The corrosion mechanisms of T24, T92, VM12, and AISI 304 steels are studied under the influence of NaCl–KCl, NaCl–Na2SO4, and KCl–K2SO4 salt mixtures in a dry air atmosphere at 650°C for 15 days. NaCl–KCl was the most aggressive deposit and AISI 304 stainless steel exhibited the highest corrosion resistance. There was no relation between the Cr content of the ferritic steels and their corrosion resistance in NaCl–KCl. In contrast, the resistance of high-Cr steels was better when exposed to NaCl–Na2SO4 and KCl–K2SO4. The high-Cr and the low-Cr steels were more susceptible to NaCl–Na2SO4 and to KCl–K2SO4, respectively. 相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive type-2 fuzzy sliding mode control to tolerate actuator faults of unknown nonlinear systems with external disturbances is presented. Based on a redundant actuation structure, a novel type-2 adaptive fuzzy fault tolerant control scheme is proposed using sliding mode control. Two adaptive type-2 fuzzy logic systems are used to approximate the unknown functions, whose adaptation laws are deduced from the stability analysis. The proposed approach allows to ensure good tracking performance despite the presence of actuator failures and external disturbances, as illustrated through a simulation example. 相似文献

Power system stability is enhanced through a novel stabilizer developed around an adaptive fuzzy sliding mode approach which applies the Nussbaum gain to a nonlinear model of a single-machine infinite-bus (SMIB) and multi-machine power system stabilizer subjected to a three phase fault. The Nussbaum gain is used to avoid the positive sign constraint and the problem of controllability of the system. Energy consumption for developing countries is sharply increasing due to the higher economic growth due to industrialisation along with population growth and urbanisation. The increasing demand of energy leads to global energy crisis. Selecting the best energy technology and conservation requires both quantitative and qualitative evaluation criteria. The fuzzy set-based approach is one of the well-known theories to handle fuzziness, uncertainty in decision-making and vagueness of information. This paper proposes a new method of intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (IF-AHP) to deal with the uncertainty in decision-making. The new IF-AHP is applied to establish a preference in the sustainable energy planning decision-making problem. Three decision-makers attached with Malaysian government agencies were interviewed to provide linguistic judgement prior to analysing with the new IF-AHP. This purpose of this paper is to develop and validate a model to accurately predict the cell temperature of a photovoltaic (PV) module that adapts to various mounting configurations, mounting locations, and climates while only requiring readily available data from the module manufacturer. Results from this model are also compared with results from published cell temperature models. The models were used to predict real-time performance from a PV water pumping systems in the desert of Medenine, south of Tunisia using 60-min intervals of measured performance data during one complete year. Statistical analysis of the predicted results and measured data highlights possible sources of errors and the limitations and/or adequacy of existing models, to describe the temperature and efficiency of PV-cells and consequently, the accuracy of performance of PV water pumping systems’ prediction models. 相似文献

基于内贴应变片的钢筋与钢纤维混凝土局部黏结试件的拉拔试验,研究钢筋与不同强度钢纤维混凝土的黏结性能。通过对实测钢筋应变的分析,建立了以三次多项式表达的黏结应力分布函数,得到了各级荷载作用下钢筋与钢纤维混凝土黏结应力和相对滑移沿黏结区段的分布,进一步分析了钢纤维和混凝土强度对黏结性能的影响。结果表明,随钢纤维的体积率和混凝土强度的增大,黏结试件加载端附近的黏结应力提高,黏结应力极值总体向加载端靠拢;同时,加载端与自由端的滑移减小。最后,提出了能够较好反映钢筋与钢纤维混凝土受力过程的黏结-滑移关系模型。 相似文献

A new hybrid multi-time method for multi-time scales structural dynamics simulations is described. A monolithic method in a Schur dual domain decomposition framework is proposed and allows to consider heterogeneous time integrators with their own time discretization and possible large ratio between the time steps for each subdomain. In the proposed method, zero numerical dissipation is ensured at the interface. This implies that the global stability of the coupling method is governed by the stability of each time integrator without influence of the interface. For that purpose, velocity continuity is ensured in a weak sense at the interfaces, and time integrators (Newmark, HHT, Simo, Krenk, Verlet) are introduced in a unified framework (incremental velocity formulation). Furthermore, dynamics governing equations are introduced from a weak formulation in time. In other words, equilibrium equation is no more ensured in a strong sense at a given time step, but rather on average on a time interval. Some numerical examples illustrate the efficiency and the robustness of the proposed method, for ratio of time scales close to 1000 without any numerical dissipation at the interfaces. 相似文献

In this paper, frequency domain pre-equalization (Pre-FDE) is developed for broadband cyclic prefix-code division multiple
access (CP-CDMA) as a single carrier transmission scheme, and for multi carrier-CDMA (MC-CDMA) and orthogonal frequency division
multiplexing (OFDM) as multi carrier transmission schemes. A comparison study is held between these schemes and the traditional
equalization schemes. Experimental results show that pre-equalization improves significantly the performance of the single
and multi carrier communication systems with a very low complexity at the receiver. The comparative study between MIMO pre-equalization
for single carrier systems and for multi carrier systems shows that MIMO pre-equalization for single carrier systems outperforms
that for multi carrier systems in terms of bit error rate (BER) performance since single carrier transmission has more frequency

PURPOSE: Irinotecan (CPT-11), a camptothecin derivative, has shown efficacy against colorectal cancer. Delayed-onset diarrhea is its main limiting toxicity. The aim of this study was to determine the pathophysiology of CPT-11-induced delayed-onset diarrhea and assess the efficacy of combined antidiarrheal medication in a phase II, prospective, successive-cohorts, open study. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Twenty-eight patients with advanced colorectal cancer refractory to fluorouracil (5-FU) therapy received CPT-11 350 mg/m2 every 3 weeks. The first cohort of 14 consecutive patients explored for the mechanism of diarrhea received acetorphan (a new enkephalinase inhibitor) 100 mg three times daily; the second 14-patient cohort received, in addition to acetorphan, loperamide 4 mg three times daily. Before treatment, and if late diarrhea occurred, patients underwent colon mucosal biopsies for CPT-11 and topoisomerase I levels; intestinal transit time; fecalogram; fat and protein excretion; alpha1-antitrypsin clearance; D-xylose test; blood levels for vasoactive intestinal polypeptide, glucagon, gastrin, somatostatin, prostaglandin E2, and carboxylesterase; CPT-11/SN-38 and SN-38 glucuronide pharmacokinetics; and stool cultures. RESULTS: Delayed-onset diarrhea occurred during the first three treatment cycles in 23 patients (82%). Electrolyte fecal measurements showed a negative or small osmotic gap in nine of nine patients and an increased alpha1-antitrypsin clearance in six of six patients. There were no modifications in stool cultures or hormonal dysfunction. Four of 11 patients (36%) with delayed-onset diarrhea in the first cohort responded to acetorphan, whereas nine of 10 patients (90%) responded to the combination of acetorphan and loperamide (P < .02). CONCLUSION: CPT-11-induced delayed-onset diarrhea is caused by a secretory mechanism with an exudative component. Early combined treatment with loperamide and acetorphan seems effective in controlling the diarrheal episodes. 相似文献
