution of a transaction and discovered only after the completion of the execution is called a posttransaction user-input error (PTUIE) of the transaction. For a transaction in any database application, usually, it is essential to-provide transactions for correcting the effect that could result from any PTUIE of the transaction. We discover some probable properties that exist between the control flow graph of a transaction and the control flow graphs of transactions for correcting PTUIE of the former transaction. Through recognizing these properties, we present a novel approach for the automated approximate recovery of provisions and designs for transactions to correct PTUIE of transactions in a database application. We report the growth and characterisation of the first GaAllnAs based GRIN-SCH MQW lasers operating at 1.3 and 1.6μm. In these devices, GaAllnAs barriers and either GalnAs or GaAllnAs wells have been used for the 1.6 and 1.3μm lasers, respectively, together with true continuously graded composition GaAlInAs regions for the confinement layers. Fluorescent-labeled microspheres (FM) are a new tool for the determination of organ blood flow. However, the FM-method is labor intensive, because of the necessity to recover the microspheres from the tissue samples. The aim of this study was to automate the FM-method. A Zymate-Robotic System (Zymark, Idstein, Germany) was modified to handle a novel filtration device. The robot is surrounded by 12 different stations which are necessary to process the samples. It performs the sequential steps which are needed to recover the microspheres from the samples. The dyes are finally released from the FM with a solvent and their fluorescent intensity is measured online using a spectrophotometer (Perkin Elmer, Uberlingen, Germany). The robotic system is able to recover the FM through digestion and filtration of the tissue samples using the new filter, to dissolve the FM and to release the dyes so that their fluorescent intensities can be measured for the calculation of organ blood flow. 相似文献

The option of using natural working fluids as a substitute of R-22 for solar-boosted heat pumps depends not only upon thermal performance and hazardous rating but also on potential impacts on the environment. This paper presents the comparative assessment of natural working fluids with R-22 in terms of their characteristics and thermophysical properties, and thermal performance. Some justification is given for using natural working fluids in a solar boosted heat pump water heater. The results show that R-744 is not suitable for solar-boosted heat pumps because of its low critical temperature and high operational pressures. On the other hand, R-717 seems to be a more appropriate substitute in terms of operational parameters and overall performance. However, major changes in the heat pumps are required.
