Problems of welding rotor components made of creep-resisting titanium alloys are investigated. Comparative tests of the effects of fusion welding and rotational friction welding (FW) on the structure and properties of welded joints in titanium alloys are carried out. The experimental results show that welded joints produced by rotational FW have a structure identical to the structure of the parent metal, and the heat-affected zone does not form at all. The optimum conditions of FW of creep-resisting titanium alloys are determined. Irrespective of the initial type of structure, these conditions result in the mechanical properties of the welded joint at a level of 0.9 of the properties of the parent metal.  相似文献

Results of a study of nonstationary processes in the I. V. Kurchatov Beloyarsk Atomic-Power Station, using an electrical analog machine together with the actually-operating control apparatus, are presented. A form of the transport equation with the same structure as the elementary diffusion equation is proposed. It is distinguished by the fact that the diffusion coefficient depends not only on the properties of the medium but also on certain angular moments of the differential flux. The existence of a reciprocal relation between the angular moments and the spatial distribution of the scalar flux makes it possible to obtain an exact numerical solution of the transport equation, expressed in diffusion form, by means of a simple iteration pocedure (the method of kinetic diffusion). The relation between the transport equation in the diffusion form and the elementary theory of diffusion is examined, the results of calculations of certain variants of the the Milne problem are presented, and the inherent properties of the method, which make it effective in many practical applications, are noted. 3 Tables, 5 references. The efficiency of high-intensity pulsed UV irradiation for degradation of organic compounds in decontamination solutions was examined. The conditions ensuring virtually complete degradation of EDTA in alkaline and acidic solutions simulating decontamination solutions T and T-Ts were determined.
