Nowadays, tandem structures have become a valuable competitor to conventional silicon solar cells, especially for perovskite over silicon, as metal halides surpassed Si with tunable bandgaps, high absorption coefficient, low deposition, and preparation costs. This led to a remarkable enhancement in the overall efficiency of the whole cell and its characteristics. Consequently, this expands the usage of photovoltaic technology in various fields of applications not only under conventional light source spectrum in outdoor areas, i.e., AM1.5G, but also under artificial light sources found indoors with broadband intensity values, such as Internet of things (IoTs) applications to name a few. We introduce a numerical model to analyze perovskite/Si tandem cells (PSSTCs) using both crystalline silicon (c-Si) and hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) experimentally validated as base cells. All proposed layers have been studied with J-V characteristics and energy band diagrams under AM1.5G by using SCAPS-1D software version 3.7.7. Thereupon, the proposed architectures were tested under various artificial lighting spectra. The proposed structures of Li4Ti5O12/CsPbCl3/MAPbBr3/CH3NH3PbI3/Si recorded a maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 25.25% for c-Si and 17.02% for a-Si:H, with nearly 7% enhancement concerning the Si bare cell in both cases. 相似文献

The aim of this paper is to carry out extensive numerical investigations about the effect of various structural parameters on the dynamic performance of stiffened box steel bridge pier under a strong earthquake ground motion. The considered structural parameters are the local slenderness ratios of stiffener and stiffened wall as well as the global slenderness ratio of the pier. In the present study, all investigated piers are made of high tensile steel with high yield ratio. The non-linear time history analyses are carried out using in-house Finite Element Program DYNAPSS, recently developed by the first author. This program is verified by comparing its results with the results obtained by the general FE program. In this program, the geometrical nonlinearity is considered on the bases of Total Lagrangian formulation, while the non-linearity of structural steel material is considered through implementation of modified multisurface cyclic plasticity model by which real characteristics of high tensile steel material such as, Plateau, Massing type of Bauschinger??s effect, disappearing of Plateau and cyclic strain hardening, are accurately modeled. The results are closely examined in respect with the damage index criterion. From this study, it is found that the increase in slenderness ratios of stiffener does not only increase the damage index, but also may lead to the full collapse. Furthermore, the damage index increases with the increase of local slenderness ratio of stiffened wall and the global slenderness ratio. Also, it is found that when the loacal buckling is not the dominant eigen mode and the pier behave as a single degree of freedom, the natural period has destructive effects when it is close to predominant period of the earthquake. Finally, contour plots of damage index values are presented. These contour plots may be greatly useful for the design of stiffened box steel bridge piers, where, critical values of structural parameters corresponding to certain value of damage index could be determined. 相似文献

This paper focuses on the modeling of a power PiN diode. The focal point basis is the dependence on temperature. The PiN diode remains a difficult device to model mainly during switching transients. An advanced PiN diode temperature‐dependent model is developed and implemented in VHDL‐AMS. Heterogeneous simulation scheme including the circuit wiring parasitic components, the probe effects and the dependent diode models is successfully simulated using SIMPLORER simulator. Experimental data of several commercial PiN diodes are compared to simulation results at different temperature levels. A good rate of consistency is found. The antispasmodic drug mebeverine hydrochloride was formulated into a film-forming gel to be used as a topical local anesthetic. A mixture of cellulose derivatives was used as a base. Additives were used to enhance the release as well as the residence time. Formulations were characterized in terms of drug release, mucoadhesion and rheology. Clinically, the selected formula has shown faster onset (p?=?0.0156), longer duration (p?=?0.0313), better film residence (p?=?0.0313), and no foreign body sensation (p?=?0.0313) in comparison to Solcoseryl® dental paste. Histopathological examination showed no change in inflammatory cells count, concluding that this topical anesthetic is efficacious and safe orally. 相似文献

We consider the problem of sorting n integers when the elements are drawn from the restricted domain [1...n]. A new deterministic parallel algorithm for sorting n integers is obtained. Its running time is O(lognlog(n/logn)) using n/logn processors on EREW (exclusive read exclusive write) PRAM (parallel random access machine). Methods are presented for performing various error analyses of numerical algorithms. These analyses include forward, backward, and B-analysis (a combination of forward and backward). These analyses additionally provide alternative criteria by which different algorithms that solve the same problem may be compared. The conclusions of various comparison criteria are related to the correlation of errors in each algorithm. Finally, the analysis of a composite algorithm, which is made up of concatenated sub-algorithms, is given in terms of analyses done on its parts.

Zusammenfassung In dieser Arbeit werden Methoden vorgestellt, die es gestatten, verschiedene Fehleranalysen numerischer Algorithmen zu vollziehen. Darunter befinden sich Vorwärts- und Rückwärtsanalyse (forward and backward analysis) sowie beidseitige Analyse (B-analysis, eine Kombination von forward and backward) ein. Diese Analysen liefern zusätzlich weitere Kriterien, durch welche verschiedene Algorithmen, die dasselbe Problem lösen, verglichen werden können. Die Aussagen der verschiedenen Vergleichskriterien beziehen sich auf die Fehlerkorelation in jedem Algorithmus. Schließlich wird die Analyse zusammengesetzter Algorithmen, welche aus verketteten Subalgorithmen bestehen, mit Hilfe der Analysen, die an den Teilen vollzogen wurden, dargestellt.

Trenchless technology (TT) includes a large family of methods utilized for installing and rehabilitating underground utility systems with minimal surface disruption and destruction resulting from conventional excavation. Productivity of TT techniques is affected by a number of subjective factors that need to be evaluated. A productivity index (PI) model is developed in order to represent this subjective effect in refining productivity assessment. The analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy logic are used to develop the proposed PI model that relies on the actual performance of 12 subfactors under three main categories: management, environmental, and physical conditions. The developed PI model resulted in PI equal to 0.7323 and 0.7251 for microtunneling and horizontal directional drilling (HDD) projects, respectively. Multiattribute decision support system software is developed to determine the PI for a specific TT technique using Visual Basic. The PI model is tested, which shows reasonable results. This research is relevant to both industry practitioners and researchers. It provides practitioners with a model that justifies their productivity calculation by quantifying subjective factors effect, which will affect their schedule and cost estimation for trenchless projects. In addition, it provides researchers with the development methodology for the PI model. 相似文献

Structure of unsteady laminar flow and heat transfer of power-law fluids in two-dimensional horizontal plane channel with a built-in heated square cylinder is studied numerically. The governing equations are solved using a control volume finite element method (CVFEM) adapted to the staggered grid. Computations are performed over a range of Reynolds and Richardson numbers from Re = 20 to 200 and from Ri = 0 to 8, respectively at fixed Prandtl number Pr = 50 and blockage ratio value β′ = 1/8. Three different values of the power-law index (n = 0.5, 1 and 1.4) are considered in this study to show its effect on the value of the critical Reynolds number defining the transition between two different flow regimes (symmetrical and periodic flows), the variations of Strouhal number, drag and lift coefficients and the heat transfer from the square cylinder as function of Reynolds number. Heat transfer correlations are obtained through forced convection. A discussion about the buoyancy effect on the flow pattern and the heat transfer for different power-law index is also presented. 相似文献
