Incubation of microsomes prepared from myotomal tissue of Atlantic cod yielded detectable phospholipase activity following incubation with 1,2-dipalmitoyl-9,10-[3H]-phosphatidylcholine over a period of 24 hr. No significant incidence of nonenzymatic hydrolysis was found to accompany the determined phospholipase activity. Phospholipid hydrolysis increased linearly in the presence of increasing levels of microsomal protein (0–4 mg). Optimal phospholipase enzyme activity was determined following incubation at 20°C and maximal activity was determined in the presence of 0.1 nmole unlabelled lecithin substrate. The myotomal microsome preparation of Atlantic cod proved to be a suitable model for direct evaluation of phospholipase and perhaps might be useful in evaluation of frozen storage impact on the resultant integrity of the enzyme system.  相似文献

Copper telluride (CuTe) nanowires were synthesized electrochemically from aqueous acidic solution of copper (II) sulphate (CuSO4·5H2O) and tellurium oxide (TeO2) on a copper substrate by template-assisted electrodeposition method. The electrodeposition was conducted at 30 °C and the length of nanowires was controlled by adjusting deposition time. Structural characteristics were examined using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope which confirm the formation of CuTe nanowires. Investigation for chemical sensing was carried out using air and chloroform, acetone, ethanol, glycerol, distilled water as liquids having dielectric constants 1, 4·81, 8·93, 21, 24· 55, 42·5 and 80·1, respectively. The results unequivocally prove that copper telluride nanowires can be fabricated as chemical sensors with enhanced sensitivity and reliability.  相似文献

Electrical properties of ceramic materials has become an area of increasing interest in research because these materials possess a great potential for solid-state devices. Conducting polymer composites have attracted considerable interest in recent years because of their numerous applications in a variety of electric and electronic devices. It has been observed that these materials possess a very high relative dielectric constant and high electrical properties at room temperature. Such a high dielectric constant is one of the important parameters in capacitor fabrication and a high electrical conductivity can be used for ionic batteries and electrochemical sensors.  相似文献

Elastic constants relate technological, structural and safety aspects to various materials phenomena and to their fundamental interatomic forces. Hence, they are of fundamental importance in almost all engineering applications. Thus its determination is of utmost importance. The aim of the present investigation is to study the behaviour of elastic constants and the variation on heat treatment in a nickel base super alloy Nimonic 263 by ultrasonic velocity measurements. From the present study it is evident that the elastic moduli of the material are very sensitive to any minor compositional changes, resulting due to the formation of intermetallic phases on heat treatment and can be effectively monitored by ultrasonic.  相似文献

An operational transconduciance amplifier (OTA)-based good quality, wide-range electronically tunable module for resistance and capacitance multipliers has been realized. Its multiplication factors are conveniently tunable with the bias-control current or voltage of the OTA over three decades. The module with slight modifications realizes temperature-insensitive multipliers. The circuit is very suitable for microminiaturization and is expected to find wide practical applications.
