MT3 shows apparently different properties and function fromMT1 even though they have 70% sequence homology. Possibly thetwo inserts, Thr5 and a negatively charged hexapeptide at position-55in MT3, play important roles. A series of MT3 variants aroundthe EAAEAE hexapeptide have been prepared by site-directed mutagenesisand their properties and reactivity towards pH, EDTA and DTNBhave been studied. 随着各种应用的需求和光网络技术的飞速发展,互联网领域出现了高速长距离光网络.最新研究发现,由于当前各种科学应用的迫切需求以及网络带宽的迅速提高,网络速率已经远远超出了终端系统的处理能力.在高速长距离光网络环境中,拥塞已经从网络转移到了终端,终端系统的处理能力逐渐成为传输速率的瓶颈.因此,各种终端性能自适应的高速传输协议应运而生.基于这一类协议改进的不同思路,对它们进行了分类描述,重点分析了这些协议的拥塞检测和速率适配机制以及各自的优缺点,在归纳和总结目前研究中仍然存在的开放性问题的同时,提出了进一步的研究方向.  相似文献

Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) are highly versatile materials that have been identified as promising candidates for membrane-based gas separation applications due to their uniformly narrow pore windows and virtually unlimited structural and chemical features. Defect engineering of MOFs has opened new opportunities for manipulating MOF structures, providing a simple yet efficient approach for enhancing membrane separation. However, the utilization of this strategy to tailor membrane microstructures and enhance separation performance is still in its infancy. Thus, this summary aims to provide a guideline for tailoring defective MOF-based membranes. Recent developments in defect engineering of MOF-based membranes will be discussed, including the synthesis strategies for defective MOFs, the effects of defects on the gas adsorption properties, gas transport mechanisms, and recently reported defective MOF-based membranes. Furthermore, the emerging challenges and future prospects will be outlined. Overall, defect engineering offers an exciting opportunity to improve the performance of MOF-based gas membranes. However, there is still a long way to go to fully understand the influence of defects on MOF properties and optimize the design of MOF-based membranes for specific gas separation applications. Nonetheless, continued research in this field holds great promise for the development of next-generation membrane-based gas separation technologies.  相似文献

Electrolytic deposition of magnesium-substituted hydroxyapatite (Mg-HAp) coatings on titanium was investigated and Mg-HAp crystals with up to 2 wt.% Mg2+ were deposited in electrolytes with various Mg2+ concentration. The incorporation of Mg substantially changed the morphology of the HAp crystals and decreased the crystal size and crystallinity of the HAp. The similarity with natural dentin and bone in composition and the increased specific surface of the Mg-HAp coatings on the Ti substrates were believed to benefit the bioactivity and the drug-carrying properties of the coatings.  相似文献

目的建立测定牛奶和奶粉中的脱氢乙酸的高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)。方法样品用硫酸铜溶液和氢氧化钠溶液沉淀蛋白,其中的脱氢乙酸用10%的乙醇溶液进行提取,以甲醇+0.02 mol/L的乙酸铵溶液(用氨水调pH=8.0)作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,经Tech Mate C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)分离,在波长292 nm处进行检测。结果此方法的线性范围是1.003~100.336μg/mL,相关系数r=0.9999,以3倍信噪比计算检出限为0.1μg/m L。加标回收率为87.2%~95.3%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为1.5%~3.9%。结论此方法简便快速,准确可靠,灵敏度高,可用于牛奶和奶粉中脱氢乙酸的检测。  相似文献

目的优化发酵菜籽饼微波间歇干燥工艺。方法采用Box-Benhnken响应面分析法,以质量干燥速率和平均干燥能耗为评价指标,研究微波功率、间歇时间和微波加热时间对发酵菜籽饼微波间歇干燥的影响。结果微波功率、微波加热时间、间歇时间之间存在交互作用,各因素对质量干燥速率的影响强度依次为:微波加热时间微波功率间歇时间,对发酵菜籽饼的平均干燥能耗影响强度依次为:微波功率间歇时间微波加热时间。发酵菜籽饼干燥的最佳工艺为:间歇时间60 s,加热时间9 s,微波功率595.49 W,共微波加热1 h,在该优化条件下,发酵菜籽饼的质量干燥速率为0.5168 kg/(h·kg),平均干燥能耗为8.53 kJ/g。结论微波功率、间歇时间、微波加热时间对发酵菜籽饼的微波间歇干燥都有显著影响,选择适当的微波间歇干燥工艺能达到提高干燥速率和减少干燥能耗的目的。  相似文献

Degradation of mRNA by RNA interference is one of the most powerful and specific mechanisms for gene silencing. However, insufficient cellular uptake and poor stability have limited its usefulness. Here, we report efficient delivery of siRNA via the use of biodegradable nanoparticles (NPs) made from monomethoxypoly(ethylene glycol)-poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)-poly-l-lysine (mPEG-PLGA-PLL) triblock copolymers. Various physicochemical properties of mPEG-PLGA-PLL NPs, including morphology, size, surface charge, siRNA encapsulation efficiency, and in vitro release profile of siRNA from NPs, were characterized by scanning electron microscope, particle size and zeta potential analyzer, and high performance liquid chromatography. The levels of siRNA uptake and targeted gene inhibition were detected in human lung cancer SPC-A1-GFP cells stably expressing green fluorescent protein. Examination of the cultured SPC-A1-GFP cells with fluorescent microscope and flow cytometry showed NPs loading Cy3-labeled siRNA had much higher intracellular siRNA delivery efficiencies than siRNA alone and Lipofectamine-siRNA complexes. The gene silencing efficiency of mPEG-PLGA-PLL NPs was higher than that of commercially available transfecting agent Lipofectamine while showing no cytotoxicity. Thus, the current study demonstrates that biodegradable NPs of mPEG-PLGA-PLL triblock copolymers can be potentially applied as novel non-viral vectors for improving siRNA delivery and gene silencing.  相似文献
