The effect of pearlite interlamellar spacing(d)from 0.31 to 0.77 μm of T8 steel on fatiguecrack propagation near threshold has been investigated at different stress ratios(R).Theclosure stress intensity factor(K_(cl)),the threshold value(ΔK_(th))and crack tip opening dis-placement range(ΔCOD)were measured.The results show that pearlite interlamellar spac-ing in this range has no effect on K_(cl),but has effect on the threshold value in low stress ratio.The threshold value is higher for materials with larger interlamellar spacing.No matter whatthe stress ratio is,during the propagation near threshold,the propagation rate will be thesame,provieded the crack tip opening displacement range is the same.Metallurgical examinations were also carried out to show that the crack propagationpath is sensitive to mierostructure.The crack always propagates along either boundary ofpearlite colony or ferrite lamellar in pearlite. 相似文献

A critical overview of the latest developments in the aluminum battery technologies is reported. The substitution of lithium with alternative metal anodes characterized by lower cost and higher abundance is nowadays one of the most widely explored paths to reduce the cost of electrochemical storage systems and enable long‐term sustainability. Aluminum based secondary batteries could be a viable alternative to the present Li‐ion technology because of their high volumetric capacity (8040 mAh cm?3 for Al vs 2046 mAh cm?3 for Li). Additionally, the low cost aluminum makes these batteries appealing for large‐scale electrical energy storage. Here, we describe the evolution of the various aluminum systems, starting from those based on aqueous electrolytes to, in more details, those based on non‐aqueous electrolytes. Particular attention has been dedicated to the latest development of electrolytic media characterized by low reactivity towards other cell components. The attention is then focused on electrode materials enabling the reversible aluminum intercalation‐deintercalation process. Finally, we touch on the topic of high‐capacity aluminum‐sulfur batteries, attempting to forecast their chances to reach the status of practical energy storage systems. 相似文献

用密度泛函理论在B3LYP/LANL2DZ基组水平上自由优化(η~x-C_6H_6)Mo(CO)_n(x=1-6;n=1-5)复合物体系的可能构型及计算相互作用能,探索不同羰基数对复合物稳定性、苯和羰基钼相互作用的影响,并分析苯和羰基钼相互作用的NBO。结论(1)苯以η~6与Mo(CO)_n(n=1-3)配位形成的复合物比较稳定,但η~6配位复合物CO的个数越多,则越不稳定;(2)复合物1、2、3和10中,Mo(CO)_n与苯的相互作用拉动电荷由苯的π键电子向Mo(CO)_n的σ_(Mo-CO)~*键转移,而在复合物7中,苯的π键电子向Mo(CO)_n中Mo的孤对电子轨道d转移。 相似文献

Using Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure as the data resource, this paper searched some papers about open access (OA). Some Visual Basic for Applications programs were developed to generate the co-word matrix, compute the E-index value of keywords as well as the density and centrality of thematic clusters. Callon’s clustering method was also used to generate keywords clusters. Then, co-word analysis method and strategic diagrams were utilized to detect the main research themes as well as explore the development situation and status of these research themes. Furthermore, author-themes coupling network was mapped with the help of Netdraw in order to detect the relationship between core authors and research themes of OA as well as the core authors’ influence on these themes. 试验研究是船舶机械设备冲击隔离性能分析的主要方法之一。为了分析筏体弹性、基础弹性和限位器间隙对冲击响应的影响,设计制作了可以考虑筏体弹性和基础弹性的带有限位器的浮筏隔振系统试验模型。试验结果表明筏体弹性和基础弹性对系统的冲击响应均有一定程度的影响,它们使得机组的最大加速度响应减小,提高系统的抗冲击隔离效果。对于刚性浮筏隔振系统和弹性浮筏隔振系统,限位器与冲击响应之间的关系是相同的,即安装限位器之后将使得筏体和机组的加速度响应增大,随着限化器间隙的减小,筏体和机组的最大加速度响应进一步增大。 相似文献

利用红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪等测试技术对脲素和蛋壳制成的碳羟基磷灰石(carbonate hydroxylapatite,CHAP)样品表面化学组成进行了表征,并考察了pH值、吸附时间和苯胺浓度对CHAP吸附水中苯胺的影响,以及其吸附动力学和热力学特征。结果表明:当pH=6,吸附时间为60min,苯胺初始浓度为30mg/L,CHAP对苯胺的吸附效果更好。该过程可用Langmuir Freundlich等温式进行描述,但更符合Freundlich经验公式。分别采用准一级动力学模型和准二级动力学模型考察吸附动力学行为,2个模型与实验数据之间有很好的相关性。吸附热力学行为表明该吸附过程是放热和自发的。 相似文献
