针对锦西石化分公司液化气铜片腐蚀不合格现象,对引起液化气腐蚀的物质进行了分析。分析结果表明,硫化氢或元素硫含量高时液化气铜片腐蚀不合格;但对未检出硫化氢的液化气进行铜片腐蚀和带液量分析,发现带液为痕迹量时铜片腐蚀合格,带液量大且色深的液化气腐蚀也不合格,且大多呈点状腐蚀;又分析了与液化气相关液体的腐蚀状况和含硫量以及起泡性能,最终认为锦西石化分公司液化气腐蚀不合格的原因,除了为有时脱硫效果不好之外,还源于液化气携带液体,该携带液中含有S2-,HS ,S2O32-,H2S等硫化物,造成了液化气铜片腐蚀不合格。 相似文献

Oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is one of the important half-reactions in energy conversion equipment such as water-spitting devices, rechargeable metal-air batteries, and so on. It is beneficial to develop efficient and low-cost catalysts that understand the reaction mechanism of OER and analyze the reconstruction phenomenon of transition metal sulfide. Interestingly, copper sulfide and cuprous sulfide with the same components possess different reconstruction behaviors due to their different metal ion valence states and different atomic arrangement modes. Because of a unique atomic arrangement sequence and certain cationic defects, the reconstruction phenomenon of CuS nanomaterials are that S2− is firstly oxidized to SO42− and then Cux+ is converted into CuO via Cu(OH)2. In addition, the specific “modified hourglass structure” of CuS with excellent conductivity is easier to produce intermediates. Compared with Cu2S, CuS exhibits excellent OER activity with a lower overpotential of 192 mV at 10 mA cm−2 and remarkable electrochemical stability in 1.0 m KOH for 120 h. Herein, this study elucidates the reconstruction modes of CuS and Cu2S in the OER process and reveals that CuS has a stronger Cu S bond and a faster electronic transmission efficiency due to “modified hourglass structure,” resulting in faster reconstruction of CuS than Cu2S. 相似文献

Copper-based electrocatalysts effectively produce multicarbon (C2+) compounds during the electrochemical CO2 reduction (CO2RR). However, big challenges still remain because of the chemically unstable active sites. Here, cerium is used as a self-sacrificing agent to stabilize the Cu+ of CuS, due to the facile Ce3+/Ce4+ redox. CeO2-modified CuS nanoplates achieve high ethanol selectivity, with FE up to 54% and FEC2+ ≈ 75% in a flow cell. Moreover, in situ Raman spectroscopy and in situ Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy indicate that the stable Cu+ species promote C C coupling step under CO2RR. Density functional theory calculations further reveal that the stronger *CO adsorption and lower C C coupling energy, which is conducive to the selective generation of ethanol products. This work provides a facile strategy to convert CO2 into ethanol by retaining Cu+ species. 相似文献

A rhodamine-based probe bearing an N,N-dimethylaniline unit was developed as a fluorescent chemodosimeter for Ce4+ in aqueous media. Importantly, the sensor can selectively respond to Ce4+ over other commonly coexistent metal ions (such as La3+, Ce3+, Pr3+, Nd3+, Sm3+, Eu3+, Gd3+, Er3+, Tb3+, Ho3+, Tm3+, Yb3+, Lu3+, Y3+) in aqueous media with a rapid response time. The system, which utilizes an irreversible Ce4+-promoted oxidation reaction, responds instantaneously at room temperature with linear proportionality to the amount of Ce4+. 相似文献

哈萨克斯坦拥有丰富的石油天然气资源,近年来石油天然气工业发展迅速。为了弄清哈萨克斯坦未来油气出口规模以及中哈两国油气合作前景,有必要对哈萨克斯坦油气工业发展历史、现状及规划进行分析研究。研究表明:未来,哈萨克斯坦油气产量将进一步增长,到2030年石油年产量达到1.18×108 t,天然气612×108 m3(含煤层气等非常规气);能源出口国地位进一步巩固,石油出口规模达1×108 t,天然气则主要满足本国市场需求,出口规模较小。为此,中哈两国作为近邻,能源互补性强,石油合作具有广阔的前景。 相似文献
