In the framework of the European research project PV2GO, a new AC-module inverter was developed, taking into account all relevant aspects from a European market's point of view (standards, market, application, and research and development goals). The project goal was to achieve the overall system costs of 3 Euro per Wp for a modular plug-and-play photovoltaic system. For the photovoltaic-module, a standard 130-Wp Eurosolare module was chosen. The research and development (R&D) goal was to develop an advanced DC-control system consisting of a state-of-the-art programmable digital device and an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) for the AC-control of the inverter. According to the topology concept, thermal and magnetic designs were optimized with regard to production technology and packaging for large-scale production. The new AC-modules were tested in a number of field-test sites in various parts of Europe and their reliability was assessed through Highly Accelerated Stress Tests. Efficiency and power quality have been tested in the laboratory. Further in the PV2GO project an optimization study of the manufacturing process of the new generation of AC-modules for high volume output was done. Although client satisfaction surveys can assess client satisfaction with IT service quality, they cannot easily be used to pinpoint how internal IT behaviors influence client satisfaction and prescribe solutions. This research fills the gap by introducing a concept— IT Service Climate—and a validated ten-item instrument that significantly explained client ratings of IT service quality. The recent emergence of biomimetic nanotechnology has facilitated the development of next‐generation nanodelivery systems capable of enhanced biointerfacing. In particular, the direct use of natural cell membranes can enable multivalent targeting functionalities. Herein, this study reports on the remote loading of small molecule therapeutics into cholesterol‐enriched platelet membrane‐derived vesicles for disease‐targeted delivery. Using this approach, high loading yields for two model drugs, doxorubicin and vancomycin, are achieved. Leveraging the surface markers found on platelet membranes, the resultant nanoformulations demonstrate natural affinity toward both breast cancer cells and methicillin‐resistant Staphylococcus aureus. In vivo, this translates to improved disease targeting, increasing the potency of the encapsulated drug payloads compared with free drugs and the corresponding nontargeted nanoformulations. Overall, this work demonstrates that the remote loading of drugs into functional platelet membrane‐derived vesicles is a facile means of fabricating targeted nanoformulations, an approach that can be easily generalized to other cell types in the future. 相似文献

Although continuing care is strongly related to positive treatment outcomes for substance use disorder (SUD), participation rates are low and few effective interventions are available. In a randomized clinical trial with 150 participants (97% men), 75 graduates of a residential Veterans Affairs Medical Center SUD program who received an aftercare contract, attendance prompts, and reinforcers (CPR) were compared to 75 graduates who received standard treatment (STX). Among CPR participants, 55% completed at least 3 months of aftercare, compared to 36% in STX. Similarly, CPR participants remained in treatment longer than those in STX (5.5 vs. 4.4 months). Additionally, CPR participants were more likely to be abstinent compared to STX (57% vs. 37%) after 1 year. Several novel aspects of scattering resonances are studied. An expression, valid for a finite box, relating the continuum phase shift with the energy shift and unperturbed level separation is proposed and applied to obtain the resonance parameters. The effect of the resonance on propagating a wavepacket in imaginary time is studied. It is observed that the resonance strongly affects the cumulants of the energy distribution. In particular, a local minimum of the first derivative of the energy with respect to time (proportional to the second cumulant) serves to estimate the resonance energy and wavefunction. Once the estimate is known, the autocorrelation function is used to evaluate the resonance width. Alternatively, a new iterative approach is developed that is capable of selectively yielding an arbitrary band of energy eigenvalues and eigenfunctions on a grid. This method is applied to give those energy levels that are of interest for the discrete computation of the resonant phase shift, i.e., those close to resonance. Exact (analytical) and approximate results are in good agreement for a particular separable potential model in one dimension. In Europe, a common framework for renewable energy sources (RES) is aspired. Tradable green certificates (TGCs) are a market-based cost-efficient means to stimulate electricity production from RES. Since TGCs are the most widespread support scheme in Europe together with feed-in tariffs, chances are that a common European framework could well be based on TGCs. However, while integrating currently existing different national TGC systems, any remaining differences should be carefully considered. Just how difficult the creation of an international TGC market would be is illustrated in this paper by the case of Belgium, where no less than 4 different TGC systems exist nowadays. The example of Belgium illustrates that harmonizing different TGC systems is easier said than done and represents a serious challenge. Absolute quantification of cerebral blood flow, cerebral blood volume and mean transit time is desirable in the determination
of tissue viability thresholds and tissue at risk in acute ischaemic stroke, as well as in cases where a global reduction
in cerebral blood flow is expected, for example, in patients with dementia or depressive disorders. Absolute values are also
useful when comparing sequential examinations of tissue perfusion parameters, for example, in the monitoring and follow-up
of various kinds of therapy. Regardless of the method employed, a number of assumptions and approximations must be made to
obtain absolute measures of perfusion. Furthermore, the different stages of data acquisition and processing are associated
with various degrees of uncertainty. In this review, the problems of particular relevance to absolute quantification of cerebral

This study examined the selective attention abilities of a simple, artificial, evolved agent and considered implications of the agent's performance for theories of selective attention and action. The agent processed two targets in continuous time, catching one and then the other. This task required many cognitive operations, including prioritizing the first target (T1) over the second (T2); selectively focusing responses on T1, while preventing T2 from interfering with responses; creating a memory for the unselected T2 item, so that it could be efficiently processed later; and reallocating processing towards T2 after catching T1. The evolved agent demonstrated all these abilities. Analysis shows that the agent used reactive inhibition to selectively focus behavior. That is, the more salient T2, the more strongly responses towards T2 were inhibited and the slower the agent was to subsequently reallocate processing towards T2. Reactive inhibition was also suggested in two experiments with people, performing a virtually identical catch task. The presence of reactive inhibition in the simple agent and in people suggests that it is an important mechanism for selective processing.
