研究了以野生黄皮果为原料,添加可溶性珍珠钙的果汁保健饮料的加工工艺,通过正交试验等方法确定其加工工艺及最佳配方,结果表明:原果汁采用微波加热灭酶,效果良好:保健饮料的最佳配方为果汁15%,可溶性珍珠钙0.8%、白糖9%;适宜的杀菌工艺条件为83-85℃加热20min。  相似文献

A reactive, intumescent, halogen‐free flame retardant, 2‐({9‐[(4,6‐diamino‐1,3,5‐triazin‐2‐yl)amino]‐3,9‐dioxido‐2,4,8,10‐tetraoxa‐3,9‐diphosphaspiro[5.5]undecan‐3‐yl}oxy)ethyl methacrylate (EADP), was synthesized through a simple three‐step reaction from phosphorus oxychloride, pentaerythritol, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, and melamine. EADP exhibited excellent thermal stability and char‐forming ability, as revealed by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The TGA results show that the temperature at 5% weight loss was 297.8°C and the char yield at 700°C was 51.75%. SEM observation revealed that the char showed a continuous and compact surface and a cellular inner structure with different sizes. Composite of polypropylene (PP) with a 25 wt % addition of EADP (PP/EADP25) passed the UL‐94 V‐0 rating and showed a limiting oxygen index value of 31.5. Compared with those of neat PP, the flexural strength and modulus values of PP/EADP25 were somewhat improved, the tensile strength was basically unchanged, and the notched Izod impact strength was slightly decreased. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Nitrogen-doped carbon materials with a large specific surface area,high conductivity,and adjustable microstructures have many prospects for energy-related applications.This is especially true for N-doped nanocarbons used in the electrocatalytic oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and supercapacitors.Here,we report a low-cost,environmentally friendly,large-scale mechanochemical method of preparing N-doped porous carbons(NPCs)with hierarchical micro-mesopores and a large surface area via ball-milling polymerization followed by pyrolysis.The optimized NPC prepared at 1000°C(NPC-1000)offers excellent ORR activity with an onset potential(Eonset)and half-wave potential(E1/2)of 0.9 and 0.82 V,respectively(vs.a reversible hydrogen electrode),which are only approximately 30 mV lower than that of Pt/C.The rechargeable Zn–air battery assembled using NPC-1000 and the NiFe-layered double hydroxide as bifunctional ORR and oxygen evolution reaction electrodes offered superior cycling stability and comparable discharge performance to RuO2 and Pt/C.Moreover,the supercapacitor electrode equipped with NPC prepared at 800℃ exhibited a high specific capacity(431 F g^−1 at 10 mV s^−1),outstanding rate,performance,and excellent cycling stability in an aqueous 6-M KOH solution.This work demonstrates the potential of the mechanochemical preparation method of porous carbons,which are important for energy conversion and storage.  相似文献

The equilibrium and kinetics of chlorophenol (CP) sorption by chitosan, poly D-glucosamine, were studied under simulated groundwater conditions. Lower temperature, from 25 degrees C to 15 degrees C and then 5 degrees C, markedly decreased the adsorption rates by a factor of 30-53% and 7-22%. Comparison between two types of chitosan, flakes and highly swollen beads, demonstrated that the maximum pentachlorophenol (PCP) uptake capacities in Langmuir and Freundlich models depend on the specific surface area of the particle. Low temperature (5 degrees C) significantly increased the PCP uptake capacity in comparison to higher temperatures (15 degrees C and 25 degrees C). PCP uptake capacity was halved at pH levels higher than 6.5, and NaCl concentrations greater than 1% blocked PCP sorption almost completely. Of five kinds of chlorophenols, i.e. 2,4,6-trichlorophenol (2,4,6-TCP), 3,4-dichlorophenol (3,4-DCP), 2,3-dichlorophenol (2,3-DCP), 2,6-dichlorophenol (2,6-DCP), 3-monochlorophenol (3-MCP), TCP had the maximum sorption efficiency on flake-type chitosan, followed by DCPs, and finally MCP (the three kinds of DCP, with the same elemental compositions, achieved similar sorption performances).  相似文献
